  Last summer I had the daunting task of planning my only daughter’s wedding some 2000 miles from the site of the venue since she decided to have a destination wedding in Tucson—a place I had never even visited. One of the most important decisions I had to make was that of the photographer to document the day. This of course is a one shot chance to get it right and have the memories recorded for a lifetime. I must have checked out the websites of every photographer in Tucson. We wanted someone who could add that artistic flare and would give us many wonderful candid rather than posed shots. I was sold on Elizabeth from her website which reflected her artistic slant and I was definitely not disappointed.
  She worked the wedding and reception to perfection making sure to get all the standard shots, the shots we requested and so much more. Every time I look at the photos another one becomes my favorite. She was also so genuine and easy to work with.

  Planning a wedding is an exciting, but stressful experience. In particular, choosing a wedding photographer can be a very daunting task, especially in Tucson because there are so many options. I remember when we were meeting with various photographers, one made a very good point that it is essential that you get along with your photographer because it is the one person (or in my case two) who will be with you for a majority of the special day! Fortunately, the Elizabeth Dorathy made the decision regarding the wedding photographer very easy. When I first met her, I was struck by her calm demeanor and overwhelmingly friendly attitude. She was willing to listen to my desires and ideas concerning the wedding and even flexible enough to make changes to her packages to make it more suitable for my needs.
  My interactions with Elizabeth since that day and throughout the entire wedding planning process have far exceeded my expectations. She is very easy to talk to and was always quick to reply to an e-mail or a phone call. She didn't even flinch when I sent her several (over ten) revisions of my desired shots list and even managed to take every shot on the list on the big day and then some (several hundred more)! We were fortunate enough to have Elizabeth and her husband at the ceremony and reception. They were so organized in making sure that the posed shots including small children were taken first because having a family of their own, they understood childhood temperaments. Not to mention, they worked so well with the kids, making sure that they were looking at the camera and smiling when they were taking the photographs. Furthermore, Elizabeth used her artistic ability to capture beautiful shots throughout the day. I was amazed that her and her husband stayed throughout almost the entire length of the reception. They made sure that they took ample shots of the big events along with candid shots of the guests enjoying the celebration!
  I didn't realize how anxious I would be after the wedding to view all of the pictures! Elizabeth was kind enough to give us a sneak preview that she posted online of the pictures. Her work is amazing! My father commented that the photographs look like they are from a bridal magazine! I can't compliment Elizabeth enough about her talent as photographer and overall what wonderful people her and her husband are. I really enjoyed having them with us on our wedding day. I will cherish the memories she was able to capture from our special day forever!

  ELIZABETH WAS EXCELLENT SHE TOOK SO MANY GREAT PICTURES AND SHE FIT IN WITH MY FAMILY. SHE WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. ALL OF MY WEDDING PICTURES CAME OUT SO GOOD, CAPTURING SO MANY BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.
