    I 'm not sure there is going to be enough room for me to tell you how great Glam Event Stylist made our wedding. Honestly, when my fiancee at the time showed me pictures of some of their work, I thought for sure there was no way we could afford them. I figured we could meet with them...thinking, what's the worse that could happen. We went into the first consultation thinking it would just be about decor and lighting. We ended up asking for a quote that included so much more...i figured they'd be too pricey and we would go in another direction. A couple of days later we received an invoice we could handle. I was actually shocked that they were affordable. To make a long story even longer...the whole staff at Glam Event Stylist rock. You really get that "mom & pop" or family run business feel with the people you work with. Diana was our main contact...she rocked! She was so helpful. She really picked up on the style my wife wanted. Oh wait...did I mention they also took care of the flowers for our wedding! And they did the table linens! And Diana was our day of coordinator! One very important thing I would like to mention is that probably 4 or 5 days before our wedding a vendor we had verbally agreed on flaked on us. This company was supposed to provide vintage furniture to provide an outdoor patio lounge for us. Well they flaked and at the last second Glam Event Stylist rescued us. They provided a sweet outdoor set up AND the additional cost was better than the original vendor we were going to use. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

    Originally I hadn't planned on booking someone for decorating or lights for that matter. In my mind we'd just have friends and family help put up a few trinkets and be done with it. In retrospect, I'm so glad I didn't do that! There's so much that goes in to decorating and that's the last thing the wedding party needs to be worried about. Glam does lighting, decorating, draping, dessert tables, you name it. They did a GORGEOUS job on everything they touched.

    They did:
    +The décor on the arch we got married under (chandeliers & draping and they put up giant flowers I made)
    +The centerpieces, table numbers, and runners on the guest tables (they do flowers!)
    +A giant chalkboard for seating to unite the families at the ceremony.
    +All the décor on the sweetheart table (even the fab chairs we were sitting on!)
    +All the décor on the cake table
    +A whimsical dessert/candy shelf complete with custom dessert bags and personalized labels
    +They helped put up all the little decorations we bought in advance and wanted at the wedding (placecards & holders, photo albums, frames, little knickknacks that I had crafted looking at pinterest!).
    +Lighting! Bistro and paper lanterns and a spectacular gobo that they helped us design
    +Sparkler exit.

    DJ:
    Mars has a lot of experience doing weddings and after we talked to him, we decided to hire him. He did everything perfectly and helped smoothly run the wedding.

    Some Comments:
    +He will have you fill out a detailed questionnaire so you're on the same page for music
    +He will play all the music you want and the style and more importantly, will NOT play anything you don't want played
    +Seamlessly led the flow of the wedding
    +Pleasant personality so he doesn't take away from your wedding
    +He also has crowd control in case that is needed

    Glam event stylist recently did some decor for my wedding and i ABSOLUTELY loved the work! They were on time, everything looked beautiful i got sooo many compliments! My cake table was incredible along with my sweet heart table my bouquet was beyond what i expected. I would def recommend glam stylist decor to as many people i can :)

    GLAM ROCKS! I found Nancy on Craigslist and I'm so glad I did. My wedding was at Newland Barn in Huntington Beach and being in December there was a chance for rain. Being mostly an outdoor wedding I made sure I had tents on reserve. Morning of...it was pouring! No problem for Nancy and her sweet help. They stuck around for a long time for the tents to go up and when they did they made the inside of the tents look AWESOME! It was so beautiful. They also lit up the inside of the barn and helped hang up my 9' long branch with tumble weeds and moss balls all covered in lights. The venue was beautiful but they made it shine. I will definitely recommend them to anyone planning an event. Nancy was really great to work with and I never even met her! All of our communication was via email and she handled everything beautifully. Thank you team GLAM!! My wedding was amazing :)

    Nancy who did flowers for my wedding did a fantastic job. The place looked better than what I expected. DJ Mar who did music and decor for our wedding also did an extraordinary job. The lanterns made the venue even more romantic and he was very professional about DJ/MC job. Thank you both for making my big day perfect!!! I couldn't have asked for more.

    Mars is an amazing DJ and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. His eclectic range of music can get any party started and going. He is completely in tune with the crowds energy, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. I look forward to having him liven up all our parties in the future.

    I always wanted a beautiful wedding... but you guys exceeded my expectations !....

    You made it happen plus more!!...I loved all the detailed work you put into my wedding from the Centerpiece, to my cake, to the awesome music played, and to my wonderful custom made celebrity head table it was Amazing!!! ......

    You made my husband and I feel like celebrities for a day!!! ...
    Every single thing was done with such elaborate detail work everything was so couture! ....

    Working with GLAM was an amazing opportunity, I was referred to them by my photographer, and I cannot be any happier with my decision, The lighting, music and flowers were beyond my expectations, not only was it easy to communicate with them but for them to have worked with my budget was a huge plus! I look back at my wedding pictures and can't help but smile at how beautiful everything looked! Thanks GLAM for making my wedding spectacular! will definitely hire them for a future big event! :D

    GLAM helped make our wedding day the truly special occasion we hoped it would be. From the beautiful flower arrangements and table decor coordinated by Nancy, to the wonderful music played by Mars, everything was beyond perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and most of all friendship and guidance was greatly appreciated.

    Nancy & Mars with G L A M Events are a powerful team. They were incharge of ALL flowers and decorations for my wedding ceremony and reception. They also provided the entertainment for the reception, which they get a score of 10 stars (5 is just not enough). I have been married four years, and people still talk about how much fun they had at the reception. Mars is a gifted DJ, and knows to appeal to any crowd. Nancy is a gifted artist, and has the eye to transform any venue into whatever vision you have.
    If you are lucky enough to hire G L A M Events, you will NOT regret it. Better yet, your friends will be talking about how wonderful your celebration was for years to come.

    Our commentary is based on two pivotal events that GLAM was a big part of, our wedding and a big birthday party for my wife. I won't say which particular year in case she reads this, except to say it fell halfway in between 30 and 50. For both events, Mars, Nancy, and team delivered everything expected. Starting with Decor, our church was literally transformed with Flowers, etc. The reception was in a large open area in Downtown LA. Again, they really came through with beautiful flowers and decor. Both the reception and my wife's birthday party were at night, so lighting was crucial. Again, they delivered. Lighting tied in nicely with DJing. I have to comment on DJ element as well. Numerous people at both events commented on the level of quality that the DJ brought with smooth transitions between songs. No choppy transitions with off beats. Musical requests from guests were seamlessly mixed in as well. Overall, they just make a great team to provide you with decor and music. We plan to have them again for future events.

    Glam Event Stylist did the draping and a few other things for my daughter’s wedding at Los Verdes Golf Course .They did an awesome job!The room looked MAGICAL!!! Thank you :)

    I found an ad stating 15 uplights with a free gobo design for $350. I thought that was a wonderful deal and signed up with the company right away. They assured me they used top quality lighting products and set up a meeting with me so that we could discuss the lighting, and also possible room draping. I decided to go with my venue for the room draping, but I still paid in full the $350 for the lighting. I later found out I had to pay an additional $80 for the gobo design (even though the ad stated "free" gobo design).

    As my wedding came closer, the communication began to slow down. I was still confident that we had discussed everything ahead of time and was not worried.

    The day of my wedding I was FURIOUS to see that the GOBO design I had paid extra for was not shone on the dance floor, which we had discussed several times and even put in writing! It was shining on a white satin drapped wall (and the light was white) so it was basically invisible. Whats worse is that they set up hours ahead of time, and left...then didnt answer the phone ALL NIGHT!!

    I've been trying to call and contact them ever since and they have still not responded. I was VERY disappointed with theyre service!!!

    We wrote to Glam Event Stylist to ask about Standing Chandelier. At the very beginning Nancy was very nice, reply us with a long reply and details. When I asked her whether she do floral arrangement as well. She said yes. I sent her a long email about what I want for a small wedding of 40 pax with a budget of $1000.

    She replied as below :

    Hello!

    Your budget of $1,000.00 for floral only?

    Nancy

    When she did not reply me ,I decided to send an email to follow up:

    Hi Grace,

    Am I right to say that your company is not interested in doing small wedding floral arrangement.

    If no. do let me know then we can focus on just the chandelier.

    In the email I addressed her wrongly by a different name which she was very upset and decided not to reply me since I address her name wrongly. Which later I admitted is my mistake and apologize :

    Hi Nancy,

    My mistake is definitely my typo error.

    After that she kept all her email short and said will call me back to discuss further. I replied that I am not in US currently and she did not get back to me after that.

    She is irresponsible. If there is a minimum budget they will only start accepting business she should be frank to me. To all bride to be, dont even waste your time to contact them. Is a waste of your energy.
