My cake by Fiona's Cakes turned out beautiful! The cake was as delicious as it looked on the cake table. Fiona suggested many options that I did not think about. She was a huge help and makes awesome cakes!

Fiona created the cake for our Daughter's wedding on 4/13/13. The cake was so beautifully presented, and the taste was delicious! Our guests raved that they had never had wedding cake that tasted so delicious. Fiona is an absolute joy to work with. We highly recommend her for your Wedding, or any affair!

I highly recommend Fiona's Cakes to anyone looking for the perfect wedding cake, or any other type of cake for that matter! Fiona made the whole process extremely simple for us, and our cake turned out beautifully and delicious, in addition to being affordable. We showed her pictures, picked our flavors, sent her color swatches and she took everything else from there. Our venue had recommended her to us, so between their established relationship and Fiona's personable and responsive approach, we were confident and worry-free, especially as our big day approached. We got numerous compliments on the cake. Our only complaint is that there was none leftover after the wedding to take home! I'm already looking forward to our first anniversary when Fiona will be baking us a fresh, small cake of the same flavor for a small fee. :)

Our number one priority for our wedding cake was that it tasted good. Fiona has a wide variety of cake and icing flavors to choose from as well as beautiful designs. Reasonably priced and great to work with, Fiona's Cakes was a great choice!

Fiona's Cakes truly has the most delicious wedding cakes. I love cake and therefore am very picky. After many cake tastings I chose Fiona's (though she had been my first choice all along). She made the most delicious red velvet cake and I am still getting feedback from guests saying it is the best wedding cake they've ever tasted!

I have worked with Fiona on several events over the years. She is fantastic and extremely talented. I hired her to make a Birthday cake for a party that I was hosting. Of course, she outdid herself and the cake was a highlight of the birthday party. Not only did the cake look fantastic, it tasted incredible! All of the flavors that she makes are wonderful however, the Almond Cake and triple Chocolate cake with her homemade Italian butter cream icing still prove to be my favorite. I was expecting to have cake left over however, the guests felt differently and ate all of it. It says a lot when a drinking crowd stops drinking to eat Birthday cake! I HIGHLY recommend Fiona’s Cakes to anyone in the Maryland/DC area that wants to serve their guests a high quality and delicious cake. You won’t be disappointed by hiring Fiona’s cakes for your next event!

Fiona's cakes are delicious! She made my bridal shower cake and wedding cake and groom cupcakes. They were fresh and beautiful. Words cannot describe how much I appreciated her hard work and creativity. I will continue to come back to Fiona's!

Everything about Fiona is amazing! I changed my mind so many times about what I wanted in, on, and around my cake. She was extremely accommodating and the cake turned out wonderfully!

Fiona is outstanding! Her cakes speak for themselves. My dad's greatest love, apart from my family of course, is cake, and he was blown away at the tasting. Fiona is patient, knowledgeable, and always professional. She was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions/emails, often within the same day, even when she was out of town. Our wedding cake was a modern version of my parent's cake, and Fiona executed it perfectly. Not only was it beautiful, but it was DELICIOUS. Wedding cakes often fall victim to unimpressive taste at the expense of elaborate decoration, but her cakes surpass all expectations. We HIGHLY recommend her! She is worth every penny, and is without a doubt one of the best in the business.

We were told by a friend that Fiona's was the best bakery to get our wedding cake from, and he was correct! We met with Fiona early on to discuss what we wanted in our cake and she was able to give us exactly what we had imagined. Besides being beautiful, the cake was absolutely delicious. I thought that there would be more left over for us after the wedding was over, but there were only a few pieces left! Thank you, Fiona! :)

Fiona was amazing. Her prices were similar to what we being quoted at other bakery's. We did end up deciding on cupcakes because it makes cakes more affordable she suggested it is the best way to avoid the cake cutting fee at our venue. She was wonderful to work with and was willing to ensure my husbands cup cake flavor plan was executed, we had 132 cupcakes and 5 different flavors. Fiona even advised us to find our own cupcake accessories and decorations because if she provided them we would end up paying more then necessary. So I went on etsy bought cupcake skirts and fondant flowers and delivered them to the shop 6 months before our date. Fiona set up a time for delivery of the cake at my venue set up the cupcake tower and arranged my table beautifully!!!

Fiona did an amazing job on my cake. It was exactly like the photo I gave her, arrived on time despite the crazy Bay Bridge traffic, and she was always pleasant to work with. I think Fiona has the best prices in town for a wedding cake, and the cake was much better tasting than some of the popular competitors.

We had our wedding on 8/19/2012 and were lucky enough to have Fiona's wedding cake! We met with other bakeries in the area, but none of them tasted as great as Fiona's. Fiona herself is also very professional and worked with us to personalize our cake just how we wanted it. We ordered a four tiered cake that was light yellow with daisies all over it! Fiona asked for a color swatch and did an impeccable job matching the color just as we wanted it. But most importantly, it tasted AMAZING! We still have guests that tell us how they dream about that cake at our wedding and how they are going to go to Fiona’s just go get that cake for no special occasion. We go the vanilla cake with the following flavors: two tiers were filled with lemon curd and raspberry preserves, and the other two tiers were chocolate gnash and cream cheese. Both were perfectly moist and tasted amazing! We highly recommend Fiona’s cakes to be your wedding cake bakery, undoubtedly the best in the area!

Finoa's cakes are wonderful! We had a great experience working with Fiona. My husband, mom, and I went in for our tasting and she walked us through all of the options and flavors and filling, then we got to taste and were sold! Our wedding cake was so beautiful and tasted even better. We went ahead and had our top tier on our first month anniversary rather than waiting until the first year, because we knew it tasted so good. Thank you, Fiona!!
