Monica, Chris, David, and everyone involved with FGF Catering were such a treat to work with. As a wedding planner, I have never felt so much support from a catering team. Monica was so responsive and accommodating through the whole process, and the on-site team on wedding day was so flexible and kind. Professional service, amazing food
I did a lot of research and received quotes from about 5 caterers for our daughter's wedding. Monica at FGF was the most professional, responsive person and went out of her way to be sure she was creating the custom package we needed for our brunch wedding reception with a combo of grazing-board brunch foods and two hot entree stations. She was extra attentive to the food allergy issues for some of our guests as well. At the reception, the food was beautifully displayed, and the team of servers was kind and personable. Most importantly -- the food was amazing! Our guests raved, with multiple people telling me how incredible all the food was. Monica even arranged for the bride and groom to have a quick "private meal" before they joined the reception so that they were fed and free to mingle with guests.

FGF is amazing!
Monica and her team were flawless. Our daughter’s wedding at the Filter Building went off without a hitch. Monica was a gem during the planning process, making sure that ALL of our wishes came true. She and her staff seamlessly executed on every detail. Our guests raved over the passed appetizers, and main course! I received countless compliments on the food. And the watermelon water was so refreshing! The bartenders and wait staff were friendly but unobtrusive. The whole service was perfection and we are grateful!

Working with Monica and her team were a treat from the very start! They were the second tasting we had, and immediately we knew we wanted to work with them before we even tasted the food. The food itself blew our minds. Hands down the best food and overall experience. The service was like something out of a movie. The servers were synchronized in the timing of serving and removing plates. Our guests were in awe and snapping pictures as soon as food was presented. Hands down the best catering company - not just in food, but the people as well! Will be using them for any catering service we need in the future!

I highly recommend using FGF to cater your wedding reception! Within minutes of filling out the online inquiry form, I had a call from Monica and she provided me with all the information I needed to start thinking about catering options for my daughter's wedding. Monica was very timely to respond to calls and emails throughout the process. We brainstormed through several options as we needed to stay within our estimated food budget and I felt very happy with our final menu selection and pricing. The food at the reception was delicious! I have had several family members and friends call to say how amazing the food was. We were assigned the most amazing staff who went above & beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. We even were assigned a "fairy godmother" who took excellent care of my husband & I and all the grandparents. Every detail was amazing! I would highly recommend using FGF for any event!

Monica and team at FGF are the BEST!
Monica and team handled our daughter's wedding and we could not have been happier!! They answered every question and made the whole experience very easy. It was so nice knowing our bar and food service were in good hands!! The food was wonderful, and we received many compliments on the presentation and how delicious everything was (we did stations with a preset salad). Their staff was also fabulous and could not have been nicer or more thoughtful. Our guests commented on how wonderful they were! Hands down would recommend them again and again!!

We absolutely loved working with FGF Catering for our recent Wedding in Dallas, TX. From their professionalism, to their organization, they truly did not miss a beat. Not only is their food delicious, but their service in exceptional. When we did a food tasting for our wedding it was so hard to narrow down our options as every dish they prepared for us was amazing! We were lucky enough to work with FGF for our wedding cake as well, and it was a 10/10! We knew about FGF from someone else's wedding. The salmon dish I had at that time was so good, I wanted to taste it again! We only seriously looked at FGF and another similarly priced company. FGF won because not only were the entrees amazing, the side dishes were amazing, the green beans and potatoes and such. I was actually a little sad the vegetarian option wasn't on our buffet, because the vegetarian entree was incredible! I loved the variety on the appetizers and different "packages" they had so we could choose the best option for us. A little thing that made my husband happy was they changed one of the salad dressings to one he liked better.
My dad is a chef, and I grew up going to fancy restaurants with him, and I was able to impress him with FGF.
Someone on their staff was assigned to us as the wedding couple and did a great job ensuring we had everything we needed, food- and drink-wise. If I ever throw a big party again, I will definitely contact FGF first!

We have worked with Food Glorious Food for many years and have never been disappointed with the professionalism and quality they provide their clients. We have interacted with many great sales associates, but by far the person who has always gone above and beyond for all of our clients was Monica Wilson. One of the couples for a past wedding had several dietary restrictions and was worried that they would not be able to enjoy the FGF tasting with their partner. Not only did Monica have specific items for the tasting that met her restrictions, but she also asked chef make her a special salad so she could enjoy a personalized experience at the appointment.
Other thing that makes this company great is the staff that show up to the events ready to get to work and make magic happen. A great example of this was the couple's personal attendant Liz. She was always near by when the couple or our team needed anything. The second I looked up to search for her to help with something, she was right there by my side like a ninja. Half the time before I could even ask for something, I would spot her heading my way with whatever we needed. Not only was Liz a rock star, but the other servers were in sync with our team all night. They also came in clutch to save the arse of the bartenders who didn't show up with all of their supplies. An A+++ serving team that make our couples and their families so happy.
They balance an amazing office and serving staff with an exceptional kitchen team that creates edible works of art every time they step up to the grill. You can't talk about this catering team without giving the chef and his crew their accolades as well. Whether we are in a full kitchen, prep kitchen spaces or assorted sizes, or behind a tent outside in a field, these culinary magicians create elaborate dishes with impeccable consistency. Each piece of meat is juicy and full of flavor with crisp vegetables and potatoes so light and creamy you think you're in heaven eating clouds.
I can not express enough how having a professional catering team makes an event go so smoothly and why FGF is one of the companies we love working with.

I had to pick a caterer from a list of about 6-7 for my daughter's venue. I did a comparison of costs and looked at reviews and decided on FGF. Since the food was one of the biggest costs of my daughter's wedding I was concerned. However, once I met Monica I knew we were in good hands. She made the process easy and was considerate of our budget. She was patient with our questions and had great insight and advice on our choices. They assigned a person to the bride and groom to make sure they got food and drink and brought them some appetizers during the photos after the ceremony.
The food was great and the service was amazing. You cannot go wrong choosing FGF

The staff, food, and service was impeccable! I I can’t begin to tell you how good the appetizers, salads, and entrées were the night of the wedding! It was not easy with three different entrées served and each equally delicious. They accommodated with staff for various stations for desserts and specialty cocktail drinks. Glorious Food, Bartending, & Support
Our wedding day wouldn't have been as perfect if it wasn't for all of the wonderful staff and crew from Food Glorious Food (FGF). Marju provided amazing consultative services leading up to our big day. She was ultra-responsive, thorough, and provided expert advice the whole way through.
On our big day, David (for setup) was wonderful. Monica, Josh, and Sara all were super helpful putting on the finishing touches that just set the event over the top. They made the venue look wonderful and had such a professional staff that was by far the best group of people to entertain a wild bunch.
The food was delicious and they just kept it coming. Josh and Sara took the best care of the grooms all night long. Drinks were full, food was glorious, and when it came time to leave they provided a gift bag of cake, champagne, waters, and the sweetest note ever. I would absolutely use this company and crew again. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!

The food and service were first class… at least a dozen guests told us that was the best wedding food they ever had. The catering and event crew went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I, along with our guests, were taken care of at all times. Pricing was very reasonable and we felt like we got so much more than places that had quoted us much higher. They made sure all the logistics the day of ran without us worrying about them at all. We truly felt like they helped make our special day as perfect as it could feel.

Absolutely Incredible Catering!!
FGF was on The White Sparrow Barn's recommended vendors list, and they did not steer us wrong! We used them to cater my daughter's wedding there this last weekend, and I have never dealt with more professional people! From the beginning they were so incredibly nice and professional. The wedding went off flawlessly, with incredible food (filet mignon and chicken marsala) and an amazing staff. One thing we really liked about this venue is that everything is a package, and we were not nickeled and dimed. We got the beer and wine package, which was unlimited and was a set price per person (that also included sodas). No extra fees for bartenders, servers, corking, etc. The food was the same way. It was a per person price and included all waitstaff, high end dishware and glasses, etc. Other places charged all kinds of extra fees and a charge to just get regular china instead of paper plates! The pricing was so simple and straightforward. It seems more expensive at first per person, but it isn't when you get done with all the extra fees that other caterers charge. Everything promised was delivered and then some! They cut and served the cake for no charge. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

The caterer came with my venue, when people asked what caterer I was using and I said FGF they all raved about them. Knowing that they had such a great reputation made me feel much more relaxed about my daughter's big day. And sure enough they lived up to their reputation and were fabulous. The perfect choice for a picky couple and a black tie wedding
Amazing. From start to finish we felt so well looked after by Monica and the entire FGF team at our plated black tie wedding. We are a foodie couple who had ideas- some of them tedious and custom- and yet they delivered on all of them. I could genuinely see all the details from our tasting notes being nailed at our wedding…even the sauciness of the broth! We requested a custom chicken entree from a recipe we sent them and they delivered. We asked for the Grazing table to be packed up and they sent every leftover bite home with us. The answer was always yes, and the service was with more than a smile. I initially chose FGF because I could tell their food was elevated but more importantly that they didn’t nickel and dime in the pricing. I researched extensively and chose a slightly higher price in food knowing there were fewer fees in general that came to better value overall, and I am so glad I did. I can’t tell you how many guests have raved about the snapper and how nice the chicken was and that it didn’t feel like typical wedding food at all. The spaghetti squash was really appreciated for it being vegan and not the typical “pasta”. And equally how many have mentioned our contact Monica personally as being so impressive and sweet throughout the night. My sister, my aunt, my cousin- all of them wanted us to know how great FGF was and we loved it all. my husband and I both felt so well looked after and amongst ourselves said several times how glad we were to have FGF looking after us. You really shined on Sunday. Thank you!

Amazing Service!
We used FGF as our wedding caterers at The Filter Building and had the best experience. Monica was a dream to work with. We got the Spanish Tapas buffet and much to our surprise, everything was customizable to our preferences (For example, we requested gluten free meatballs, added a salad, and got a couple very specific signature cocktails). We got so many compliments on our food and beverage menu. If I’m honest, the price ended up being slightly more than we had originally planned, but ultimately it was worth it. Our wedding vision came to life and our guests were very pleased. The staff also made sure my husband and I had plenty of food ready on our plates and a drink in our hands at all times!

Rescued us at the Eleventh Hour
Food Glorious Food saved us when our catering company cancelled just before the wedding. Monica was so helpful and patient, going above and beyond in her outreach and communication. Edith and her FGF team were incredible! The food was tasty and exactly what we ordered for our 150 guests at our wedding. Everything and everyone was professional, sharp, and easy to work with. Delicious & Easy to Work With
We worked with FGF as it is the preferred caterer for our venue as they also manage bookings for it. I had no issues in using them as the reviews were really strong, and our experience with them was no different. Alma was our coordinator, and she was so great to work with. She was super responsive and incredibly helpful as I was initially planning everything myself. Our tasting was a great experience as they made it feel like it would at our wedding. We ultimately decided to go with the Tex-Mex buffet and bar with beer, wine, and margaritas. The food was delicious, and several of our guests mentioned to us how great the food was. Definitely would recommend FGF to anyone looking for a caterer.

Fantastic experience
We cannot say enough good things about our experience having our daughter’s wedding at The Venue at 400 North Ervay. The venue itself is stunning and unique! It blends beautiful historical spaces with the breathtaking urban rooftop landscape. The staff lead by Edith Ibarra did not disappoint. Ms. Ibarra was available throughout the planning phase and oversaw the event to be sure everything was just right. The food was wonderful and the event staff was professional and pleasant. We are so thankful we chose to have our daughter’s wedding at 400 N. Ervay.

Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits!!
FGF was amazing to work with & gave us an incredible experience for our wedding! We loved so many things at our tasting & we really enjoyed our time discussing and planning with Edith. Communication was strong as we had a million questions and had a specific budget to work within. We ended up with a few amazing appetizers & crusted chicken that everyone was so complimentary of! We didn't want a stereotypical wedding meal & we definitely achieved that with them! Plus, they were so kind to include a late night snack with honey butter chicken biscuits during the dancing which was all the rage! Along with the bar service & linens we rented, working with them was easy and accommodating to all our needs.

Great catering for our wedding!!!
Our venue had FGF as their used caterer. Food Glorious Food had a wonderful selection of hors d’oeuvres, display stations, dinner selections, and cocktails. They were very flexible with our choices and crafting our menu within our budget. Our guests raved about the food, saying it was some of the best wedding food they ever had!! Our only complaint with FGF was in regard to the quantity of food they prepared - as we had a few guests who received chicken instead of the filet mignon we paid for. We had a carving station so the staff was serving the food, which was frustrating there was not enough food prepared for everyone. FGF did do a good job about making the chicken in time to serve, but still disappointing. Dana was our day of attendant and she was AMAZING!!! She made sure we were always taken care of and made the night so smooth and enjoyable for us and our families. Overall, wonderful experience and would still book FGF again - just would make sure to discuss the food quantity more in depth.

Restaurant Quality w/ Incredible Service
The team at Arlington Hall/Food Glorious Food truly made our wedding the special day it was. The food is absolutely five-star restaurant quality and the service is everything you would expect from a luxury venue. We had Dana as our bridal captain and she thought of EVERYTHING before we could even think to ask! Fernando and the rest of the foodservice team were so great too. Our entire family and friend group commented on how attentive everyone was and of course the plating itself it just gorgeous. I also want to mention that we hosted this event during the COVID-19 era, and I felt so comfortable with how seriously their team took cleanliness and safety of us and our guests.

FGF provides a variety of food options, and it’s all delicious! We picked FGF after attending an open house, but had not tried the food we selected for our wedding. We were so happy with how it turned out, and all of our guests were complimenting the quality of the food. We had a variety of appetizers, buffet, and stations and it was all delicious. We loved working with Edith and the entire team from the first time we met her. The food was as fabulous at the wedding as it was at the tasting! They were extremely flexible with my total count (190), adding things last minute and making the tables look elegant. I can't say enough about the wait staff, food station attendants and bartenders, they were friendly, courteous and paid attention to details. Loved that this was the catering group that partnered with our venue. The partnership made it very easy to do our wedding at The Chapel at Ana Villa. Food Glorious Foods had many options that allowed us to tailor a preset menu to fit our attendees and all of it tasted great! I wasn't expecting a ton, given that wedding food is typically not that great... I'm happy to report that the food was hot, delicious, and presented wonderfully. Everyone was super complimentary! And parents were very appreciative that there were kids meal options. It actually cost about the same to do a plated dinner versus a buffet, which was a huge bonus and made the event feel that much classier and fancier. Would definitely recommend them, especially if you're having your wedding at the chapel at ana villa :)

Incredible Food and Service!
We picked FGF for our wedding because of their extensive menu options and fantastic reputation and we weren't disappointed! Not only was the food incredible, but the service and the help along the way were beyond what we could have imagined. Taylor helped us with the planning and Sara managed the wedding day and they were both so patient, knowledgeable, and kind! They anticipated every question and went above and beyond at every opportunity. My husband and I even had an incredible attendant, Tiki, who kept our glasses full all night and made sure that we had a chance to eat. And the food, needless to say, was amazing. It's been a month since the wedding and we're still getting rave reviews from our guests! I'm so glad that we chose FGF and I would recommend them to anyone!

Allison and the Chef were easy to work with and were happy to accommodate all of our needs. From the passed hors d’oeuvres to the stations, to the seated dinner, to the desserts, our guests were raving about the variety and quality of the food. They were the caterer that our venue required but that turned out to be fine because the food was fabulous! The grit cakes with brisket appetizers were a huge hit. All the passed hors d'oeurves were amazing actually. We just did a simple buffet for supper at the reception but it was really, really good. Everything was beautiful and flavorful. They have ton of options with displays, passed hot/cold hors d'oeurves, buffets, stations and seated/plated selections. There's almost too much to choose from but everything we tasted at two tasting events was excellent (w/the exception of the mac & cheese). The service was great as well. Lauren was super easy to work with and was very helpful in answering my endless amount of questions. They had great options as far as the stuff they provide and they work with other vendors to give you even more choices for plates, silver, glassware, linens, etc. Lauren was also very helpful in recommending other vendors for other services.

The food for our mid-December wedding was awesome, from the apps to the stations...every person I speak to can't stop talking about the Southern Martinis (grits + toppings bar). The staff is great and the Director, Lauren Twichell was a dream to work with - responsive, worked with our budget and coordinated everything beautifully. Food Glorious Food is incredible. They have an excellent reputation for a reason - their food is hands down the best wedding food. We have had dozens of guests tell us that it is the best wedding food that they have ever had. I did not put much importance on the food when planning my wedding, but it was something my mother-in-law really wanted to emphasize. I am glad that we did. Our guests were happy and had a great meal. The prices are a little on the higher end, but it is worth every penny.
The one downside is that they do not provide taste testings. I'm so Type A, so this made me pretty nervous. I am so happy that there was nothing to worry about. The food was incredible. They even made me a special vegan plate that was AWESOME.

My reception was at Arlington Hall and their required catering company, Food Glorious Food, made my wedding day the perfect day-- above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. The food was PHENOMENAL. It's been one month, and we are still taking about how great it was and basking in all of the positive feedback we recieved from our guests. The only problem is-- I still crave it! We had a brunch reception with passed hors'doeuvres (sp?) during our "cocktail" hour that were to die for-- mini monte cristos, pigs in a blanket, and mini quiche's. For the reception, we had such items as egg martinis, french toast casserole, and crepes. The presentation of the meat, salads, vegetables, etc was gorgeous.
The staff is also amazing. Marisa Ritter works for this vendor and is the coordinator for Arlington Hall. I cannot say enough wondeful things about her and the impact she had on my wedding day- including all of the planning during the months prior. I truly felt so lucky to have her thoughout this entire process. Her staff is highly organized, professional, and just down right perfect.

Food Glorious Food was the preferred vendor at The Aldredge House in Dallas, TX. I wasn't thrilled at first to hear that we had to go with one vendor, but after a few minutes of meeting with Megan (who works for Food Glorious Food, but also assists showing/planning at the AH), I knew this was the best vendor for our wedding. Megan worked closely with us to ensure that the perfect foods were selected at the cocktail hour and at our reception. The day of our wedding, I was floored when I saw how gorgeous the tables looked. We decided to have a buffet rather than a plated dinner, but I do not feel we sacrificed any elegance or class with this decision. The table scape was beautiful and featured imported cheeses, mozzarella salad, artichoke fondue, creamy roasted redpepper spread, crostini, dried fruits and berries, greek salad, sauteed vegetables, a pasta bar, herb crusted beef tenderloin...it was all so delicious. As the bride, you just want to know that everything is going as planned and that your guests are enjoying themselves. I had so many guests tell me how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend this vendor for any of your catering needs.

Food Glorious Food provided an afternoon tea wedding for me at the Old Red Courthouse Museum, and they brought my dream to life. From the vanilla pear mimosas to the mini eclairs, everything was a hit! They allowed me to bring my own champagne, which helped my cost tremendously, and I was able to pull off a fantasy reception for 50 for less than I thought possible. The staff was incredibly attentive to me and my guests; I couldn't have asked for anything better!

Their service is wonderful and they will customize your menu, take care of your special dietary needs and provide amazing service. We were so impressed with the quality and quantity of food provided that we hope to get invited to an event that they cater again.

My husband and I were very pleased with our food at our reception. We had appetizers (Fried Green Tomatoes) and a cheese, fruit, cracker display during our cocktail hour. Our reception meal was DELICIOUS! One of our sides was an amazing baked macaroni and cheese dish that had everyone raving!
We worked with Matthew through our vendor and he was very professional, listened well and worked very hard to make us happy. He offered suggestions when we were struggling with decisions, but was never pushy. His guidance helped make our reception a hit! THANK YOU SO MUCH MATTHEW!!!

Seamless catering
FgF catered our daughters wedding at the French Farmhouse in Collinsville, TX. From the moment we contacted them, through taste testing, many adjustments and then day of service, they were attentive to our every need and lightning fast in responding to queries.
Our plated meals were gracefully delivered and the staff was not in the way at anytime. We appreciated the outdoor kitchen and refrigeration units they brought, allowing us to use the venue prep kitchen for flowers, cake, sweet teas and cookies

We had a brunch wedding and we had the most spectacular food created for us by Food Glorious Food. It was delicious, decadent, and looked like a work of art. The catering staff were the loveliest people who seemed to be foodies, just like us! The serving staff at the wedding were beyond attentive and professional. Our food was one of the most memorable aspects of our wedding, and for people to continue to talk about the food months later, you know it was incredible!

Amazing food! We were a bit upset to learn our venue required only this caterer but in the end they were so flexible and delicious! We had a strange menu as I am vegetarian but eat cheese and my husband is Muslim and my family is Jewish so we needed kosher, halal, and vegetarian! It all turned out amazing and everyone was talking about how good it was. I was only sad they didn't let us take doggie bags home!

Wonderful Experience!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience using FGF for our wedding day! We had many guests comment that our food was the best wedding meal we ever had. We highly recommend working with Monica as she was amazing.

Our food was delicious! We received so many compliments on how good the food was from our guests. Michelle Hope was great. She worked with us and our tight budget. We ended up going with the Union buffet #2.
The only issue I had was that we didn’t get a chance to have a tasting beforehand as they prefer to do larger group tastings.

If you are looking for them to take responsibility when things go south don't count on them
I am the father of the Bride. My daughter's wedding took place this past November of 2018. They recommended that we get a tent erected to accommodate our guests for the reception. They promised that the tent can be made weather proof - in the sense, in case of rain we won't be interrupted. It costed ovr $18K and over $50K for food. The tent was put up without the side panel to prevent the rain. At least they had the top. The tent construction is done by just one firm. They had contracted with that company to build. But was not adequately supervised, to ensure that the side panels were put up. The invoice had a line item for the side panels and also in the contract with the tent company.
thunderstorms rolled in as predicted for few days during the reception. We contracted them to give two wine pours. First pour was done and the main course was being served the thunderstorms came and disrupted the rest of the program. No second pour took place. They did try to serve food inside, but quite a many of the guests could not eat because it was plated dinner needing fork & knife and there weren't enough tables.
The $18K+ for the tent was a total waste also nearly $8K of decorations & accoutrements were a waste. They took no responsibility. They pretty much said SCAT happens and blamed us saying the contract was between us and the tent company. The manager who later claimed to have been at the wedding but didn't even bother to introduce himself - quite the liar.
It is a den of thieves, as we found out. While we were discussing how they would compensate us for the economic damages, they put through a charge for $37+K thru the credit card company, fraudulently charging my credit card we used to put up the deposit a year earlier. Always cancel your card after the deposit. I mistook them to be honorable, but they are frauds & thieves. We did not even get a chance to review the final bill. Additionally they did not even return the security deposit of $1,000 they took a year earlier - which was supposed to be returned. I am talking to Dallas county prosecutor's office to press charges.

I was so disappointed with the service I received from FGF. The food was great. But, unfortunately, the catering manager at the Hall of State was rude and unprofessional. I am not even sure she realizes how rude she comes across as. Maybe if you hire a wedding planner (I did not b/c she told me she was a certified wedding planner), she will listen to him/her more.
