    I wanted to show and share my commitment with my partner. The rainbow sapphire designs and the back story from Trent made Equalli a no brainer. Quality service and exquisite craftsmanship from people who felt like family (pun intended )

    We were shopping for same sex marriage rings and found EQUALLI to be very helpful, genuine and down to earth people. They helped me find the perfect ring for our wedding and even sent me a bottle of sparkling wine to help us celebrate. Wow!

    Beautiful Jewelry

    I wrote a sad review earlier. Dealing with the Co-vid 19 had emotions high. I got a ring that was too big and mailed it back. Then the right sized ring got lost in the mail system. Trent has beautiful jewelry and I love the workmanship. I will buy again.

    Dont walk, RUN from working with this company!
    June 2 - Placed order.
    June 26 - Got the ring. The colors were not rainbow, one color was duplicated and it didnt flow. I contacted the company, they said to return the ring and they would put new stones in and appologized that this kind of quality should not have gone out.
    Got the ring back with new stones. Within a week of wearing it (office setting, nothing harsh), a stone fell out and the others were about to follow suit. I can only assume this is because of the stones going in and out of the setting and making for a less structured base to hold them securely.
    I reached out to Trent, the owner of the company, he appologized again saying that this should not happen and to send it back to him in CA to be fixed and back to me.
    I sent him the ring on Oct 24. On Nov 13 he told me to ship to Thailand. I was unable to do so as it was already shipped to CA. He assured me he could get the ring and would ship to Thailand himself for repair (which is their norm). Nov 14 I asked if they had tracked down the ring and started to do the necessary repairs.
    After hearing nothing, I called their 800# and spoke to Ezzy, their customer service rep. She told me this was unlike Trent and she would get with him. After talking with Ezzy a number of times, she suggested I email Trent.
    I emailed Trent on Dec 29, Jan 2, and Jan 9th after having tried 11 times to hear from him via Etsy since Nov 15th. I finally heard back from him yesterday in an email which said, "Yes when you make threats and negative comments online (social media) it falls on deaf ears."
    So in short, its Jan 10th. I still do not have my ring. It has shipped, but they cannot provide me with any tracking information and if anyone questions them or asks them where their items are over the course of 7 months and 8 days; not only will your pleas fall on deaf ears, but you wont get your items either.
