    DJ Gia killed it!

    DJ Gia brought the house down!

    Let me start by saying that it is so hard as a newly engaged couple to find vendors that you 1. Get along with 2. Have the same work ethic/vision as and 3. Trust. DJ Gia and GP productions hit all 3 of these for us and more!

    Gia was well organized while leading up to our wedding day which was so appreciated when having to juggle a million other aspects of a wedding. On the day of, she was engaging with the crowd to help pump up the party while reading the audience to change songs as needed. There wasn’t a dull moment and we still get compliments on how awesome the reception was.

    I hope this review helps any bride in need of a fantastic and fun DJ but also want to give DJ Gia the shout out she deserves. Great job!

    DJ Gia from GP Entertainment was the DJ for our Philadelphia wedding, and she was the best DJ we could have asked for! She was responsive and professional, and spent a lot of time making sure we would have the exact music and timing we wanted on our wedding day. She kept our wedding day running smoothly and moved from one part of the wedding to another seamlessly. In addition, she had an incredibly good read on the crowd and kept the entire wedding dancing for the entire night. She was such a fun and happy, yet professional presence on our wedding day, and we were so grateful to have her there.

    Richard was amazing. He was flexible and very accommodating. We hired a string quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour before the DJ takes over. Everything happened in the same space. In order to not disrupt the wedding, he arrived many hours earlier to set up. We were very appreciative of that! When the dance floor starts to cool down, Richard showed us some killing dance moves to bring the atmosphere up. He charges a very reasonable price and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

    The day i met our DJ i knew he was going to be the one. DJ Rich is professional and cater to the Bride and Groom through out the whole planning and on the day of the event. He go over the timeline with you He made sures he has the bridal party names. He kept our dance floor dancing the whole wedding. DJ Rich is nice he knows when to mix it up so that everyone there can enjoy theirselves. He provided beautiful lighting that are guest our still amaze by it. The music for the ceremony was awesome. He provided us with a nice night of entertaiment. He is the guy for hiring. DJ Rich is the best DJ around. #1 for weddings or any events.

    DJ Gia was great. Very organized and professional; she made sure that my husband and I were comfortable and happy with the genre of music for our wedding. She did a great job incorporating our west African music with our American music selections. Her energy was great on the wedding day; she did a great job keeping the flow of the ceremony going.

    DJ Rich truly made our wedding day phenomenal! His customer service was truly incredible. He went over each and every detail of our reception with us multiple times leading up to the big day to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He also gave us advice on picking songs for our special dances and was very easy to get a hold of whenever we had a question about our wedding. At our reception, he worked closely with caterer to make sure our glasses and champagne were out for speeches and that our food was served on time. He also entertained our guests perfectly. Dj Rich is not just a DJ. He is truly an entertainer. He played music that catered to all of our guests so that everyone enjoyed themselves. He even had my wife's grandfather dancing in his wheelchair! DJ Rich was quite the comedian yet very professional as an MC. He hyped up our guests, gave them a few laughs, and made them all feel comfortable and ready to party. During the reception, Rich got out on the dance floor and showed us his moves! Everyone couldn't believe that our DJ could dance. All of our guests truly enjoyed themselves and raved about how great he was as a DJ, MC and dancer. He went above and beyond for us and we can not thank him enough for that.

    The DJ I had was Rich and he was completely awesome and amazing .. He went above and beyond my expectations and any other event I plan to have I will be calling again .. Job well done

    Oh my God! If you want your wedding to be exciting, hire Rich! He is a DJ that works the crowd. Makes them laugh and keeps the party going but finds those tender moments. All those songs you need to be important at the right time, he's on it. Up lighting=first class. I can't wait for our pictures BC he provided a cloud on the floor for our first dance. He's pricing =the best in town!!! You will be so happy hiring GP Entertainment!

    DJ Rich was an amazing DJ and Emcee. His package was phenomenal compared to the competition. We still have wedding guests boasting about his energy and music selection.

    We chose GP Entertainment for our wedding DJ services. Rich, our DJ, was amazing from beginning to end! He personally met with us to go through step by step exactly what we wanted for our wedding. He even customized a unique wedding entrance for us that went PERFECTLY! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ to bring the party to any event. Beyond Satisfied!!!

    If you are looking to host a great party...GP Entertainment is the place!! Rich was so unbelievably professional and flexible and he even helped us with our first dance by choreographing, mixing a special song and meeting with us on multiple occasions to help us practice! Our first dance was a highlight for many of our guests and we owe that completely to Rich! He also surprised us with bringing these flexi-lights that everyone had a blast with all night long! The pictures with people dancing with them and swinging them around look awesome! We had people
    Asking us for weeks after the wedding who the DJ was and how they could book him for their own events. And two staff members at our venue plan to use them for their own weddings!! The feedback was unanimous...everything eas great and "THE DJ WAS AWESOME!!" We knew he wouldn't disappoint....think no longer....book your event with GP Entertainment!!

    Gp entertainment was extremely amazing. We hired them to dj our wedding. It was short notice but they did everything they could to make our night a night to remember. Rich showed up very early to set up and make sure everything was ready in time. He was very accommodating. Rich got all my guests up and dancing on the dance floor. Everyone was involved and having a great time. He was very professional. I would highly recommend gp entertainment to dj any of your party needs !!! Awesome company !!!

    Good DJ, Bad MC

    I would like to start with the positives about Rich. His DJ skills and music choices are great. Everyone loved the songs he was playing and he really got everyone involved on the dance floor. He started with some older, more classic songs and phased them into newer music as the night went on for the younger crowd. 2 weeks before the wedding you fill out a form with the timeline and music choices for the whole day. All of the songs that I requested, even specific versions, were played at the right times. As long as you take time to fill out the form properly your music selection will turn out great. We did not request many songs for dancing during the reception and we were really happy with the songs he chose. Rich’s setup looked awesome, the colors matched our flowers and he added a disco ball which was really fun.
    The issue I had with Rich was his MC skills. First, he speaks extremely fast and quietly and you cannot understand him on the microphone at all. He had to say “Please stand for the bride” twice during the ceremony, which is not only weird but something I specifically asked my officiant to not say. I was not aware Rich would be speaking at all before the ceremony, I thought he would only be playing music. I am not exactly sure of what was said, but before our reception entrance I believe Rich was asking my guests questions over the microphone and making people uncomfortable with his responses. Again, this is not something I knew would happen. He was kind of rude towards my bridal party when they were trying to figure out the microphone and schedule for their speeches. During the first dance, Rich told me to look at him and silently nod when I was ready for it to end. Rich wasn’t looking in my direction so I couldn’t end the dance for about an extra 30 seconds. My biggest complaint was that I asked to do an anniversary dance. I expected Rich to stop or quiet the music while he announced the dance and called everyone to the dance floor. He did not. He had to announce the dance twice because no one could understand him the first time, and even after the second time not many people came to the dance floor because he did not make it seem like a big deal. He made the anniversary dance go on for entirely too long and it eventually went into another song. I did not get the pictures I wanted from that dance, but this wasn’t the most important part of our day so it’s okay.
    Overall, most of his speaking needed work but his DJing was great. I only wanted to write this review to bring light to the situation because I do think the music was a big part of making the night so fun. I would just be very specific about what exactly you want Rich to say during the reception, and ask for him to speak slowly and clearly.
