  Beautiful and delicious!

  We were having a hard time finding a bakery for a more traditional, white-frosted cake with quality decorating that also tasted good, until we tried Florentine! Jared was awesome to deal with, he was so kind and accommodating and always responsive to my emails. Our cannoli cake was beautiful, delicious, and much more affordable than others we tried that were not nearly as good! I would highly recommend Florentine.

  Jared was so wonderful to work with! He was easy to speak with, and the cake was delicious! It photographed beautifully and the price was very reasonable.

  Our cake was stunning and tasted so good! We had cannoli and chocolate hazelnut alternating layers. Jared was a pleasure to work with and the cake was very affordable, I highly recommend!

  Florentine has the BEST italian cookies, pastries etc. My husband and I got married in August 2014 in a tent at a private home. Neither of us are from the Utica area so we went off of reviews to find a bakery. We came across Florentine from the reviews and good word of mouth. ALL the guests were talking about how amazing the desserts were.
  We did a dessert table with cheesecakes, assorted Italian cookies, pasties, and canolis. We had the cheesecake as our "wedding cake" since I am not a fan of regular cake. They were so easy going at Florentine and they delivered to my caterer who was closer to them then the wedding site was.
  Anyways moral of the story-AMAZING cookies, cheesecake, pasties, canolis I have ever had (and I am Italian). Highly recommend them!!

  Wonderful people! Our cake was specially made with our vows around the cake - they have books to look through of the billions of weddings they have done for ideas (thats where we got our idea). They also make you a tiny cake of the cake you wish to sample for free before choosing your cake. FANTASTIC place to go, and affordable too!

  We got a several tiered wedding cake and each layer was a different cake. The chocolate hazelnut was amazing, but the cannoli cake was a bit dry. Debbie and Jarod did a wonderful job decorating the cake. I had asked for ribbon to be placed at the base of each cake instead of the string of pearls that we saw in the book, and they were more than accomodating. However, if you do get the pearls, you need to remove them before cutting the cake, they are a string of pearls and not frosting. They also provided pastries including pusties, cream puffs and cannoli's which were amazing! Very affordable. Would highly recommend!
