We learned of Emily through a family friend that was married in August 2011. My husband and I planned our Santa Rosa wedding from Chicago where we live, and Emily worked around our schedule when we were in California. After meeting her for the first time we knew she had to be our photographer. Emily creates gorgeous photos, and is fantastic at capturing the details and emotions that make up the day. Another reason we chose Emily is because she is a very confident photographer and photographs with both film and digital. That was important to my husband and I since we think photos shot with film have such a lovely quality to them.
Emily shot our rehearsal dinner and wedding in August 2012. We felt very comfortable with her, and are so pleased with the photos. She captured both events perfectly, and she has been a delight to work with.
