  Rachel, Ashley and Celeste were key in making my wedding day perfect! Rachel and Ashley helped along the planning process. Ashley was so responsive and paid close attention to the minor details that I mentioned. She was patient with me when I had changes and her level of customer service was exceptional. Celeste was great as well. She was there when I had questions and was so friendly. I highly recommend the UCF Alumni Center. The staff is exceptional and the facility is beautiful.

  Ann, you're amazing!
  My husband and I met at UCF in 2009 and decided to get married there too. It was great working with Ann and Ashley who were super attentive to our needs for over a year of planning. On the day of the wedding Ann made sure that I was comfortable and continuously came to check on me and my bridal party. I can't thank you enough for having your staff come get us on our journey across campus to take pictures.

  UCF was the perfect place to have our wedding reception as they let you bring your own alcohol, food, decor, cake, etc. We were able to get in a day early to decorate and set up without extra costs. They also give Alumni Discounts! It was a great place to go with my DIY Wedding.

  I had a great time working with Ann from the Alumni Center. We only had our reception at this venue but it was a definite must have if you are thinking of a place around Oviedo/ Central Florida. We had the great opportunity to take our pictures on the football field which was a once in a lifetime event for us. We could not be any happier

  Loved our venue! From the large ballrooms to the cute room where the bride can get ready it was perfect. The outside greenery made perfect back drops for our photos too!

  Great venue for a Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Great staff, quick responses to questions/concerns and a great value!!

  We had our wedding reception here and it was great! At first we were nervous about having to choose from their selected caterers, but we had great food and service with who we went with from their list. Ann was great to work with- flexible, responsive, gave honest, solid suggestions and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had. The venue itself is modern with clean architecture and the grand ballroom is neutral enough to mold it into whatever color palette you desire. My husband was concerned about the carpet, because it is a very bold black and gold pattern, but once all the tables, chairs, dance floor, decorations and lighting were in the space the carpet was completely unnoticeable. We had less guests than we had anticipated, but Ann had no problem with us going with the smaller ballroom than we'd planned which in turned saved us some money.
  
  Overall, the Alumni Center was perfect for us and we would have our reception there over and over again! If you are UCF Alumni make sure you tell them so you can receive discounts there and with your other vendors. Our day was more than I could have imagined and a key part of it was our reception venue!

  The FAIRWINDS Alumni Center was the perfect place for our reception. The space is modern, yet warm and of course black and gold. I couldn't imagine celebrating our marriage at any other location. The staff made event coordination super simple and they paid extra attention to all the little details; they ensured our reception was everything we envisioned and more.

  The FAIRWINDS Alumni Center was a phenomenal facility to host our wedding and reception. The ability for the staff to adapt to our needs and make our day so special was something we will never forget. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place to get married! Thanks so much!

  We chose the UCF FAIRWINDS Alumni Center because both my husband and I went to UCF, so it meant something to us. Ann was great to work with. We had our ceremony outside on the Alumni Lawn and it was absolutely beautiful. Our reception was inside the ballroom and was just the perfect size for our wedding. The campus made perfect backdrop for our pictures.
