  Beautiful lights for our venue!

  Kenneth with Event Excellence Light and Sound strung beautiful Edison bulbs for us in the 128 South venue tent, which provided great lighting for our ceremony and for the post-reception dancing! He was actually able to set up our lights a day before, which was really unexpected! It was one less thing we needed to worry about on the day of our wedding. We would highly recommend hiring Event Excellence Light and Sound for all of your lighting needs. Kenneth was extremely professional and the value of his services exceeded our expectations!

  Great draping

  We got married inside at Bakery 105 and wanted draping during the ceremony. The draping Event Excellence provided really elevated the look of the room. Kenneth was also very prompt at responding.

  The perfect lighting

  Event excellence did an excellent job with the out door lighting that we needed for our wedding. We decided to add some additional lighting so that guests could enjoy outside Wrightsville manor and continue playing the yard games we brought for cocktail hour.

  Beautiful lights and draping

  We used event excellence for our wedding in April at the Brooklyn Arts Center church. The draping on the windows turned out beautiful and we had Edison bulbs hanging across the entire inside venue that looked amazing especially in the evening when the lights were turned down! We also used their Edison board to hang a gorgeous floral installation on the large window that was perfect!

  Easy solution for event lighting

  We worked with Event Excellence to add market lights to the outdoor deck at our wedding venue (The River Room in downtown Wilmington) and are so glad we did. It was an easy and affordable process and added so much to the space!

  Loved the look!

  We loved the pipe and drape we got from Event Excellence! It looked amazing in the space. The team was very responsive and helpful in the planning process. They knew the venue and were able to recommend the best set up for the space. Would recommend!

  Event Excellence is the best

  I didn't really think about lighting at all up until 2 weeks before my wedding. I was recommended to Event Excellence by my planner Jana from Design a Dream and got the lights I needed quickly. The price was great and they helped make my dream wedding look even better!! I definitely recommend them for any of your lighting needs!!!

  Wonderful!

  Though I never had the privilege of meeting Michael in person, he did a phenomenal job on our wedding lighting and sound. Michael transformed the decking of our rental home on the coast into an absolute fairytale! It made our small, romantic wedding feel every more magical.
  Michael also was able to come to our aide at the last minute with sound equipment for our beach ceremony, he was awesome!

  My wedding planner, Jana Ingraham, helped me find this vendor. Michael was extremely quick getting a quote for me. We just wanted eight white lights/uplighting. Everything was set up perfectly by the time I got to the venue and it looked great.

  Michael at Event Excellence is awesome! He was super patient with me and was very accommodating with a few last minute changes we had in our lighting plan. He strung bistro lights inside a 40x60 tent for my wedding and it was so beautiful. He is super reasonably priced as well! I would definitely recommend Michael for any of your event lighting needs!

He even set up our reception/party lights at the house we rented for our reception 2 days early and took them down 2 days after the event at no extra charge. He wanted us to be able to enjoy our lights to the fullest. And we did! He set up quickly and was super efficient and personable. I would definitely recommend hiring Event Excellence for any special occasion.
