Absolutely great! The food was excellent! The service was on point. Overall 100% completely happy with them. Bob was the best and took care of everything. The feeling I had driving up to Flander's let me know this was the place. The price was on target for our large guest list. We were all comfortable and had the most perfect night! I would recommend Flander's to everyone! A++++++++

My wedding was amazing thanks to Anthony, Bob, and all the staff at Flanders Valley! From the day we booked the venue, they have been nothing but helpful and accomodating! Everything was absolutely perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better day. The room was decorated exactly the way I wanted it--my vision! The food was great and the staff was excellent. We have received nothing but compliments from all our guests. They truly helped me have the best wedding day!

I cannot sing enough praises about Flanders Valley!! All my guests also gave me a lot of compliments about our choice of venue! I was rereading some of the reviews before I wrote mine & I have to reiterate what another reviewer wrote: The shining star at Flanders Valley is by far BOB!!! I do not think anyone will have a better maitre de than Bob. He is so friendly, professional, kind, & accommodating- my husband & I could not have asked for more. I was a constant emailer in the months leading up to my wedding & I was always given a prompt response. Bob made sure I was able to see the reception room before the guests came in & that everything was to my liking. The food was delicious, affordable, & there was a great variety. Flanders Valley is a great, friendly place that doesn't seem like a business, the staff is like family!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Flanders Valley! From the beautiful location and view, to the amazing staff, and the outstanding food!!! Bob and Anthony were helpful, professional, and attentive during the entire planning process, both going above and beyond! Bob was a Maitre 'd the evening of our wedding and just did a fantastic job! We had our ceremony on site as well, so we met with Bob the day before for the rehearsal and I knew everything would go smoothly the next day. Bob accomodated our special requests and assured us that he would take care of everything. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the evening, knowing that Bob was keeping everything on track and taking care of everything.
The food was out of this world! So many of our guests commented on how awesome the food was, and how much of it there was! The amount of food during the cocktail hour alone was unbelievable! Then our sit-down dinner was fantastic. The offering of second portions was very well received, as most of our guests had never experienced that before. (Although I don't think most had any room left for seconds anyway! It was still an opportunity to try a different dinner choice.) The wait staff was Excellent!!
Prior to choosing Flanders, we had read so many outstanding reviews of Flanders Valley, but were still slightly hesitant because of the value for everything that was being offered. It just seemed too good to be true. In addition to all of the food, the wedding cake is also included in the price! They use Bovella's in Westfield for the cake. They did a beautiful job and it was delicious! The Bovella's staff was so pleasant and helpful as well when we were scheduling our tasting and during our tasting. Needless to say, the pricing at Flanders was not too good to be true! Everything was Fantastic!!
We chose Infinity Entertainment for our DJ/MC (recommended by Flanders). They were great and Beth, the piano player from Infinity for the ceremony and cocktail hour was absolutely Wonderful!! If there is a particular song you want that she does not know, she will learn it! Infinity also provided our Boardwalk Photo Booth, which was a Huge hit!! Our Photographer was Bill Brooks from Krisdeanni Studios (www.krisdeanni.com) along with his assistant, Deanna. They were amazing as well!! Our flowers were from Solstice Floral Design in Glen Gardner. Jamie did a beautiful job!
We would highly recommend Flanders Valley, as well as the other vendors we chose. If you choose Flanders, you won't be disappointed!!

Flanders Valley was the most amazing vendor. They were available 24/7 if you have questions and helped us with more then just what we needed for our reception. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful Flanders Valley was.

Flanders Valley put on the most incredible reception both my (bride) family or the groom's family had ever seen! The service was impeccable, the food at both the cocktail hour and formal dinner were divine! The shining star of Flanders Valley by far, however, was Bob! Bob was our maitre'd and literally took care of every detail. He went so exceptionally above and beyond to make sure that our day was as perfect as could be that even my parents (the hosts of the event) were able to actually enjoy the evening without a thought or care as to any concerns.

Flanders Valley is a wonderful secret for the perfect reception. The food and desserts are absolutely delicious and the service was phenomenal. Bob was super attentive to our every need on our wedding day and went above and beyond his duties for us.

My wife and I just got married and had our reception at Flanders Valley Inn. If your looking for a reception hall for your wedding that will make sure you have an amazing night then book this hall ASAP!! The surrounding area is beautiful, the building is elegant, they only do one event at a time so all of their attention is on your event. Before your event they are responsive and incredibly helpful. The service was outstanding, the food was great and all we can say is this IS the place to have your reception. We had an amazing experience with the Flanders Valley Inn.

I am so pleased and content with our decision on getting married at Flanders. Anthony & Bob and their staff were EXCELLENT! They were ultra flexible and did their very best to please us in every request we made. They made this whole experience of getting married an excellent one. If I had to do it over I would definitely go back to Flanders.

Everyone was nice and attentive from the day we went to check out the place to the end of the wedding day. They had a huge part in making our day as perfect as it was. They treated our guests with the utmost respect and attentiveness and they spoiled us (the bride and groom).

Me and my wife checked out about 5 different places. Flanders Valley was the first and only venue we walked into and agreed on right away. Mary Clearance was our go to person there during the reception. She was awsome!!! The venue was beautiful and fit our needs. We did not want to share the hall with any other wedding and they are able to provide that based on the set up! We were about an hour late getting there due to limo issues but Flanders Valley jumped on with the schedule and got us right on track. Anthony and Bob are who booked us and really did it up for us.

Great value for the cost. It is perfect if you want a place in the country with great views. Excellent for a wedding of no more than 250 guests.

My wife and I had our wedding at Flanders Valley and would highly recommend it to anyone. The facility is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the caterers were very helpful. Another plus is that the facility caters to one event only, so you do not have to deal with other weddings and events going on at the same time.

Easiest place in the world to adorn because it has so much beauty in it already. The people that manage the place....beyond extraordinary. The first thing that will captivate you, is the surroundings of the premise. When you step inside Flanders Valley, that is where your mouth drops.

The service they provide is beyond outstanding. Not only did they make it extremely memorable for my husband and I, in every possible positive way that could ever exist but they also made sure that our guests were just as happy.

Their food, desserts and cake... fabolous! Upon picking our cake, I had given them a magazine photo of more or less what I wanted our cake to look like. Not only did they make it look fabolous, but it taste great!!!

On the day of my wedding, there was not a single moment that I spent without my maitre'd. She was next to me every step of the way and even when I needed her the most. There was at least a total of 10-12 employees there that night making sure that EVERYONE was taken care of.

After the wedding was over, it was months before we had a normal conversation with someone that did not include complementing the fabolous job the people at Flanders Valley had done along with their caterer and our flower vendor (whom we hired separately).

Our photographer had worked at Flanders Valley on multiple occassions and we choose her from photos Flanders Valley displayed in their office of previous weddings. She was not the only one that had a pleasure working along side the staff at Flanders Valley to make our dream wedding come true, but everyone of my vendors who had to deal with them had an extremely pleasurable experience.

They took care of everything! So easy to deal with.

Bob (the head guy at flanders valley) made the wedding a success. He made sure that everything went the way it should be............it was perfect Thank you Bob from all of us.
