"This was a great buying experience from beginning to end. First, there are dozens of custom framers vying for out business but Frames by Mail was able to provide the strange size I wanted where many would not. The online experience was very good and I was able to upload my picture and match frame and matting to see exactly what it would look like. The price was very competitive. It took a little longer than I'm used to (Amazon's two day delivery spoils us) but it's what they advertised and it came on time, packaged well.
The final product was much better looking that I hoped for. Very pleased and will definitely save their website and use them again." -

I placed an order for three wooden frames, complete with th non-glare plexiglass, mats and acid free foam core backing. November 29, 2011.
Two of the three frames came. I was able to assemble them with issue.
Unfortunately, the third frame was missing. I was billed for it and my invoice was marked complete.
Naturally, I called customer service and spoke to Nancy on December 6, 2011. She informed me that I could either pick a replacement frame - at a HIGHER PRICE or wait until around the first of the year because the frame was back ordered. I decided to wait.
Well the first of the year and went without the frame.... I follow-up'ed on the frame on January 11th. She said that she would call me back on Friday (January 13th), around noonish, with an update. Needless to say, I did not receive a call. NOTE: this is over a month and a half after I have placed my order.....
I called again today January 16th - Nancy is not unavailable.
Lesson here. Do not order from this site. They will bill your card and not deliver the frame(s). You might as well go out to lunch with the wasted money instead. You could frame your items at a repuditable shop and maybe pay a little more BUT you would actually get your frame.

Worst company ever; frames are either scratched or damaged when received and when we send them back, you never get credit or a replacement. They have horrible customer service policies. -
