Ashley was amazing! Leading up to the wedding, she was super helpful in guiding us through the steps to set up playlists and coordinate the intros/outros of the bridal party. Our wedding was spread out over a large property, and she had zero issue running speakers to each area, providing a festive, cozy atmosphere! We had a couple live performances and she was very accommodating in getting mic stands and cables all ready to go. Then the DANCING began! Lights, speakers, the whole deal - Ashley killed it! We leaned into more 70’s and 80’s music, and Ashley completely understood the assignment. Needless to say, the music mix was brilliant. Since then, we have had at least a dozen of our friends and family tell us that this was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. I have no doubt that Ashley is 99.99% responsible for that. Hiring Ashley and Fog City Entertainment made a lot of sense 6 months ago, but now, having seen what she can do for a wedding’s atmosphere and dance floor, it’s a no-brainer. Thank you, Ashley!! -

DJ Kai was incredible throughout our entire wedding day. He was available for meetings prior to the day so that he had an idea of what we wanted and how we wanted the day to flow. Our guests are still complimenting us on the music selections and transitions! We could not have been happier with Fog City Entertainment, Ashley Good, and DJ Kai for all they did for us. -

We had the pleasure of working with Ashley and her assistant for our 160-person black-tie wedding, and they were absolutely incredible.
From the start, Ashley was extremely organized and professional. She provided a detailed planning portal where we could map out our entire ceremony and reception, including music selections and MC cues, which made everything feel seamless and intentional.
On the wedding day, she truly exceeded expectations. She played an amazing mix of music across generations and kept the dance floor packed all night, no one wanted to leave!! We also appreciated her thoughtfulness in confirming her attire to ensure it aligned with our black-tie dress code.
We definitely recommend Ashley and her team to anyone looking for a professional and talented DJ! She helped make our day unforgettable! -

From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with, very responsive, and truly took the time to ask all the right questions to ensure our wedding vision came to life. Jose absolutely nailed the music—our guests loved the song choices, and the dance floor was packed all night long. Everyone had an incredible time dancing the night away, and we received so many compliments on the music. Fog City Entertainment, specifically DJ Ashley, was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding on November 22, 2025. From the very beginning, Ashley was incredibly hands-on — helping us plan, refine, and perfect every detail of the music and overall event flow.

My now wife and I had a fantastic experience with Fog City for our wedding. The team was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us create an unforgettable celebration. Their intake process for the event timeline and music preferences was impressively thorough and easy to use. It made planning seamless and stress-free.
Ashley was fantastic in helping us stay on track leading up to the big day, and our DJ, Jose, brought the energy to the dance floor. He read the crowd well, adapted to last-minute timeline changes, and kept the flow of the evening smooth. The uplighting transformed our reception space beautifully, and the full-service photobooth was a huge hit with our guests. We were even sent a digital copy of all photobooth images following the wedding.
We’d highly recommend Fog City to any couple looking for a professional, talented, and fun team to bring their wedding vision to life. -

DJ for our wedding was DJ Jose. He was amazing, our dance floor was lit and our guests had a night!!!! We pretty much gave him free rein to play whatever he wanted apart from the important moments like introduction and cake cutting. He could adapt to multiple song requests given by our guests in multiple languages and blend it so well. Also Ashley was very easy to work with. We had some last minute changes and she was able to accommodate them. -

DJ Dan and Fog City Entertainment were amazing to work with and helped bring the party at our wedding!! From the outset, FCE was easy to work with - they were among the most communicative in the planning process, answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. That was great, as we've never hired a DJ before and had LOTS of questions. It made the decision to hire FCE really easy.
Top notch communication continued in the weeks leading up to our wedding. We wanted to include my cousin, who is a musician, in the ceremony music, and he was able to communicate directly with DJ Dan who made it really seamless to include him.
At the wedding itself, DJ Dan was flexible and rolled with any changes (aka delays) to the timeline, and was responsive to our requests. And he had the dance floor bumping, which was our hope!! I knew my friends would dance, but wasn't sure about my husband's friends or some of our family. I told Dan that my goal was to have all generations on the dance floor, and he made it happen - right up to the end of the evening! We even decided to pay overtime and go past our original end time because the party was still hopping at 10 pm, thanks to Dan!
Overall, DJ Dan and FCE met every expectation we had and just made the whole process easy, which is such a blessing during wedding planning - there are so many details to keep track of; it was great to feel like we were in safe hands and didn't have to worry on the music front. Plus, they made it fun! I highly recommend. -

Fog City was amazing to work with for our wedding in May. Ashley Good is very knowledgeable and passionate about her company; she is communicative and easy to work with. DJ Jose, who was recommended to us by Ashley and who ended up DJing the event, was perfect! He knew how to read the room, work with our playlist/requests, and ran the whole night easily (alongside the wedding coordinator). Jose's son, who ran the photobooth, was great as well. I highly recommend Fog City to anyone planning an event of any sort. Thanks for the party! -

Our wedding was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the phenomenal DJ we hired!
Note: we have already recommended Fog City Entertainment to a few of our friends planning their weddings - they are great! From our first meeting, it was clear we were working with true professionals who deeply understood the art of creating an extraordinary experience. DJ Ashley had an impressive knowledge of music and curated a perfect mix of songs that catered to every guest, blending genres and eras seamlessly. She knew exactly how to keep the energy up, adjusting the playlist in real-time to match the vibe of the crowd, ensuring that the dance floor stayed packed all night.
Not only was her mixing skills flawless, but she was also an incredible MC. Ashley guided the event with charm and enthusiasm, making announcements and engaging with guests in a way that felt authentic and fun, yet never overshadowed the main event – us! Her presence was warm, professional, and perfectly in tune with our style.
Planning with DJ Ashley was a breeze too. She listened carefully to our preferences and vision, making us feel like our wedding was her top priority. She went above and beyond to incorporate every detail we wanted, including our special songs and moments, making the music feel deeply personal and meaningful. In fact, she even made a couple custom mixes for our first dance and the father-daughter dance - they were perfect! Our timeline ran a little behind, but she adjusted effortlessly, keeping everything flowing smoothly.
Sorry - this is sounding like a novel, but we're almost done. Ashley and her assistant's professionalism and reliability were top-notch. Our coordinator loved them too! She said they arrived early, set up flawlessly, and had backup equipment ready (which we thankfully didn’t need, but it was reassuring to know they were prepared for anything!). Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence made us feel completely at ease on our big day.
Finally, we can’t say enough about Ashley's ability to create an atmosphere where everyone – even our shyest guests – felt comfortable getting up to dance and celebrate with us. The energy she brought to the room was truly contagious, and we’ve been hearing from guests ever since about how much fun they had! -

Ashley Sent on 08/15/2012I found Fog City through the wonderful reviews on WW. As a result, I booked them and the DJ Sonny Garcia as my wedding DJ. He and the coordinator, Mike, helped my wedding day go so smoothly! It was absolutely perfect. I also went them for an uplighting package as well as a monogram package. Sonny is absolutely awesome! He did everything perfect and was the best DJ I had ever. I loved him and you will absolutely not regret choosing Sonny and Fog City!!!!! -

He did an amazing job at reading the crowd to choose which style of music to play next. He had all of our guests out on the dance floor, young and old; me and the groom had a wonderful time dancing, too, and we were so sad when the music was over! Sonny had us complete forms so he could have all the music ready for our big day, which made our reception run smoothly. We can't thank Sonny and Fog City enough for making our wedding reception such a big hit! -

Danielle Sent on 10/14/2011Fog City Provided me with a wonderful string quartet and keyboardist who played at my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. I had to send them the music selections 2 weeks in advance and they also learned two songs for my ceremony. They were great! They got to the wedding did played wonderfully - knew exactly what times to play the music during the ceremony and when to fade it out. They needed little direction and were awesome.
The DJ I used through Fog City was Ashley Good and she DJd our reception. She was fabulous. I talked to her over the phone 2 times and sent her the paperwork she needed and she came, set up herself, MCd the reception and did a wonderful job! Our dance floor was packed for the entire wedding. She really knew how to keep the party going and all of our guests commented on how great the music was. -

Emily Sent on 07/24/2008Russ was awesome. He followed our picks closely and the music was awesome. He also was good at mixing in other types of music to bring the different groups back and forth to the dance floor. He was quick to add songs from your request list and was reasonably priced.
