For the most part, we were pleased with Fred Meyer Jewelers. The woman at the store who served us was excellent. The problems we had were all with the people who sized the ring and made some adjustments to them when we had them fused-they were slow and missed deadlines and then when we DID get the ring back, there were sharp edges that required them to be sent back.

The rings were eventually made okay, but it was frustrating in the meantime.
