    I have had so many compliments on the flowers at my wedding! They were perfect! The cake was awesome, too! It was nice to get both of these key items for my wedding taken care of at one location!

    My husband and I were recently married this February 2001. After meeting with several florist in the area we decided to use Tabitha with Mystical Gardens. I had several people tell me they had attended weddings that Mystical Gardens had decorated and supplied the flowers for and it was absolutely beautiful. I already had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted, but wanted to hear her ideas also. She was able to take what I wanted and make it look just as I had imagined and put her little twists on it as well. She met with me every time I needed to add or make changes and was very nice and easy to work with. About 2 weeks before our wedding we decided we wouldn't have time to pull our center pieces together the day of the wedding so we asked Tabitha if this is something she could do if we supplied everything but the flowers. She of course agreed and I am telling you, they looked so much better than anything we could have done and I had so many compliments all night long. If you are worried about costs, Mystical Gardens is well worth the cost and will not drain your pocket! Thanks Tabitha for helping me have a stress free wedding and wonderful memories!

    Although this vendor was professional and delivered a decent product, I was not impressed with a few things. First off, I sent a picture of my dream flowers and asked if she could duplicate the look with my budget. I was given three quotes and went with the more expensive choice, with the assurance that it would match what I wanted. The owner seemed pleasant when I first spoke with her, but as we got closer to the order, I felt a real disconnect and did not feel that she was truly in touch with what I wanted. She seemed unresponsive in conversation, and too busy to talk. The end result did look pretty, but it had greenery that was not my taste at all (pines that spiked out) and changed the whole look I was going for, and did not really fit a spring theme. Moreover, she had carnations at the top with stems that were too long, and awkwardly stuck out. For the amount of money I paid, I expected it not to look like it was put together in a rush, as my maid of honor who dabbles in flower arrangements pointed out. Overall, it was not awful; just not what I was expecting, but I graciously smiled and accepted the bundle at the time of the delivery (there was no time to change it, so no point in complaining.) I did not show any disappointment, rather I thanked her generously and was on my way. On my return trip home after the wedding, I had to stop off to drop off items to a neighboring vendor in her building. I was greeting coldly by the owner at the flower shop and she did not bother to congratulate me, which struck me a little odd (after all, I JUST dropped a small fortune for my order just a few days ago.) It was at that moment, that I truly felt like a number, and not a customer. She had my money, and the job was over - why did she need to be pleasant? Hurt and disappointed, I went on my way, feeling cheated in some way. I paid top dollar for a subpar service from a vendor who could care less about her customer. What a shame.
