It saddens me to hear that Amy and Daniel were dissatisfied by their purchase.

Let's clarify some of the statements she made which are not true: For one thing, the total cost of their stationery was $668.41 which included the following items: 100 of each: invitations $177.90, lined inner envelopes ($21.60 which she didn't have to order), return address ($41.00 which she could have used stickers), rsvp card and printed envelope $117.90, reception card $105.90 and thank you's $105.90 (because they weren't getting them with the photographer), emailed proofs $38, shipping $16.48 and sales tax $43.73 which came to $668.41 not the inflated $800 mentioned. We also added Swarovski crystals to their invitations at no charge. The invitations she picked were from Carlson Craft which were not expensive and the cardstock qualtiy was very good.

If she wanted CHEAP, then she could've ordered CHEAP. No one forced her to purchase these or any invitations with us. There were others available, that cost less, but she didn't like them. She wanted the ones she picked. And so she ordered them. We are not high pressure sales here.

When you break it down, Amy chose to order professionally printed invitations. The cost was not unreasonable for all the pieces she got.

Our consultation is FREE with no strings attached. If Amy's budget was $400 then she should have stuck to it. If Amy felt the cost of the stationery that she selected was out of her budget, she didn't have to order it.
