She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. She has over 300 chairs and many tables and she sets them up the way you ask for the receptions. She decorates the ceremony area and makes sure it's very elegant. Her venue is picturesque. My groom was so happy. My photographer was even excited about all her options.

I absolutely loved the look of this location, and the value was great for what we were looking for. You are very much on your own here, so don't expect to get a bunch of help or direction from the vendor, if you want or need that look to a wedding planner to help you out. There were quite a few rules with this location, but seeing as it is also a residence I didn't find any to be out of the ordinary or too overbearing. Overall I thought this was a perfect wedding location!
