User1744992 Sent on 08/02/2014I am giving the perfect score because it all went smoothly. The service was incredible: they really want you to find the perfect ring, it's not just a sale.
They really know their products and they were extremely helpful. And it's always nice to be recognized, a month later, when you come to pick up your ring!
I was not sure about the size of the ring. So a week after I picked it up, I went back to the store and they re-sized it for me for free.
Little note: Do not be afraid by the exterior: the store is in an old and ugly building. -

Gino and all his staff are great people and did an outrageous job with our bands. We simply love them, they gave us exactly what we wanted and for a much affordable price compared to all the expensive and not trustworthy places we went to before. Ex Aurum gave us the confidence and security of having real diamonds and real gold for a very fair price. Don't look elsewhere for your wedding jewelry, go to Ex Aurum. We will continue shopping there for future gifts, they are amazing! -

They work within your budget, you can choose the metal you want, the design you want (you can even submit your own), and the stone you want. Their CZ's are extremely high quality and no one can tell that it's not a diamond!

User1387430 Sent on 10/19/2013OMG I am old ... the calendar only shows years after 2003 ... in fact we got married on July 6th 1996. Since we were not really familiar with Jewelry and being given that we normally do a lot of shopping to make sure that we buy the best quality for the best price, we probably did visit over 25 jewelers before taking our decision. Therefore you can be sure that Ex Aurum is the best place to buy! After all these year everytime I put my ring on, I feel exactly the same I did on my wedding day :) My best friend also have an Ex Aurum wedding ring, and as I am she is still in love with it.
