Great Service
Brian from Focus Sound & Entertainment LLC was the DJ at our wedding, and we were super pleased with his work! He was very easy to communicate with leading up to our big day and knocked it out of the park at our reception. He created a playlist off of a few recommendations from us and did a wonderful job when it came to specialty songs. We had multiple compliments on our music throughout the night. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! -

Amazing Wedding DJ!
We hired Brian as our wedding DJ for April of this year, and he was absolutely amazing. He did an awesome job with the music, making all the announcements, and had a great set up with dance floor lighting! He was so nice, professional, and very quick to respond. We loved having him, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone! -

Excellent DJ

Brian was fantastic!
Brian was awesome! He played every song I requested and he had a great lineup. We had to move his setup to avoid the rain and he was so quick on making the right decision. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Brian!! -

Perfect Choice
Focus Entertainment was the perfect choice for our wedding and reception! Brian was ultra professional, easy to communicate with, and had all of the equipment needed for two locations. Most importantly, he was a phenomenal facilitator for our guests and scheduled events. You can't go wrong with Focus Entertainment - 5 STARS!!!!! -

Best dj!
Brian was the DJ of my friend's wedding, so it was easy for me to choose him for a party I had a few years back. He did a great job and played a variety of music for everyone there. I also used Brian in March for MY wedding!! We made a list of songs before the wedding so he could see what our music style was. We also sent out song requests on our RSVP so we could have an idea of what our guests would like to hear. He was wonderful! Super nice and friendly. I could tell he had a good time and so did all my guests! I would recommend him every time!! -

We couldn't be happier with our DJ selection! Brian with Focus Sound & Entertainment was one of the best investments for our wedding. Brian was very professional and showed up early to the venue to set up; he never missed a cue for both the ceremony and reception and he helped events go smoothly all night long; and he even went above and beyond to help us create a custom track for our first dance! Our guests had a great time dancing and we received several complements on the DJ. We would highly recommend Brian for any event! -

Brian went above and beyond for our wedding! He is a very sweet and laid back person who is willing to do whatever you need. He did anything and everything to make our ceremony and reception run smoothly and fun! He even took it upon himself to get video footage of our ceremony and special dances. Brian did a phenomenal job DJing our wedding this past weekend. We had very specific ceremony music and reception playlist requests. He sat down and met with us beforehand and went over all of our requests with us. Such a nice guy with an easy going personality that will listen to all your needs for your special day. The music was flawless all day and Brian kept everyone dancing until the end of the night. If I ever needed a DJ for another event, I wouldn't think twice about hiring anyone else. Thank you, Brian for making our special day even more wonderful!! -

I have worked with Brian several times and he is always extremely kind, professional, and does a wonderful job as a DJ. He goes above and beyond to make the event a success and is great at getting people out on the dance floor and is very professional when making announcements and introductions. As a wedding planner, what more could you ask for in a vendor? He's a team player and I always appreciate that. Would def recommend him! -

Brian was seriously the best to work with! My bridesmaids and I decided to do a surprise dance at the reception from a video that we had seen on youtube. He went above and beyond to make it happen with spending hours in the studio listening to the music and mixing just to make it perfect! He even recorded the dance and sent it to me along with pictures he took throughout the night as well. Brian is handsdown the best around, and I can't say enough wonderful things about his services! -

During my wedding planning I was extremely stressed about music. My husband and I both share a love for music and I was back and forth on having a band vs. a DJ. We went with a dj hoping that we could have the music that reflected on who we were as a couple. I am so happy that I went with a DJ like Brian. Our wedding would not have been perfect if it wasn't for him. He went above and beyond to assure that everything went flawless. He played all of the music that we requested (which I felt was a pretty ridiculous request from us haha) and that meant the world to both of us! He can entertain guest smoothly without any issues what so ever. I would defiantly reccomend him to make your event/wedding awesome!! -

I used Focus Sound & Entertainment for my wedding on April 5, 2014. They did ceremony music as well as reception. I am so pleased with how it all turned out. The timing of the music during the ceremony was perfect, and the selection during the reception kept the party going. I know everyone was really enjoying the music! Focus is very easy to work with. Brian did an AMAZING job for us! He was very responsive to both email and phone calls. I did not make his job easy because of the music list I wanted played. We like a lot of lesser known bands so I'm sure he spent a great deal of time prepping for our wedding and it showed!
I didn't use him for very much lighting because of what our venue provided but the supplemental lighting he brought was exactly what I was looking for. We just wanted people to dance and have a good time and Brian made that possible for us.
Our reception ran over a bit but Brian stayed until we were finished without complaint!
If you're looking for a DJ, this guy is great. He is super easy to get along with, talk to, and he provides a great service. He can even help you with wine selections thanks to his other job as a distributor. I am so happy I found him! Special thanks to my planner, Katie, at Wedding Belles Events for recommending him. -

We got married on September 7, 2013 and used Brian for both the ceremony music and reception music. Brian was an absolute joy to work with. From the first conversation we had I knew that I was going to enjoy his services. I was beyond thrilled with everything! All of the guest LOVED the music and flow of the wedding! I just wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Brian Carpenter at Focus Sound & Entertainment for doing such an excellent job at our 2nd Annual Touchdowns & Tiaras Gala!!! The music and lights he provided for our event were awesome! He played all our favorite music & was able to play a wide variety of song requests with ease! He went above the call of duty answering my distress call when we had a last minute D.J. emergency less than 48 hours before our youth football & cheer programs BIGGEST fundraising event of the year!!! We really appreciate Brian setting aside his own personal plans to take care of us!!!! Even brought his camera and took pic's too!!!! We look forward to him working with us again next year!! -

Brian Carpenter was so wonderful to work with. He was so communicative and quick with the many emails I sent him. I changed and added things up until the day before my wedding, and he made sure it was all taken care of. Our guests loved the music, loved the lights and was overall so happy with our services. We had a big time emergency the day before the wedding and I called Brian to ask him if he could bring something that was crucial to our wedding ceremony and without hesitation, he took care of it leaving me worry free.
I would definitely recommend his services to any wedding or event. He did a really fantastic job and we were so thrilled. Thanks Brian for making our wedding day awesomely cool! -

I had the opportunity to officiate a wedding that Brian was working back in 2011. As a pastor performing a wedding, you want the sound to be perfect so family and friends can share in this important day. We had a 50th birthday party with a variety of ages (8-85) attending. Everyone really enjoyed the dance music and the lights brought the party to life. There were a lot of requests for karaoke and all of the songs were available right away which really helped the party flow. The pricing is extremely reasonable. He has enough equipment for an outdoor party but the weather was terrible so we were inside and it sounded and fit perfect! The guests are still raving about his DJ/KJ services. -

Overall a great experience. He made good suggestions which were helpful, but the best part was the he was very respectful of my wishes and did exactly as I had asked. He was sure to get every detail down while discussing plans beforehand, and repeated them back to me so we could be on the same page. All this is in addition to him showing up early and having everything set up so the event went off without a problem. The highlight of the event had my bride in tears, and in this case that's a good thing. Highly recommended. -

Brian with Focus Sound & Entertainment did a wonderful job as DJ for my wedding reception. He stuck to the song list that the groom and I requested, was great to work with, friendly and professional. He kept the music "family friendly" so even the little ones could enjoy dancing! I received a lot of compliments that guests enjoyed the music and people were consistently on the dance floor having a great time. Because it was his first time at my particular venue, he arrived extra early to familiarize himself with the site and make sure he was set up on time. Brian was amazing from our first conversation till the after the wedding. He was very responsive which was important to us since we planned our wedding in a short period. Focus Sound & Entertainment was a perfect choice for our wedding! Brian (DJ) was very prompt at the wedding, he even stayed later than expected to provide his services! The lighting that he brings will amaze any children at the venue, and keep them busy throughout the event. He is very professional, and offers a wide variety of music to choose from. He will make your special event sound awesome! -

Brian did the music for my wedding ceremony as well as the reception, and I was very happy with his services! He carried through with all of our requests, and he also provided helpful suggestions and input when needed. The sound quality was consistently good all day. He provides a high quality of service for his prices. My wedding was in the middle of the day, but Brian made sure the reception was fun and engaging and had everyone dancing as if it was an evening party. I have heard a lot of brides say they wished they had spent more money on a DJ/band for their reception entertainment, but if I had to make the decision all over again I would go with Brian without hesitation. -

He did a good job with the music for our wedding. The music was cued well and the bridal party was well informed concerning the transitions before they walked in. The music selections was well chosen and tasteful aiding to the beauty of the day. -
