Paula has a great eye and was able to capture the special moments of our day. She helped us all look our best and provided a sense of calm through the busy day. I highly recommend her!

Paula was able to work with us on very short notice. We were having a small simple ceremony since my fiance was military, and my mom surprised us by booking Paula to capture our special day. Paula was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. She and her associate Beth showed up to the venue nice and early, and took the time to take many photos of the small details of the day. They worked well within the tight space and simplicity of our venue.
They were very polite, allowing us to take all of the different photos we suggested on the spot, and didn't mind when certain family members got in the way to take their own cell phone shots. We booked Paula for a limited time (not the whole reception), and she made sure to make the most of the time we booked in order to capture all of our special moments. My fiance was deploying so we needed the photos back quickly to get them printed in time for him to bring with him. Paula had them all ready to go on a tight time crunch and offered to adjust any of them at a later date if we wanted. They came presented on a USB in a cute little "wedding" box. I would highly recommend her and Beth!

Paula is exactly what you expect from a great professional photographer: a detailed meeting before the wedding, educate the couple on what to expect on the big day, familiarize herself with the church location and surroundings and really guide you through the fantastic process of capturing the special day both at the church and at the reception. One thing that I also like about Paula is her constant lookout for details and perfection. The final albums we decided on are just breathtaking. They are of high quality and are from Italy. We highly recommend Paula to any couple looking to capture the day that will change their lives forever...

Paula with Four Seasons was amazing! She and her second photographer, Beth, did a fantastic job for our big day and everything ran very smoothly. They were unobtrusive but managed to get some wonderful photos and their detail shots were gorgeous. Paula was very easy to work with on the album and now that the experience is all done, we have a treasured album of our wedding day. You will not be disappointed with Four Seasons Photography - I highly recommend!!!

Paula is AMAZING and such a professional! Paula took the time to meet with us before the wedding and answer any questions I had leading up to the wedding. She even drove to the venue ahead of time to scope out good picture spots. Paula was great to work with on our wedding day. She is easy going and blends right in. She gives such a fast turnaround time and her pictures are phenomenal. Really recommend working with Paula!

We hired Four Seasons to photograph our daughter's wedding. Four Seasons did an excellent job in every respect. Paula is easy and pleasant to work with. She is able to take lots of pictures without getting in the way. The wedding venue had some difficult lighting challenges which Paula was able to work around. She was also very helpful when suggesting layout and design for the album. The wedding album is fabulous! I highly recommend Four Seasons.

Paula and Beth with Four Seasons Photography did an outstanding job capturing our special day. The pictures were so flattering and beautiful. As a bigger woman, I was somewhat concerned with how my pictures would look. They made sure that my poses reflected what I wanted to see in the actual photographs. They listened to me when I had a suggestion of a pose I would like to do. Of course the pictures of my husband were amazing!

I was absolutely stunned with the attention to the small details. They captured photos of the decor, candid shots of friends and family, the fun and formal bridal party pictures. They were patient with the bridal party (there's always one person in the group who can't seem to pay attention LOL).

When I received my package of USB's, they came in a beautiful magnetic box and it had "our wedding" etched on the front. It's all about presentation! I found myself going through each picture saying "this is my favorite". In the end, they are all my favorite. I can't wait to use Four Seasons again in the future. I will be recommending Paula and Beth to anyone that I can!

My husband and I are absolutely in love with our wedding photos! Paula was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a few specific photo shoots I wanted on my wedding day and she did every one. Look no further for your wedding photographer, Paula is the best!

Wow! Where do I begin? Paula and her assistant, Beth, were wonderful. They were prompt for all meetings, very professional at the wedding and reception and went above and beyond to give us the memories we will treasure forever. Regardless of the time agreed upon they stayed later to make sure they could capture all the joy of the day. Paula even went back at a later date to get a better shot of the church since it rained on the wedding day. Paula and Beth work well together and made it so easy and comfortable for us. I would definitely hire them again. Their fee is reasonable and you will be delighted with the finished product. Good and talented women. Thank you, Paula and Beth.

Paula did fantastic!!! Very professional and managed to catch all of the specific photos I was hoping for. We had a 2 day event/wedding so it required a lot more work. She is also helping me put together a photo album with over 100 photos, I'm very excited to see the finished product and know it will be more then I could ever dream of. Thank you so much Paula!!! Wonderful to work with. Paula met with us before the wedding to make sure she was familiar with the locations, lighting, set up, etc. Very prompt turn around on the photos, beautiful album & all around helpful. Did a wonderful job coordinating with our videographer so as to not end up in each others shots. Highly recommend.

We had Paula take our engagement pictures Summer 2014 and our wedding pictures August 2015. Our engagement session was perfect! It was a wonderful way to get to know Paula while also getting some great pictures. She recommended the perfect site within Lansdowne and was able to capture some amazing pictures. For our wedding we asked for a second photographer to ensure we got all the pictures we wanted. Paula and her assistant Beth were both great to work with and very understanding. I certainly had some "bridezilla" moments before the ceremony and they continued to assure me that everything I was doing was fine and to just worry about smiling. They captured some wonderful moments with my bridesmaids and flower girls. Beth did a great job with the groomsmen and got some hysterical shots of the boys being boys. At the last minute we learned that the minister officiating was not okay with photography during the ceremony. Paula and Beth did not stress at all and managed to get flawless pictures from a great distance. Every moment of our wedding was captured perfectly and we are so happy we will have these images to treasure forever.

Paula and her associate were absolutely great to work with! We requested her to shoot photos for our wedding ceremony and reception (Jan 2015). She was very responsive and adaptive to our requests. She was very upfront about finding out what pictures we really wanted to end up with when the day was over. Paula and her associate captured some fantastic spontaneous moments and classical staging photos. She always seemed to strive to get that one picture from the moment that would stand-out from the others. We would highly recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to capture those special moments.

We had a very non-traditional wedding. As a second marriage for both of us, we wanted it to be very low key but wanted to capture the moment with photos as well. Paula met us a the courthouse where we were married by a Civil Celebrant. It was an overcast day but the pictures turned out beautifully. She was non-intrusive during the ceremony, capturing some really great candid shots. For the posed shots, she took her time by making sure the background settings were just right. In addition to our private ceremony, we had a “wedding party” two months later to celebrate our marriage with family and friends. Paula returned to take some of the most amazing photos. One element that we really liked is that my husband and I traveled around to each of our guests tables and Paula took our photo with our guests at that table. We were then able to get some really fun shots of us with all of our guests. She takes her time and really has a great eye for a polished finished product. We highly recommend Paula!

Paula did a great job capturing our wedding day through photography. We didn't have the easiest location for the ceremony and the sun was fading fast during our formals but somehow she captured every shot we needed and wanted. As a photographer I am slightly more in tuned with what the final product should be and I was so impressed with our photos. The only trouble now is narrowing down the great ones for an album since there are so many to choose from. Paula captured every part of our day without being intrusive or distracting and we would reccomend her to anyone. Thanks Paula.

Paula was outstanding. She went out of her way to provide us with the photos we wanted, and she got some photos we never would have thought of. She worked with us the whole way, and my parents and the rest of the guests and bridal party just loved her. And, of course, we were extremely pleased with the photos. Paula was a pleasure to work with! She promptly responded to all emails. She was very accomodating with all of the family pictures we wanted to take even though we had a small wedding. Once I provided her a list of the shots we wanted she had a plan and executed it very professionally. She was on time, professional and a great to work with. Best thing is that she gives you a DVD (in fact two copies) of the shots that you can view at home and then purchase what you want (either from her lab or whereever you prefer). The pictures turned out great -- and I am a terrible blinker. Would recommend her to anyone in the area for a wedding, a family reunion or any event that you want.

Paula is absolutely incredible. We found her through our venue, and were extremely impressed. We did engagement photo's with her, and she took time out of her busy schedule to call me and talk to me about them, instead of just putting them on a cd and sending them over. She made some recommendations and seemed to really care about making sure the pictures were to our satisfaction, and of course they were! She also at the last minute printed some photo's for us to use on our wedding day in a few frames and brought them to my home to make sure I received them before the wedding day! She really works with you to get a feel of what you want in your pictures. On our wedding day she was incredible. It was one humid day and she was very patient with us while we tried to quickly gather up family for photo's. I highly recommend Paula, she is wonderful to work with, and really cares about what she does, and it shows in her pictures, and in her responsiveness! Thanks again Paula!

My husband and I were vigourously searching for a photographer for our wedding and we came upon Paula Lockharts website for Four Seasons Photography. We liked what we saw on the website so we decided to meet with her. When we met, I was very impressed with how she took her time (about 2 1/2 hours) to show us her previous work and go over all the package options with us. We were so pleased with her patience and professionalism that we booked her on the spot. On our wedding day she was very puntual and she took some of the most amazing photos and provided us with 867 photos to chose from. There were so many beautiful candid shots that it was hard to pick what we wanted to put in our album. We received our photos in a very timely manner and were extremely please with her services. She is definitely a perfectionist and it shows in her work. We highly recommend her and would love to work with her again in the future.

We had a great experience working with Four Seasons Photography! The best ways to describe Paula Lockhart are: approachable, flexible, patient, detail-oriented, creative, punctual and very friendly.

She is incredibly approachable, flexible and patient. She was very patient and flexible to work with us in order to put together the package that suited our needs. At the same time she is also incredibly detail-oriented in how she handled the preparation for the event (including the list of shots, discussion of the details and contact persons) as well as how she approached every shot she took during the wedding.

During the wedding itself Paula and the second photographer she brought with her were incredibly efficient while at the same time very unobtrusive, kind and easy-going with all of our guests. We received so many compliments on the professionalism and friendliness of the photographers, and later on on how beautiful our wedding pictures turned out.

In short, we found what we were looking for in Four Seasons Photography: a beautiful collection of wedding memories at a very affordable price while working with really amazing and professional people.

Paula was wonderful to work with! When I first met her I had no idea what I was looking for but she is a pro and explained a lot. I felt very comfortable and booked her right away. She worked with me to work something out when I decided not to do an included engagement shoot and gave us prints instead. The wedding pictures are wonderful and we love them. They came very quickly and when I ordered prints those came quickly as well.

Paula was amazing! I found her through another photographer, do I have to say that I am very lucky that she was the photographer who took pictures of our wedding! She's very professional, and has a great talent. She is very reasonable with her pricing, and was excellent at taking the list of pictures I wanted to taken (family, friends, etc), and took all of them in what seemed to be record time! I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the DC/MD/VA area in a heartbeat!

Paula is amazing!!! Not only is she a professional who is excellent in her craft, she is also genuinely kind. If you are in need of a photographer I definitely recommend her services. As you will soon find out, the day of your wedding is chaotic. I could not find anything my veil in particular. It was misplaced and when we finally recovered it, it was wrinkled and there was little time remaining before our expected departure. With out a second thought Paula picked up my veil and steamed it for me. I can honestly say that she went above and beyond her job description. My wedding was on New Years Eve 2009, and Paula had her hands full with my wedding party which consisted of 27 people. To her credit she was clear and precise with arranging our group, The end result was several photo's that my husband and I love.

Timeless, classic, romantic shots. Paula (Four Seasons Photography) is an exacting, consummate professional. She produced spectacularly thoughtful, creative, photographs of unbelievable quality; rich, vibrant, awesome. She knows her art. (And in this instance, she was dealing with an older couple!) Paula was really great! My husband and I planned our wedding in less than two weeks, and the photography was one of the easiest things to plan thanks to Paula! We had a very limited budget and she worked with us to create a beautiful package! We highly recommend her, and hopes she will be taking future family pictures, as we are about to have a baby! Paula was great and very professional. She worked non stop on the wedding day taking pictures of everything that was happening. The pictures are wonderful and everything we hoped they would be! I would highly recommend Four Seasons Photography. While wanting to have a budgeted wedding, we did not want to book poor quality vendors. Four Seasons offered exceptional service for a great price. I really enjoy having all of my wedding photos stored on a cd, rather than having them all printed. My advice for the future would be to make your work more unique rather than the same ones that other photographers are using, such as posed on the steps of the church with family off to each side.

We were down to the wire and still didn't have a reliable photographer. My mother in law found Paula Lockhart and it just so happened that all her weekends were booked EXCEPT the weekend we were set to get married! Paula booked our wedding at such short notice and she was so accommodating, professional, helpful, creative...I could go on and on. I still look at our wedding album at least once a week and I'm still amazed at how wonderful the pictures were and how well she captured everything we requested and more. We are expecting our first baby together and I most likely will go to Paula for more photographs of our family.

Paula was an excellent photographer to work with during the months leading up to the wedding, on the wedding day, and in putting together the photo album after the wedding. She provided wonderful tips and ideas in planning for poses and answered all our questions. On the day of the wedding, Paula and her team were very professional, yet friendly and patient. They took pictures of everything on our list and captured all the important moments. We were very pleased with Paula's flexibility and quality of photos. Paula made our wedding day stress-free and easy! She provided expertise, guidance and assurance that she would capture the casual feel of our wedding. Paula was able to provide us with the traditional photographs that she knew we would want, and the more contemporary ones that went with our casual, beach inspired wedding and reception. Paula Lockhart made our wedding absolutely wonderful! She was professional and very artistic. Considering that she agreed to photograph our wedding 3 weeks before the date (which was a Sunday and a holiday weekend) because our photographer cancelled, and that she knew nothing of the location, we were extremely impressed with her promptness and willingness to go above and beyond our expectations. Our photographs are absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier. I would HIGHLY recommend Four Seasons Photography.

Four Seasons Photography was very easy to work with. Paula is easy to get in touch with and was very professional at the event. The photos were amazing! She did a great job getting photographs of everything such as flowers, decorations, the reception area, guests, landscape. etc. The photos of my husband and I and the wedding party were perfect as well. I was extremely happy with Four Seasons Photography. Paula Lockheart was amazing. When planning my wedding, finding a good photographer was one of my top priorities. I couldn't have made a better choice. I really liked the pictures on her website, so even though she lives a couple of hours away, I called Paula. She spent an hour on the phone with me, answering all of my questions. She always returned my calls very quickly (I mean within hours, not days) and returns emails just as quickly. I hired her because I liked her style and she was just so helpful and easy to get in touch with.

On my wedding day, Paula showed up early, was extremely professional, and friendly. She used a digital camera, so she could tell immediately if she was getting good shots. I am not very photogenic and usually more than half of the photos of me are just awful. Not the case with Paula. Out of the more than 500 photos she gave me, only a couple were bad. I couldn't believe how great the photos were! They were even better than I had hoped for. She managed to get great shots of everyone. I have been telling everyone how happy I am with the photos. I sent the DVD of the pics to my friends and family and they were all impressed too.

Paula got the usually formal shots of the wedding party and me and my husband but she also got some amazing less posed shots of us. My favorite pictures are the close-ups she got of me and him, after all of posed shots with us just putting our arms around each other, me giving him a kiss on the cheek, us laughing, and having fun. I also love the candid shots of us cutting the cake. I requested that we not do any posed shots except for the formal pics at the church. Despite that, Paula got a lot of amazing, professional, yet genuine and candid pictures of us, most notably the cake pictures. Some of my favorite pictures were the shots she got of me and the bridesmaids outside of the church. I had seen some similar pictures on her website and asked her to do them for me. I absolutely love them. Paula was able to give me the expected posed formal pictures, great candid shots, and also some really cool more artistic shots. I felt like I got the typical wedding photos everyone wants plus had something a little different.

One of the things I liked most was that Paula made me a DVD of the pictures before she left that night. She also made some adjustments to lighting, etc, and sent me updated DVDs within a couple of days. It was so nice to have the pictures so quickly. I was free to have them printed myself (but Paula will also do that if you want). Even after she has been paid in full, she continues to go out of her way to make sure I get what I want. Her prices are very good too. I really couldn't ask for more.

If I had to do it over again, I would definitely want Paula to be my photographer again. I would recommend her to my best friends.

Paula went above and beyond what a normal photographer would do, the hours and time that she put in to making my day special was incredible. She was so flexible with what we needed and the budget that we had. She really captured every special moment of the wedding, and I ended up having a really hard time choosing the pictures that I liked the best because all of her pictures were really just that good. I highly recommend Paula for her excellent work, flexibility, quality and service!

I would highly recommend Four Seasons photography. Paula and her staff were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Paula was very responsive prior to, during, and after the wedding. We were so pleased with all of our photos, which says a great deal since neither of us (bride/groom) look like models.

Paula did such a great job capturing the wedding day! She and Beth (second photographer) were a great set--together they were able to get some incredible photos. Paula is extremely knowledgeable about the field, pays wonderful attention to detail, and is extremely accommodating. Highly recommended!

Paula and Beth were wonderful to work with. Paula was willing to work with what I had in mind for my small wedding and we had a few great discussions before my wedding day. Day of, Paula and Beth were prompt, professional and open to suggestions. I received the images within a week, which was the original timeframe Paula had mentioned, but still seemed like an incredibly quick turnaround. I'd recommend them to my friends and family without a doubt.

Paula and Beth did a good job of taking photos of our wedding. The venue had some challenging lighting and spacing but they took advantage of the existing Christmas decorations and got good shots for our wedding photo album.

Paula and her assistant took wonderful pictures at our wedding. One thing I did not take advantage of was her willingness to get a shot list from her clients - I heard that not all photographers do this and prefer you to rely on their experience. We received the pictures within 2 weeks and all on DVD to do with it what we wished (a great value to us as I am an avid shutterfly user!). They captured all of the important moments and even some that we missed. So glad we went with Four Seasons!

Paula and Beth complement each other so well! It was so easy working with both of them. They dealt with our large wedding party on probably the hottest day of the year, but you couldn't even tell in the photos! They look perfect and we love all of them! Definitely would recommend using them.

Paula is very professional and has had a lot of experience shooting many types of weddings (ours was a Catholic, followed by an Indian wedding). She was happy to meet us a few times before the wedding and very responsive to emails.

On the day of the wedding, she arrived early to the venue before everyone else arrived so that she could photograph them entering. She had also found places outdoors to shoot photos even though we didn't really know where.

She uses a really good camera that takes nicely colored photos even in indoor lighting.

The good thing is that she provides the DVDs of the images (full res), so I could make my own digital slideshows after that. Overall, I'm very impressed.

We were so pleased with our wedding photos. The only difficulty was having to decide which pictures we wanted since there were so many good ones. We ended up deciding to have 2 albums. Paula was wonderful to work with and captured our day beautifully.
