Pam Aiello was truly a godsend throughout our entire wedding planning journey.

As someone who works as a corporate planner, I was initially hesitant to hire a wedding planner—I thought I had everything covered. But after my mom encouraged me to look at Pam’s incredible reviews, I had a complete change of heart, and thank goodness I did.

Pam thought of every single detail and brought our vision to life with such care and precision. She strikes the perfect balance of bubbly and business. Her friendly, upbeat energy made the process so enjoyable, yet she knew exactly when to reel us in to make decisions and keep things moving.

The Best Planner We Could Ask For

My husband and I worked with Caroline Bailey for our September wedding at Gibson Island Club and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. Caroline was our rock through stressful and fun moments…and I would say she was the one person who helped make the day run 100% smoothly.

From the start, Caroline was very professional and relaxed as we decided on our vendors. She would provide a few options that she felt would make sense and would allow us to make the final decision. She was also very flexible if we ever changed our mind about certain details such as table settings and colors.

Caroline was on-site before our wedding, during our wedding and after our wedding. One thing that separates Caroline from other planners is that she was helpful even after the wedding was over. She made sure we left on time for our honeymoon and helped with our marriage certificate amongst many other items. Caroline was more than a planner, she was a friend and I hope other people use her and have the same experience. I wouldn’t change our wedding for the world.

Best Decision Ever

I hired Elizabeth Bailey Weddings to help plan my 12/2022 wedding and if I could sing from the rooftops how amazing they are, I would. Seriously, the best decision I made when starting to plan my wedding was hiring Brittany and the team from EBW. They are pricey but worth every penny. I don’t know how I would’ve had the same wedding without them. I wouldn’t have. The wedding would have been terrible without them. Brittany took my Pinterest board and random ideas and helped make my wedding day the day of my dreams. And we weren’t easy clients. My mom and I had very different visions for the big day, but Brittany was able to help mediate and coordinate with the two of us easily. They helped with every detail and the biggest thing was that I trusted them completely with my vision. If you didn’t think of it, don’t worry, they did. By the end of our time working together Brittany knew what I wanted so well I trusted her to make decisions for me (don’t worry she still asked, even though she was right every time). The EBW team made my wedding day a breeze which helped me focus on truly enjoying my wedding day. If you are hesitating to hire them, don’t. Elizabeth Bailey Weddings is the best in the biz.

Planning highly formal weddings is complex and we are so glad we had Brittany Bailey of Elizabeth Bailey Weddings to help guide us, and, most importantly, with our daughter and her husband on their wedding day. Brittany helped coordinate the many contracts, tracked progress and kept us informed right up to and including the day of, when she and her team ensured everything went flawlessly. It would have been overwhelming without her meticulous attention to detail. We wanted to be worry free, and Brittany helped make that happen. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable of every facet of planning and preparation, and there is so much more than we ever imagined, she is also incredibly personable and caring. Fairytale Wedding

Lee Kendall with Elizabeth Bailey Weddings started out as my wedding planner, but by the end she truly became a close friend. As a bride with a very demanding job who was planning a wedding from out of town, Lee K's organization, experience, responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize were all key. She is also kind, genuine, enthusiastic and patient.

She listened and acted on what we cared about, recommended top tier vendors, and delivered a wedding that was out of a fairy tale.

Spectacular!

The minute I met Brittany Bailey I knew I had to hire her. By the end of our first meeting she was finishing my sentences and it was clear we were on the same page about my ideas, vision and the overall concept I was going for. Even though I was an out of state bride and very limited by my fiances military obligations, the Elizabeth Bailey team were extremely understanding and flexible. They were more than willing to make meeting times work around my travel schedule, and I truly could not have been more grateful. I had the amazing opportunity to work with both Brittany and Elizabeth Bailey. They answered every single question I had and every email was met with a friendly and timely response. Brittany and Elizabeth also helped me with the design and decor for my wedding. From the chairs, to the linens, to the plates and silverware, everything they picked out and helped me choose were absolutely stunning and perfect! Brittany and Elizabeth were also able to attend meetings with me to finalize catering and venue decisions. I have never felt more lucky to have two women by my side during those meetings! They were efficient, direct and professional. They are powerhouses. The day of our wedding finally came after a year of planning! The day could not have been more organized or have run any smoother - nor could it have been more beautiful or perfect. Elizabeth was flawless! When I say I could not have planned this wedding without Brittany or Elizabeth, I mean it. It was my true pleasure to work with these two incredibly talented women. Deciding to work with the Elizabeth Bailey team was the first and best decision I made after getting engaged and I can promise you it will be the best decision you make too.

Couldn’t have done it without EBW!

We’re so glad we worked with Lee Kendall from Elizabeth Bailey Weddings! Lee totally got the look and feel we were going for and recommended top-notch vendors in our style and budget range. Throughout our year-long planning process, Lee answered all our questions big and small, talked regularly with our vendors without us having to get involved, and was invaluable in sorting through the contracts and invoices. On the wedding day, Lee and her team were just terrific. We basically didn’t have to do anything but enjoy and hang out with our friends! Guests specifically complimented our wedding as not only fun and beautiful but also well-planned and well-organized. We are so thankful we had Lee by our side!

They Gave Us Our Dream Wedding!

We absolutely loved working with Brittany, Elizabeth, Caroline and the rest of the EBW team. We had no idea what we were doing - sent them a few pictures and they did the rest! We loved every idea that they suggested and felt like they completely understood what we were going from the very beginning. They took some completely abstract, vague ideas and created the most amazing night. Hiring them was the absolute best decision of the entire wedding planning process - they did everything for us and allowed us to enjoy the day worry-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I'm planning on using them again for an upcoming 40th birthday party!

Hiring Elizabeth Bailey Weddings was one of the greatest decisions we made leading up to our wedding. Although we hired Leslie for day of/ month of planning, she helped us from the moment we hired her, weighing in on everything from vendors, invitations, welcome bags, negotiating with our vendor for small extras (like an extra bartender) and helping with our layout. She kept us on track and as stress free as possible. Most importantly, Leslie and team knew what we didn’t and we depended on their professional knowledge and their opinions. I received a lot of comments for my calm demeanor the day of, given that it rained and our outside ceremony had to be moved last minute, with Leslie and her team I had no worries and I completely trusted them. They made sure all of the little things and big things were taken care of, that everyone and everything was where they needed to be. The ceremony site and reception ballroom were stunning, my vision truly came to life. Most of all we appreciated Leslie for being our advocate. We highly recommend Elizabeth Bailey Weddings and Leslie McKenzie as we feel confident that our day would not have run as smoothly or as beautifully without them! I got married on November 4th 2017 at the Sagamore Pendry with the incredible Lee Kendall from EBB weddings as my wedding planner. Lee created my dream wedding and I will forever be grateful. I live in Boston and relied heavily on Lee to plan my dream wedding and not only did she go above and beyond, but she was such a calming presence to a bride who is super type A and wanted to be involved in every detail of the wedding process. She is quite literally the most organized human being on the planet. She knows the industry better than anyone and knows what is industry standard and how to negotiate for what we wanted. I interviewed with multiple top wedding planners and chose Lee because I felt immediately I could trust her and that she would put our wedding first and make it her top priority. I met with other wedding planners who were doing multiple events or clearly wanted you to spend top dollar for everything, but with Lee she is completely trustworthy, honest and LISTENS to what you want. She is beyond creative always coming up with new ideas that have not been done before. She has the BEST connections to the TOP vendors and will make sure you have the best for your wedding. I could sleep easy at night in Boston knowing that Lee was at the helm. She can navigate any situation you put in front of her. Her team is incredible and can make anything happen. Her team managed to create a room flip for our wedding day (ceremony space was the same as the reception) and I kid you not, I have guests that to this day still think we had the ceremony in a different space than the reception. Lee is available to you whenever you need her and she will pour her heart and soul into your wedding so that everything is magical. Even the hotel gift bags were extremely well thought out and she wouldn't rest until the exact right size and type of gift bag was perfect. She puts the same amount of perfection into the littlest detail to the most important detail. EBB +Lee Kendall=dream team

Lee Kendall and the whole team are amazing! At first, we weren’t sure that we needed help with this, but hiring EBW was the absolute best investment we could have made. We had never planned a big event before, and there are really so many details to think through. Lee and Elizabeth were very responsive, super patient answering all of our questions, made helpful suggestions, recommended great vendors, and on the day of everything went perfectly and we could focus on having fun with our guests. Brittany Bailey from Elizabeth Bailey Weddings (EBW) was my wedding planner; not only for the day of my wedding, but from the very first week I was engaged (over 1 year before my wedding day). The entire EBW team is an amazing group of women who each have their own specialties and talents. During my wedding planning process, Brittany helped my mother and I choose my wedding stationary, invitations, save the dates, etc; and accompanied my entire family on several venue walk throughs, hand picked lists of DJ's, cake bakers, florists, and hair/make-up artists for us to choose from, and every step of the way gave us professional, but also personal advice and opinions.

Although the EBW package we chose said ("up to 5 in-person meetings with your planner"), I know we must have met with Brittany either in person or over the phone at least 30 times throughout the entire wedding planning process. Another great touch to this team is that although each planner is extremely busy with multiple other weddings throughout the entire process, I felt as though I was their first priority, which is pretty amazing!!

The day of my wedding was truly a dream come true and everything I hoped for, despite the rainy weather, the Bailey team did an amazing job. EBW sent three planners (yes 3!!!!) to help out on the wedding day and make sure everything was running smoothly. At one point during the day, I even forgot my veil at the hotel and one of the planners rushed back to grab it for me.

I truly enjoyed working with Brittany and the entire Elizabeth Bailey team, it was an amazing experience and an event that truly could not have been pulled off without them!

Do you want your guests to keep saying how "Perfect!" and "stunning!" your wedding is? Lee is the #1 reason I received those compliments on my wedding!! My mom and I absolutely can't imagine the wedding process without her. Lee is truly insightful, organized, detail-oriented, professional and precise. Lee brought a vision I didn't know I even had to life. She made sure every single element and detail (from the sign in book to the sparkler send off) was seamless, special and reflected my taste to a T. She had so many ideas my mom and I never could have come up with -
especially the linen and table/settings, which truly gave the room its magical look and feel. We were also able to call, email or even text Lee whenever we needed to, and her prompt replies always gave us great peace of mind. Most importantly, Lee is the sole reason that my mom and I were able to be fully present during the wedding day itself and not have to worry about anything falling into place. We couldn't believe how seamless the day was -- and more beautiful than we could ever imagine. All of my bridesmaids and my now husband also continue to say what an asset Lee was in making everything run like clockwork. Lee made my wedding a dream come true, and we'd work with her again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I chose Elizabeth Bailey weddings to be the epicenter of our special day and they were exceptional. From the very first planning meeting to discussions after the wedding, they have not ceased to amaze us. We can honestly say without them we would have been lost. We had multiple long meetings with the team and they accommodated our schedule and stayed late past their normal hours(THANK YOU!) Brittany and Caroline were polite, professional, and are very experienced. Our wedding day was threatened by light rain, but Brittany and Caroline came prepared with umbrellas for the guests that were color coordinated with our wedding colors!!! Elizabeth Bailey Weddings helped us plan our DC wedding at the Meridian House from abroad. We worked with Leslie McKenzie, who was extremely professional and helped guide us patiently though each step. She thought of a thousands things we would have never thought of and helped the evening run smoothly. She helped us think of different options of where to hold the ceremony at our chosen venue based on the size of or group and the cold weather, as we were married in early March and waned to have the ceremony outside. The evening was beautiful and everything ran to perfection. As I look though the pictures, I know we could not have done it without Leslie guiding us every step of the way. From helping us find a photographer, a band, and a caterer to helping us find time to take every picture we wanted and having the event run on time. I would highly recommend Leslie and the team at Elizabeth Bailey Weddings for a DC or Baltimore wedding (Leslie also helped plan my friend's wedding at Bar Vasquez and it was beautiful - this is where we met her).

I am so thankful that we chose to work with Elizabeth Bailey Weddings to help plan our July 2017 wedding! Kate and Beth made it all look easy. They flawlessly walked us through the process of choosing vendors, deciding on decor, finalizing the details, and following through with organizing and managing the whole rehearsal and wedding day. Kate asked the right questions and really got our vision for what type of wedding we hoped for. She has great taste and helped us to find the most beautiful details for our day. She responded to emails and texts quickly and helpfully. I cannot imagine the wedding and everything running so smoothly (especially with a terrible forecast looming!) without her help and calming presence. There are not enough good things I can say about Elizabeth Bailey and her team. We had Leslie as our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing from our first meeting at their offices through driving to our home the Sunday afternoon after the wedding to drop items off to us and saving us a trip to Cockeysville. Our wedding was supposed to be outdoors and the weather forecast the whole day was changing from sun to rain and back and Leslie worked with us and juggled all of our vendors to move the ceremony indoors at the last minute when the weather decided it wouldn't cooperate. Leslie made sure every detail was taken care of so that our day ran smoothly from start to finish. Leslie provided us with incredibly detailed checklists and down to the minute timelines so that we knew what we had to take care of and when.

Choosing Elizabeth Bailey Weddings (for us, Lee Kendall) to help plan and coordinate our wedding was far and away the best and most impactful decision we made when planning our wedding. If you are wondering if you need a planner, or if it’s worth the money, I can tell you that it absolutely is when you have the EBW team. Lee quickly became my favorite person (as well as my fiancé and entire family’s) for so many reasons. I am a bit of a type A perfectionist but from the moment I met Lee I would have trusted her with any and everything.
Lee is incredibly organized and doesn’t miss a beat. I make tons of lists and schedules but she was always one step ahead of me. She keeps you on track in terms of decisions and contracts so that you don’t have to sacrifice anything because it is too late. Despite everything I read online about wedding planning timelines, Lee thought of a million other specific items that made the day what it was.
Another huge perk of working with the EBW team is their experience working with tons of other wedding vendors. Lee recommended nearly all of our vendors and I can’t think of a single one we didn’t get complimented on by multiple guests… entertainment, catering, décor, everything! She coordinates everything with them from who is bringing what, to timing, to meetings and tastings ahead of time – I can’t imagine the hours she spent coordinating with all of our vendors, I just know I never had to worry about it!
I seriously could go on and on for many paragraphs, but in summary Lee and the EBW team are the absolute BEST! She makes sure every single detail is perfect, but she does it with a smile on her face and puts you at ease. We ended our wedding night driving off in a golf cart after a sparkler send-off, and Lee ended up being the driver. It was the perfect ending to 18 months of working together. My husband and I are trying to figure out how we can have another wedding so that we get to work with Lee again ☺

I don't know what we would have done without Leslie MacKenzie @ Elizabeth Bailey Weddings. She is absolutely the best at her job, and knew at every step what needed to be done. Leslie is incredibly responsive to emails, and gave us so much helpful advice. She really knows the industry in and out, and especially local vendors. For the month of, she made coordination seamless. And of course on the day of, we as bride and groom were free to enjoy all the wonderful moments of the wedding because Leslie and her assistant anticipated and worked out all the logistics. Hire Leslie, you won't regret it!

I got married on 7/1/17 and was planning my wedding in my hometown of Baltimore from out of town. I am so happy with our decision to work with Elizabeth Bailey Weddings. Our planner, Lee Kendall, was incredible. It was like she knew what I was thinking and my answers to questions before they were even asked. Working with Lee was the best decision we made when planning our wedding! My mom wasn't initially sold on working with a wedding planner, but after a 30 minute consultation with Lee she was sold! Lee made entire experience so much less stressful! It was so wonderful to be able to call/email/text her with any questions we had about anything wedding related! She hooked us up with amazing vendors, totally understood what we wanted, and how to make that happen! I am so thankful for her and the entire Elizabeth Bailey team! They made our wedding day the best day ever! Almost a year later, our guests still tell us how much fun they had at our wedding! As a total aside, we decided to have chick-fil-a sandwiches as one of our favors so that guests would have a snack as they left the reception. Lee took care of ordering, picking up, and setting this up! It was so much fun! You will absolutely not regret hiring Lee as your wedding planner! Best decision I made, except of course for marrying my husband. :)

So my fiance and I made one extremely wise choice early on in the wedding planning process, and that was to make sure we had a wedding planner. I am so happy we found Elizabeth Bailey Weddings through Wedding Wire, and specifically, count me among the many many members of the "Lee Kendall fan club." I don't even know where to start, but let's just start by saying, you know you have an amazing planner when VENDORS come up to you and tell you that you have THE BEST planner.

Lee was with us from the very beginning, she helped us plan our big day for approximately 18 months, or possibly more as I lost count. We had a long engagement because I'm still a resident physician, and despite my crazy work hours, Lee was able to create a stress-free schedule of appointments/meetings leading up to the wedding. She recommended roughly 90% of our vendors, and we loved every single one of them. She was attentive to every detail, responded to our multiple e-mails promptly, and was super organized. She kept track of every rule, highlighted all the strange and foreign fine print in the many contracts we signed with various vendors. Having Lee orchestrate our big day was the best wedding decision we made.

(I'm not done yet.) Lee helped us make incredible decor decisions. Guests raved over how beautiful our decor looked, and I told them I couldn't take credit for any of it. She has an eye for romantic details that really made our wedding memorable. Also -- Lee can add "miracle worker" into her job title, because literally last minute -- our wedding day went from 0% chance of rain, to SHOWERS. Lee kept me calm so I didn't freak out, and moved mountains to get our ceremony under a big gorgeous tent so we could still have the wedding I dreamed of and more despite the weather. Everything carried on seamlessly, and I was able to have so much fun because Lee was busy managing everything like a bad-ass (but extremely kind) general behind the scenes. We were incredibly fortunate to have Leslie from Elizabeth Bailey Weddings be our wedding planner for our wedding day! If you are a bride that has always dreamed of your wedding day and are looking for someone to turn it into a reality, then your only option is Lee Kendall. She honestly will make your dreams come true and I bet she will exceed your wildest expectations. If you are someone like me who has never imagined my wedding, Lee will help guide you through every step and when the day comes, you will feel like you are living a fairy tale. Lee is exceptional at which she does. She not only is able to balance your busy schedule with the personalities involved in wedding planning, but she will execute every detail of your wedding seamlessly. Lee has a warm personality and is very easy to work with. I had less than 6 months before the day and she reassured me that everything would work out perfectly, which it did. My wedding was 1/14 at the Basilica with reception at the Engineers Club, and I can honestly say I was in awe of how stunning every detail turned out. Lee consulted with me to see the different rooms before opening up to the attendees, and made sure to pull me aside during the day just to check on me. I felt so at ease and had absolutely nothing to worry about because of Lee's attentiveness. I am not creative in the least, and after showing her a just few pictures of the different dining rooms I liked, she "knew the look I was going for", to which she executed perfectly on my day. Lee is always organized and prompt. The meetings were well planned so everything could be accomplished. As I am a surgeon, Lee was flexible working around my schedule along with my groom's and family members' so everyone could meet in a timely manner at the different vendors. Lee put my mind at ease about everything and ended up creating a gorgeous wedding I could have never imagined. From girl who originally wanted to elope to becoming a bride grateful for her fairy tale wedding, working with Lee made the planning seem effortless and truly helped create memories that we will cherish forever.

I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth Bailey Weddings! We worked with Leslie as our day-of-coordinator and it was the best decision we made in our wedding planning. She was so much more than a day-of-coordinator - with us from day-1 helping us to plan the logistics of our big day, recommending other vendors, and guiding us through a lot of details that we never would have thought of on our own. She was incredibly sweet, friendly and supportive. Most importantly, on the day of the wedding, she and Beth made sure that all ran smoothly - all vendors knew where to go, what to do, how to set up, and the day went off without a hitch, and with my family and I being able to fully enjoy ourselves without worrying about anything. Neither my husband nor I live in Baltimore, and Lee made our wedding planning stress free! AMAZING! That is the first word that comes to mind when I think about Beth Bailey and her team, and specifically her planner Kate. We decided to start working with Beth and her team starting 2 months before the wedding, when vendors and plans had been secured, but keeping track of everything had started to become unmanageable (payment deadlines, timelines, etc)! Kate picked up right where we left off - in our first meeting I shared my vision for the wedding, provided her with our vendor information and details on what was left to do, and she took it from there. She helped us figure out which personal touches would be possible and which ideas might have been a bit more lofty ;) and guided us through those decisions. We were so pleased with the level of professionalism by this team. They make FUN what can be a stressful process! The day of the wedding, everything was on-schedule and ran smoothly. I never felt like I had to worry because I knew they understood what we wanted and were helping to get it all done. This allowed me to enjoy the perfect day with our family and friends. Kate is incredibly detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and warm and it was a pleasure working with her, Beth, and the rest of the team! They go above and beyond for their brides and I cannot recommend them enough!!

I'm still hearing from our guests that my daughter's Annapolis wedding in August 2016 was one of the best they've attended. I always say without hesitation that the best decision we made was hiring Elizabeth Bailey Weddings! Our awesome planner was Lee Kendall, and she was beyond perfection. Organized, efficient and always calm, she kept us on task without blowing up my in-box with links to Pinterest! I got married in September 2016 in Baltimore, MD (Grace Methodist / Baltimore Country Club), while living in Charlotte, NC. Quite honestly, I was skeptical if I needed a wedding planner - I thought it maybe was a cost I could save on - but after some advice from family and friends, I decided to work with Kate Bittrick from Elizabeth Bailey Weddings and I cannot imagine how I ever would have done it without Kate and the EBW team! Kate is THE BEST - a dream to work with, really. She is super friendly, outgoing, ORGANIZED, knowledgeable and always willing to do whatever it takes. I could call, email or text her and always get a prompt and HELPFUL response. Whenever an issue came up (and trust me, issues will come up that you never even dreamed of), Kate would help me work through it, proposing various solutions. In addition, Kate and the entire EBW team have a great sense of style and easily pick up on their clients taste and deliver. I would have trusted Kate to design my entire wedding - she knew exactly what I liked and didn't like and helped me really achieve the look and feel I was going for. In the EBW office they have tons of linens, place settings etc. so you can play around with the look you want. They also have a ton of stuff in inventory that they will loan you free of cost. The day of the wedding her and the EBW were fabulous - always several steps ahead of me and ensured that everything went flawlessly. I didn't have to worry about a thing - and either did my mom, mother in law or sister - so we were all able to enjoy the evening. Even my vendors raved about how awesome Kate and the EBW were. Kate and EBW really go above and beyond in every way - and I cannot recommend them enough - you will be so pleased you worked with them!

We used Lee at Elizabeth Bailey Weddings! We can not begin to describe what a flawless and perfect wedding Lee and her team planned for us. First and foremost we live in Hawaii! However, myself the bride grew up and Maryland and I was set to have my wedding at the Four Seasons in Baltimore. Lee made planning so easy despite having a six hour time difference between myself and her. She made the whole process easy and totally stress free! My parents absolutely loved her and daily stayed they did not know what they would do without her! Our wedding from beginning to end was something completely out of a fairytale and an event that no guest will ever forget! Lee thought of everything from start to finish and no detail was over looked. She incredibly and beautifully incorporated my love for Maryland with my husband love for Hawaii! Lee and her team were beyond organized and along with Katie and Kerrie her conworkers my reception was semmless from beginning to end! I cannot recommend EBW enough. Beth and Lee helped us plan our wedding at the Four Seasons Baltimore in September, and they were incredible. They have great relationships with Baltimore vendors and venues and know how to create a beautiful, unique and memorable wedding. They helped us each and every step of the way during the planning process and on the wedding day. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and stressful, but they make it easy and fun. They were patient with us when we had a hard time making decisions, had a great understanding of etiquette in all aspects of the wedding, helped us negotiate contracts with our vendors, had great ideas and amazing taste, helped us stay organized and on track, and made our wedding the most unbelievable day of our lives. Working with the team at Elizabeth Bailey Weddings was wonderful! I worked mostly with Leslie and Elizabeth who were both so professional and knowledgeable! Whether you've had every detail of your wedding ready since age 5 or are just hoping to pull off something people will interpret as a wedding Elizabeth Bailey is the way to go for planning! My husband and I decided to go with a day of planner option as we had most of the big things squared away before we decided to look into a planner. It was a great decision! Our wedding was just about a month ago, and we are still smiling. That is large part because we got to enjoy our wedding and make wonderful memories because Lee handled everything. And I do mean everything. Lee coordinated our welcome dinner, wedding (including transportation to a church 30 minutes away), reception and our Sunday brunch.

Hiring Lee (and the rest of the folks at Elizabeth Bailey) was a fantastic decision. We simply do not know what we would have done without her. I cannot recommend her highly enough

Lee quickly learned what was important to us (photographer yes, cake no) and what style of wedding we were going for. With this information she always picked the best vendors for us. And she consistently thought about our budget. Including helping us allocate more of it to areas that were more important to us.

Then there is the support in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Having had several friends get married over the last year we knew how stressful it was for them. It wasn’t for us. It was busy yes, but not at all stressful. All the little details, coordination, and random things that popped up were handled by Lee and her team. She was very responsive and super organized.

And on our actual wedding weekend – we got to have fun and enjoy time with our friends and family. Lee handled everything – including the small hiccups that happened in the background – with ease and grace.

Elizabeth and her team are the best. I had a New Year's Eve wedding, and I don't believe we hired Elizabeth until November. She was able to pull off a pretty intricate event in record time, all the while maintaining a sense of humor, which is the best when it comes to wedding vendors.

Elizabeth is so organized it's kind of mind numbing, and she was great about making me pull the trigger on decisions because, frankly, I needed a bit of harassment. She has wonderful taste and is fantastic at laying out the flow of an event. She is also very, very experienced, and it's great to be able to draw on her past observations as to what works.

Finally, Elizabeth is a wonderful listener and really helped us get to where we wanted to be, not to where she wanted to be.

I would recommend her very, very highly.

Enlisting the help of Leslie McKenzie and the rest of the team at Elizabeth Bailey Weddings was one of the best decisions we made when it came to our wedding! Not only did they help make our vision a reality, but they were there every step of the way and made the wedding planning process stress-free. Their expertise in our venue (Baltimore Country Club), their strong relationships with many other vendors we selected, and their advice on everything from linens and decor to timelines and transportation made not only the months leading up to the wedding enjoyable, but also our wedding day a dream come true. When I couldn't make a decision, I was able to turn to Leslie for her advice; when I had a definite opinion on something, I could count on her to make it happen. I felt spoiled--I was there to make all the fun decisions and Leslie did all the behind the scenes coordinating. I never worried about a single thing because I knew Leslie and her team were always one step ahead of me and were there to make sure the entire day was seamless. Leslie was in constant communication with me, my groom, my mom, and the rest of our vendors. We were even able to ship everything from favors to flip flops for our guests to their office for her to store, keep organized, and bring to our venue on our wedding day. Beth & her team helped make my wedding planning experience so much fun and painless. Beth is an expert at what she does, and helped make our wedding at my childhood home everything I dreamed of. We gave her a blank canvas of our property and she designed a flawless 3-part party: the ceremony under the trees, the cocktail hour on the lawn and the beautifully decorated black-tie reception tent. She suggested a cigar bar and an ice cream sandwich bar - two features that blew my guests away! Her team is professional, timely, and always on top of things. This endorsement is for LEE KENDALL at EBW. We got married on June 6th 2015 at the Four Seasons in Baltimore. We live in NYC and travel a lot for our jobs (our parents were not involved in the planning) - so shortly after securing a venue, we realized very quickly that we were going to need help. Fortunately, we got a referral for EBW from a mutual friend who also had her wedding at the FS. After chatting with the bride & researching local planners, we realized that all of the wedding photos that we loved, were planned by the EBW team! We quickly scheduled an intro call with EBW/Lee Kendall. Before our call ended, Lee had already provided invaluable advice; including a rec for a church that officiates evening ceremonies & penciling us into the calendar of one of the most coveted bands in the DC area. Since hiring Lee, there was not a day that went by that we did not say, “THANK GOD WE HAVE LEE!”. She was just AWESOME! Lee is incredibly professional, personable, 'the most responsive person I have ever met' (a very high bar in my book), insightful, organized, has great taste, creative and helped us in countless ways to ensure that our event was gorgeous, rustic/modern, elegant, organized and incredibly fun and memorable for our guests. We had a PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT destination wedding weekend for our daughter and son-in-law all due to Lee Kendall at Elizabeth Bailey Weddings!!!! Elizabeth Bailey Weddings came highly recommended to us from a friend in our home town of New York, an acquaintance in DC and our catering manager in Maryland. We needed HELP!! Not an easy task making a destination wedding, including a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, celebration and Sunday brunch, with many moving parts for over 200 people. Lee made it all happen, seamlessly, perfectly, exceeding our expectations by 1 million percent!!!

As a super organized mother of the bride who successfully planned three b’nai mitzvahs with no help, I knew I could not handle planning and pulling off our daughter’s wedding without help! I found Elizabeth Bailey Weddings from reviews on Wedding Wire, but an event planner in DC told me that “If I were getting married in Baltimore, the only person I would call is Beth Bailey!” One conversation with Beth was enough to convince me that we had found the right team to work with. Even before I hired them, Beth spent more than an hour on the phone with me helping me with a complicated decision regarding timing and venues.

Our lead wedding planner was the amazing Pam Aiello, who not only guided us through a process that can really be overwhelming, but became a mentor, counselor, and friend over the 14 months we had to plan the wedding. Weddings come with a lot of emotion and one of the kindest things that Pam did for us was to help keep us calm when we had challenging decisions to make. She was always available to help us understand what was important and what wasn’t. She also helped sort through the crazy number of vendors that you have to deal with and reviewed every contract and caught things that I completely missed – like the “day of” lunches for the bridal party that were originally going to be delivered to the wrong hotel!

On the day of the wedding, Pam and Beth and Lee were like magical elves who kept appearing at exactly the right moment when something was needed and then magically disappeared when they weren’t. I’m not quite sure how they did this, because they were clearly present and running around like crazy setting things up in the afternoon. The day was so special and Pam handled every single detail for us and did it in an incredibly professional manner. I am glad that I only have one daughter’s wedding to plan, but I would not hesitate to work with Pam again (or really any of the incredible ladies at Elizabeth Bailey Weddings).

My review is for Lee Kendall, who was our primary planner during our wedding planning process. Lee was a great choice for my wife and I. She was an excellent resource for us from the first time we met until the day of our wedding. Lee did a good job of guiding us through the planning and was most helpful in providing us with a timeline. Lee was very responsive via email (often less than 2-3 hours) throughout and never rushed us during our face to face meetings. Lee has a very business-like attitude and made sure that we remained focus during our planning process. One of the better parts of working with Elizabeth Bailey Wedding is that we had 3 planners on site the day of our wedding. Lee ran an efficient team and made sure that every aspect of our wedding went off without a hitch. Lee was everywhere the day of our wedding and repeatedly checked in with my wife and I to make sure we were having a fantastic time and were not in need. Our wedding was beautiful and everything we dreamed it would be. Thank you Lee, for helping us to have an incredible wedding!

As the mother of the bride who throws a lot of parties I thought I could handle planning and pulling off our daughters wedding no problem! Our daughter talked us into using Elizabeth Bailey Weddings and from our very first meeting with Pam Aiello I knew we had made the right decision! Pam really listened to the bride and groom, took amazing notes, made very helpful suggestions while never shooting down any of their ideas and completely removed any worries we had of something going wrong. Even if something had gone wrong, which it didn't, we knew we were in great hands and Pam would make it right!! I remember every detail of the day because Pam handled everything and I was able to completely relax and truly enjoy one of the most important days of our family's life!!! The day was so special and Pam handled every single detail for us and did it in such a professional manner. She blended right in with the party but had complete control of everything that was going on. Beth and her team are one of a kind! My wedding was at my parents home so there was a lot of extra bits a pieces to think about. When I and my Wife decided to embark on this journey, we knew as busy professionals that we needed a great planner who understood that 'Failure to plan is Planning to fail'. Our families from both sides are very complicated when it comes to choices and selections of certain things and routine, so we needed a planner that can leverage these differences and bring a collection of professionalism, understanding , firmness and a blend of patience. Our first meeting with Elizabeth bailey gave us an outstanding breath of assurance that we have walked into the right office.

At the next meeting, Elizabeth introduced us to PAM AIELLO who she said will be in charge of our wedding logistics. At first, we kept our mouth shut professionally during the meeting and on our way home, we were grumbling of one thing; ' Having spent the first meeting explaining our big family complexities, our vision and values as a BIG African family to Elizabeth, now she presents us with someone else to run the logistics'!! But what we were yet to find out in the third meeting was that, Elizabeth had just gave us an Outstanding strategist, analyst, negotiator, mediator and a timely finisher.

PAM is exceptional at what she does. There is no phase of our wedding planning we reached without a collection of methodical options presented with very reasonable choices. Be prepared for Options when you arrive at Elizabeth Bailey weddings in terms of Vendors, Places, Prices, Collections, Designs, Choices, pictures, musics and lots more.

We missed Pam setting up tables with designs, showing us pictures and places, calling vendors to present us with best options and most expecially,
we missed our free wine, red bull, sparkling orange juices and snacks at our visits.
We specifically want to Thank BETH, PAM and The Wonderful INTERN who took the humble role to watch our son when couple had to play certain roles on the wedding.

We can't say enough about the incredible experience we had with Beth. Because we live thousands of miles away from Baltimore, our wedding destination, we relied on Beth to handle our wedding plans with a limited amount of one-on-one input from us. She created very detailed itineraries for the two visits we made prior to our wedding so that we could meet as many vendors as possible. Communication with Beth and her team was excellent, which, again, was very important to us because of the long distance. Planning my Baltimore wedding from 1,000 miles away in a 5 month timeframe was definitely more stressful and time consuming than I ever imagined, even for an organized person. I knew I wanted to work with a planner but was also trying to be budget conscious, which anyone who is planning a wedding realizes is next to impossible. I made many of my vendor choices prior to contracting with Elizabeth Bailey Weddings, but I'm not sure how I would have gotten through the wedding weekend without Pam Aiello, our planner.

Leading up to the wedding, I was only able to meet with Pam and Elizabeth one time face-to-face (since I live out of town) to choose the overall look & feel of the day. Everything else was handled over the phone, and Pam provided great suggestions for other vendors, and just generally kept everything organized and on track...she had worked at our venue (Baltimore Four Seasons) many times before and had relationships with their planner(s) and had great suggestions about how to best use the space, which was invaluable.

All of the planning and coordination that led up to the wedding weekend was very helpful, but I realized the true value of having a planner (and Pam, in particular) after the actual day was over. She completely managed the rehearsal, the vendors on the day of the wedding, and the entire schedule of the wedding day. I didn't want to stress about much during those few days, or put that responsibility on my family or friends, and Pam kept everything on schedule (and everyone in line.) There are always hiccups on any wedding day, and Pam managed everything without me really knowing about it...I really don't know how everything would have come together without her.

Contracting with Elizabeth Bailey Weddings was the best choice I made, and Pam Aiello was a great fit for my style and personality.

Elizabeth Bailey was the most professional, kind, and personable wedding planner I could ever imagine! From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt taken care of, at ease, and in good hands. She helped me every step of the way, from making important decisions, to the small details that made my wedding special and reflective of my husband and me. Aside from choosing my bride, choosing Beth to help us plan every step of the way was the easiest (and best) decision of the entire wedding process. We had already made up our minds that we needed a wedding planner to be able to keep us in check and provide a gameplan before and during the big day, and the Elizabeth Bailey Team (including Pam, Lisa and Cassy) proved to be a spectacular decision. Beth came highly recommended to us and had some fanstastic reviews, but nothing could have prepared for us for the amazing and effortless experience we had.

My wife was more involved than I at times, but Beth has an amazing ability to tie everything back together and make sure that all dots have been connected, even in the midst of 50+ tasks on our checklist. It was extremely refreshing to know that someone was always thinking (and working) for us, from reviewing contracts with our desired vendors to providing an expert eye on our decor to ensure it all tied together how we wanted.

Having Beth and her team there on the day of was invaluable and something I would not even hesitate to recommend, but if you really want to get the full breadth of her services and experience, work with her from Day 1 to 365. Having her by our sides at every meeting was great - nothing got past her. Using Elizabeth Bailey Weddings was undoubtedly the best investment we made, and if it keeps my wife smiling from Day 1 until today, that is all that matters to me.

It has been almost 3 months since Lee's incredible day. I had hoped that if I waited, the right words would come, but alas, not easily. The services provided by Elizabeth Bailey Weddings was outstanding! While Baltimore was the location for this wonderful event, I lived in another state (and so did the bride and groom), and I was not familiar with the area. Beth and Lee coordinated everything from the initial look at different venues, to flowers, tents, etc. We had approximately three visits to Baltimore (over a 9 month period) and on each visit a schedule was coordinated for us and we were able to accomplish so much on each visit. Beth and Lee were so professional, supportive, and just truly amazing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Elizabeth Bailey Weddings was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I are so fortunate to have had Beth and her team help plan our special day. She connected us with some wonderful vendors and provided us invaluable guidance and creative ideas throughout the planning process.
Having Beth, Pam, and Lee at our wedding provided peace of mind and enabled us to focus on enjoying our day. Many of our guests are still talking about our event and that is in many ways thanks to our fabulous wedding planners to whom we are incredibly grateful.

Brett and I worked with Lee and Beth for our July 6th wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. They were truly amazing! I felt totally calm and comfortable the day of our wedding. Lee made sure to take care of everything and anything that was thrown our way. I would recommend them to any bride. Definitely worth it!

Hiring Lee Thompson and Beth Bailey was the single best decision we made for ourselves on our wedding day. Throughout the entire process, they were a joy to work with, always keeping our budget and our vision in mind. Their reputation definitely helped us on several occasions, and they led us to vendors that matched our needs and wants perfectly.

Lee and Beth went above and beyond in every aspect of their job, and often accommodated us with late-night and weekend meetings and emails (within reason and assuming they weren't already booked up with anything else).

In terms of value, they are worth their weight in gold! There was no way we could have made our vision come true by ourselves without enlisting an army of friends and family in the weeks and days leading up to the big day, not to mention the added stress of coordinating everything on the day-of. Thanks to Lee and Beth, we, along with our parents and bridal party, were able to sit back and fully enjoy the day, knowing that everything would run smoothly.

Perhaps most importantly, Lee and Beth worked very hard to get to know us on a personal level and made us feel like we were their only client. It was extremely comforting to know that they were behind us every step of the way.

Now that the wedding is over, we're disappointed that we won't be working with them anymore! In summary, Lee and Beth were our Fairy Godmothers that made our dream wedding come true!

Elizabeth Bailey is a true professional and the number one reason our daughter's wedding was such a marvelous success. We chose her because of her experience, her easy-going manner, and the quiet confidence she had when we spoke with her. And, surprisingly, even with 25 years in the business, she displayed as much joy and delight in the thought of a wedding as did my newly engaged daughter! Her excitement at each stage of the planning was not only refreshing in the midst of all the to dos, but also calming. She knew how to manage all the many moving parts of a large wedding, but was still all about the bride and worked hard to make sure her preferences were known. She was also quite helpful to me as the mother of the bride when I had doubts about my role or the best way to handle delicate situations. She is a gem! I would highly recommend her.

I cannot thank Pam and Beth enough for everything they did for us during our wedding planning. My husband and I lived out of area, so it was necessary to have some help with our planning and execution of everything the day of the wedding. Pam did an amazing job! They took me to individual linen vendors, and helped me with making all the linen choices as well as rentals. I didn't have to worry about the set-up or tear-down at our location, as it was all taken care of :) They were very helpful with recommending vendors in the area. As a result, I had wonderful music and an amazing florist that could work magic, with flowers and a budget! Beth and Pam make their clients feel as though you are the only ones they are working with at that time. Everything ran so much more smoothly because of them. Every detail was seen to. Everything was beautiful!

I am so grateful to have had Beth plan our wedding. She is inventive, resourceful, polished, and a lot of fun. She helped us create a fantastic environment and handled every detail (and there were many) with patience, class, and perfection. Beth Bailey was the BEST investment of our entire wedding! She was very easy to work with and very accommodating with her time in helping to plan a wedding on the east coast with the bride living on the west coast with little time to come home before the ceremony. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the vendors that we or she helped us choose in the price range we were comfortable with, and she followed through on every detail. One of her strongest qualities is how calming, comforting, helpful and reassuring she was throughout what can be a rather stressful and anxiety-ridden process. I can't say enough about Beth's ability, but i can say we had a lovely wedding day and i owe it all to her!

No one should plan a wedding without Beth! Not only did she provide us with other excellent vendors in the price range we were requesting, she and her team made the entire wedding weekend go like clockwork. Beth is wonderful. She managed to help me find vendors in my price range that would work with my style. She had great suggestions and tips. I really do not know what I would have done without her. She is a true professional. Everyone commented on how smoothly the rehearsal dinner and the wedding went. That was all Beth and her group behind the scenes taking care of all of the organizing and any little mishaps. She has been in the industry for years and has many great contacts. This really helped me save time by not having to interview as many vendors.

She put us in contact with the best vendors and did everything to make our wedding what we wanted it to be...a celebration! I worked with Christina to plan our wedding. She had great ideas and was extremely knowledgeable. She helped make my entire family more at ease with all the planning, and was especially helpful since I was planning the wedding from out of state. I was most impressed with Christina's ability to work with the ideas that I had and be supportive of the the "crafty" touches that I decided to make myself. It is impossible to imagine what our wedding would have been without the details, advice and time that Beth put into it. I was initially worried about planning a wedding in Baltimore from out of town, but Beth helped to guide me in the right direction and put everything together in just two face-to-face meetings in Baltimore prior to the wedding.

The greatest part of having Beth and her team plan your wedding is to be able to enjoy the planning process and most of all the day itself. It was wonderful to know that there was someone doing the worrying for me. I was able to relax and enjoy every minute of the wedding weekend.

The most standout part of Beth's work is her commitment to perfection and her ability to stay calm in any situation that is thrown at her. Elizabeth Bailey and her staff provided unbelievable attention and service to my step-daughter's wedding. It was Erica's "dream wedding". Elizabeth and Erica did not even meet in person until four days before the wedding! Every detail was absolutely elegant. Everyone is still calling us saying it was the best wedding ever. We were thrilled with the help Beth and her wonderful staff provided for David and Lauren's wedding. The vendors Beth helped us choose were very professional and provided first-rate service. All of our guests commented on how perfect the evening was - from the flowers to the tablecloths and placesettings. We could never have acheived such cohesiveness without Beth's talent and understanding.
