The best add on for any wedding or event !

Espresso Dave is THE BEST. His services are great, his team is wonderful. And if you are lucky enough to have Dave himself at your event, all the better! I have had clients utilize Espresso Dave over the years and they have always been so happy, and now I can finally say that I was able to include his services in my most special day. Our guests were so thrilled! Espresso Dave is a great value add to any event! Thank you Dave! :)

Most talked about part of our wedding

Espresso Dave was a huge hit at our wedding in October! My husband and I have always loved espresso and we knew it was essential to hire the experts at Espresso Dave to serve a variety of espresso drinks at our wedding. So many of our guests brought fresh espresso to the bartender to make espresso martinis, my pregnant friends took advantage of the hot chocolate, and our big Italian family LOVED the special addition of affogatos that Dave so graciously accommodated. I wish I could remember our barista's name to give him a shout out because he was SO friendly and helpful. Thank you to everyone who helps Espresso Dave business thrive, I am so grateful!

Wedding with Espresso Dave

Having Espresso Dave at our wedding at the Beauport, Hotel in Gloucester, MA was one of the best decisions I made - people were so excited when he arrived and the quality of the beverages was top-notch. GREAT value for your money and he was wonderful to work with!!

the single best decision we made for our wedding

ESPRESSO DAVE! Dave was the second vendor we booked after securing our date with the venue. My dream was to have a morning wedding, and I reached out to Dave thinking it was a longshot since we are in RI and he is in NH. He emailed back almost immediately and he said, in short- "I got this."

And he did!!! Everything from logistics, parking, setup, electricity, even permits- Dave had it all covered. He was even kind enough to let us ship personalized labels for our coffee cups to his house and they were all on the cups on the morning of. An espresso cart (and donut holes from our local donut shop PVDonuts) was such a unique touch to our morning ceremony, and we received so many compliments about the idea.

In short, Dave is professional, kind, easy going, and fun. Would recommend for any event!!

Must have for any wedding or event!

I can't say enough amazing things about Espresso Dave himself and his service. We used Espresso Dave for our wedding in VT. It was such an easy and seamless process coordinating with Dave and him answering our many questions. The guests were thrilled with the unique experience and many gushing about how many different, delicious drinks they tried. Dave was also able to provide espresso to the bar for espresso martinis and our guests loved them! I cannot recommend Espresso Dave enough to create a fun, unique and delicious experience!

Amazing Vendor

I can't recommend Espresso Dave and his team enough! We had them for our wedding day this past June and we still have wedding guests raving about the coffee bar. Delicious and fun espresso experience at our wedding!

Great unique detail to our wedding

The coffee cart was such a hit at our wedding and it was something most of our guests hadn't seen before. Espresso Dave was also extremely easy to work with. Don't hesitate to book, just do it!

Great Addition for our Italian Family Wedding

Dave and his team was wonderful to work with right from the start. Super attentive. During our wedding, the barista, Hunter, provided great service. Our guests loved this extra coffee addition! Was such a smart and fun addition to the end of the night.

Must have for espresso lovers!

I was a little hesitant to book an espresso cart for our pre-ceremony/reception because it didn't seem like a necessary wedding expense like a dj or photographer are, but I am so thrilled we went for it! In fact, my only regret was not booking Espresso Dave for longer. We hired Espresso Dave to vend prior to the ceremony until after dinner (4 hours). We had an earlier ceremony (3 p.m.) and it was perfect for those who don't drink alcohol or weren't ready to drink alcohol before or right after the ceremony. Stefan, our barista, was prompt, polite and seamless. He clearly knew what he was doing and didn't need *anything* from me (and you'll find a self-sufficient vendor is priceless.) The espresso drink menu was seasonal and locally-themed and the drinks were *delicious*. Trust me, just book them already!

Amazing Addition to wedding!

Perfect for my Italian family!

We used espresso Dave because our venue couldn’t produce espresso/cappuccinos at a fast enough rate for service. We had a lot of family from Italy so espresso was a must! Dave set up shop and our guests had a choice of all sorts of drinks to choose from. We also Had a cordial station set up next to espresso Dave so people could add some alcohol to their coffee choice. It was great and exactly what we were looking for!

What’s not to love?

My husband and I love coffee, and wanted to make it part of our wedding day. We were so happy when we found Espresso Dave! Having one of his coffee carts made the dessert period so wonderful. The coffee was delicious, the setup a breeze, and communication beforehand was simple. I was so pleased we could customize the menu too! Guests were impressed with the drink toppers we added on :)

Espresso Dave was a big hit at our wedding! We loved having Espresso Dave at our wedding! He was easy to work with and helped fulfill our requests leading up to our wedding. His staff even offered to stay an extra half an hour until our wedding ended, which was very generous. The coffee was delicious and the iced mochachino was a big hit at our warm June wedding. My husband and I got married this past New Years Eve and we decided to have Espresso Dave. We were very impressed with this service. We take our coffee and espresso very seriously and because my husband is Italian it was a necessity to have espresso. We actually didn’t even think about coffee and espresso until a few days before our wedding. So a few days before our wedding we contacted Espresso Dave and they were able to accommodate us on New Years Eve!! We had them cater the Espresso for two hours during our wedding and it was great. We came to find out about Espresso Dave when the venue went over a list of vendors they typically work with. While we didn't find it necessary to have extra vendors at our reception, the idea of a coffee table sounded amazing, especially since we had a Greek and Italian wedding. I had a ton of questions for Dave regarding the menu and pricing. He was super responsive over both email and phone. He was super flexible with the menu, adjusting the items and the price to fit my guests tastes. I'm glad we hired him because it was A HIT! I remember looking over a few times during dessert and seeing a long line of people at the cart every time! We were busy but we made sure to make it over and have a hot chocolate. Everyone raved about it and some guests mentioned they went up twice! I highly recommend Espresso Dave, especially if you have a crowd that appreciates a good coffee.

We hired Espresso Dave to 'top off' my daughter's wedding reception at Highland House B&B in Tamworth NH. Dave's web site makes it so easy to arrange & he responded quickly to ALL my emails. Espresso Dave was honestly one of the main highlights of our wedding - our guest absolutely loved that we had a Coffee Bar! My wife and I, being coffee fanatics, wanted to tie our love for coffee into our big day but did not want to just have an ordinary/boring coffee bar. We wanted something special, something memorable. Espresso Dave simply met and exceeded all of our expectations. We would strongly recommend Espresso Dave to anyone who wants to make their wedding/event just that more special and memorable.

Espresso Dave was a great addition to our wedding. His cart had a line immediately once it opened and people really enjoyed the extra caffeine treat to keep them revved up on the dance floor! Having Espresso Dave at our wedding reception was the perfect cherry on top for our wedding. Our barrister, Tucker was fantastic pumping out the caffeinated goodness with lots of personality! Had Espresso Dave's provide coffee service for a brunch at our house the day after our wedding. They were AMAZING! Showed up early, setup, served coffee, cleaned up, and left. Espresso Dave catered my son's Bar Mitzvah. We started with specialty smoothies for the kids, then switched to a coffee bar for the adults. Dave was professional, kind and patient with all of our guests. It was a wonderful addition to our event!!

I was extremely excited to have Espresso Dave's coffee cart around as our guests arrived to our ceremony. The entire process of inquiring about the service, booking, paying and scheduling was almost too easy! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a fun way to make their day a little unique!

An espresso bar was a must-have for our family, so finding Espresso Dave was amazing. We still hear rave reviews from all of our guests. They said he was quick, entertaining and made amazing drinks. Some guests said the espresso bar was the best thing at the wedding. Our event planner even got Dave's info so that she could refer him to other brides.

All of our guests loved Espresso Dave. They said it was a classy addition to our wedding, especially since it was a summer evening and since some of our guests wanted a fun non-alcoholic alternative. Dave was prompt, congenial, delightful to guests and a hard worker.

Very professional and accommodating! Everyone really enjoyed the specialty coffees. We had a great time and the bride and groom were thrilled with Espresso Dave. I would highly recommend him!

Having espresso Dave at my coffee themed wedding made the event special, unique and fun. The coffee was fantastic. Especially the frozen mochas and everyone was excited and happy about having a truly enjoyable cup if coffee. His cart was perfect and the service was exceptional and hassle free. Would recommend to anyone who wants to provide great coffee and that special touch at their event

We hired Espresso Dave for a graduation brunch with 100 people. Everyone loved the "coffee and donuts" theme and wanted to know where we found the coffee cart. Our barista Andrew was wonderful, very amiable and efficient. If I hadn't been so busy being the hostess, I would have had another latte, it was delicious! Very easy to work with, would definitely use them again.

WE WERE SO THRILLED WITH DAVE AND HIS MAJIC CART. WE HAD ABOUT 175 GUEST AND 1 CART WAS GREAT. I WANTED 2 BUT DAVE WAS RIGHT, I ONLY NEEDED 1. THE GUESTS THOUGHT IT WAS FANTASTIC AND LOVED ALL THE CHOICES. GREAT FOR ANY CROWD EVEN KIDS- HOT CHOCOLATE WAS FANTASTIC TOO! THANKS SOOO MUCH DAVE. We wanted a little something different to add with the night time bonfire during our barn yard wedding. Espresso Dave was perfect. He was not only fun to have, but prompt, courteous, and professional, providing great service for all the age groups. Espresso Dave's was a FABULOUS addition to my wedding!! He was a huge hit with all my guests. He was a pleasure to work with leading up to and on the day of my wedding. We had a slight start delay to my wedding due to weather, pushing everything back 1 hour and he was so accommodating and understanding!
I highly recommend using Espresso Dave's for any type of event (social or corporate). It adds such a special, fun, and unique touch and is absolutely delicious!!!

We hired Espresso Dave for our Italian wedding because the venue we were having our reception at did not provide espresso or cappuccinos. We couldn't have been happier! Everyone raved about the coffee's and I even had another bride to be ask me for his information because they loved him so much and wanted to hire him! If you are looking for a coffee service for your wedding I would highly recommend Espresso Dave :-)

Espresso Dave was absolutely wonderful to have at our wedding! He is professional, easy to work with, reasonably priced, extremely accommodating, and our guests were so impressed! He offered a great mix of options and each coffee drink was so nicely presented. He even accommodated the kids with caffeine free friendly options. The next day after the wedding our guests were looking for him at our brunch and couldn’t stop talking about him! What a hit! We highly recommend Espresso Dave for a wonderful touch to your wedding or event. He makes the planning simple and offers a phenomenal service!

Espresso Dave was a huge hit! We had a brunch wedding with no alcohol, so Dave was our answer to a bar. Let me tell you, the buzz from his espresso certainly kept the party going! (Plus, it cost way less than an open bar.)

He was flexible in adding my groom's favorite drink to his menu, easily handled the mass arrival of our guests, and friendly and conversational the whole time. His delicious drinks were an awesome addition to our day, and he definitely provided that "something special" that our guests are still talking about. :)

I can not say enough about Espresso Dave and his wonderful espresso bar! I wanted to do something that was never done before and Dave was a little reluctant to do it but I'm so glad he stuck with it because it was one of the highlights to my Spectacular wedding!!! I won't give it away but my wedding will be on TLC's four weddings on 03/01/13 and you can see what he did first hand. Guests are still talking about it.
His cart was so cool and his espressos was deliouses and not 1 complaint from the many Italians (including myself!) that attended our wedding, which is a HUGE compliment in itself!
Would I hire espresso Dave again? In a heart beat he is a class act all the way!

Espresso Dave is a coffee lover's dream! He was the highlight of my wedding - I had a daytime brunch theme and the coffee hit the spot for my guests. It was extremely hot that day and his Frozen Mochaccinos were DELICIOUS! Dave helped me plan out a personalized coffee menu with cute names like "Kiss-the-Bride-ccino". He was extremely creative. He served my wedding of 85+ guests with ease. My husband, his family, and I are extreme coffee enthusiasts who drink Starbucks french roast only. His drinks met our standards and more! I would highly recommend him for your event.

Fabulous addition to our event

We loved it !! Although bc gov restricted us to 50 price should have varied. No way 50 people would ever spend that kind of money in coffee but it was a great addition and the barista was awesome.

He was very professional, a one man show! Everyone loved the drinks, and he was very flexible as far as additional hours, etc. The price seems a little steep, but there's no one out there like him! His basic menus has quite a wide variety, not to mention the additional menu items that you can add!

Espresso Dave and his cappuccino cart was a last minute addition to the wedding. I googled coffee catering and found Espresso Dave. I was excited at the prospect of custom hand crafted espresso beverages. I hired him, only to find out that although he offered cappuccino, lattes, mochaccino, chai lattes, all in regular or decaf, hot or iced, flavor shots, and non-dairy options, he did not offer… coffee just plain old Joe. I was worried the older generation would be overwhelmed by the fancy schmancy coffee, but it turned out fine. I didn't have any complaints about the lack of normal coffee. My husband thought the cappuccino cart was awesome and enjoyed an iced mochaccino to cool off from the dancing.

Dave was on time and friendly to all my guest. People loved him.

We hired Espresso Dave to provide espresso cart beverage at our wedding. My husband and I met at Starbucks and both have a daily coffee habit. Between that and my being from Seattle where coffee carts are a part of the landscape, we thought that Espresso Dave would be a perfect way to personalize our wedding, and we were right! Dave was very flexible in when he would serve, for how long, and when and where he would set up. The drinks were delicious and guests loved his frozen selection since it was over 90 degrees that day. The only thing I would keep in mind was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with him via email, but once my husband picked up the phone, everything went much more smoothly.

We booked Espresso Dave a few weeks before our late September wedding. Guests LOVED the drinks - in particular the special frozen ones which we added just a few days before, as we had an unseasonably warm day (85+ degrees!) - they were absolutely deeeelish and so much fun!

However, if I had to give a concern, it would be communication - response time was ok, but I felt a little uncared for which was surprising after reading so many amazing reviews about the personal attention given, custom drinks designed, etc. I never got the chance to speak directly with anyone from the company even though I requested a call, and was a little surprised no one approached me at the wedding to say hello and make sure everything was as I had hoped.

All in all, having the cute cart there as a surprise during dancing was a total hit and I'm glad we chose to have espresso drinks for our health-conscious crowd vs. a more extensive dessert station or ice cream. I would absolutely hire them again, and hope to do so for other parties, ideally with more time to meet to discuss the menu, etc.

Before Wedding: Dave and his wife are very accommodating, creative and offer a truly unique and treasured service! Flexible to incorporate unlimited beverages at a flat rate, willing to extend services for ceremony, cocktail hour, etc as well for a small additional cost. Very impressed by selection of drink options and additives like personalized message to commemorate the couple, wedding date, etc on an edible disk that rests on the foam of a latte! highly recommended!! Only issue was with responsiveness for discussion of flavors, options, next steps etc, follow up did take place but not promptly or at the agreed time discussed.
After Wedding: Barista We hadn't met with came to be the only server for our Mocktail Hour and Reception, serving smoothies for an hour and then espresso delights for 2hrs. We had a #nowastewedding where everything was compostable. Dave had reassured us that all cups were compostable and/or recyclable and that they manage taking all of their recyclable cups to fit with the no waste wedding initiative..this was not the case. The Barista was not aware of this and all of the cups got mixed in with the compost which we had to sort through the next day. The Drinks themselves were delicious, but we were told many times to "keep it simple" instead of designing a menu of options and had to negotiate for two specialty drinks to be named. Very difficult to get a hold of, would probably not recommend for another wedding as they did not honor or initiatives and goals of no waste wedding effort.
