    Terrible, terrible, terrible. Customer service is a joke! Told me to go to Hell when I tried to file a complaint regarding the fact that they shipped via UPS instead of via USPS (which is what I paid for and requested). Got hit with a huge Brokerage fee (I never use UPS - would rather either either USPS or FedEx because they are much more reasonable). I called and the woman on the phone LIED to me regarding their shipping policies and the charges (I paid more for USPS than the UPS rate that was shown on the order date) and outright refused to refund the difference - telling me that the one rate was $15 (it was $17.71 - I have my bill for what I paid) and that UPS was $30.00 (it was $16.80 when I purchased). Bad customer service, okay product - would never trust them with my order again!

    The buyer is rude and will not listen to any reasoning. The buyer Agreed to the terms and conditions which we stated if the item is shipped from outside of the buyer's country the buyer is responsible for the duty and broker fees. We upgraded the shipping method FREE of charge. We try to make the buyers happy, however, we do not tolerate name calling and yelling to our customer service agents, we certainly believe the "customer is always right" attitude, however, if the customer is rude and trying to get free products by making false accusations we draw the line.

    I purchased two flower girl baskets and outside of the initial confirmation of the purchase I have heard nothing on my purchase. I sent three emails and made one phone call on this purchase. I have tried the 319 phone number and get an answering machine, the 888 number just disconnects.
    At this point I need to purchase new baskets before the wedding so our flower girls have something to carry. Makes me very leary of purchasing anything else for the wedding through the internet. Only use this vendor if you are financially able to be out whatever money you spend. I used it to save money, now things are costing me double.

    Thieves, Scam artists! BUYER BEWARE. They never answer the phones, don't return emails and the chat operator is always offline. I didn't get my product and have been unable to contact them since I placed my order. I have outed them on ripoffreport.com so others don't fall into their trap. Wish I had read these reviews before I gave them my money now I will have to spend twice and hopes paypal reimburses me :(

    Ordered flower girl basket, garter, ring bearer pillow, and guest book a month ago and still no response to 3 emails and the phone numbers are fake or not working at all. Total scam!! I saw they responded to another reviewer saying she was being unreasonable but after my experience I have to say I believe her and not this fake company!! What a rip off! I have to go reverse the charges through my bank. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!

    I'm pretty sure this website is a scam. I placed an order and they haven't had any contact with me since. It hasn't been shipped and they won't respond to my emails and don't answer their phone. I was forced to order through a different company and had to pay for rush shipping in order for it to get here in time. What a waste of money. Don't trust this company!

    I would never purchase any items from this company ever again! Theres absolutely no customer service, they do not have agents on the phone, nor their so called 24hour service! The online chat is always off, they do not answer their phones. I had to pay for my shipping twice! Once through my purchase, and second time, through UPS my package said COD on it! At first i thought it was customs, but my package was shipped from Quebec!
    They are by far the worst company i have ever dealt with!
    I do not recommend anyone purchasing items even if they are 99.99% off!!!

    The most horrific experience I have ever had is with this webpage. My order was placed and 2 weeks prior to my event after trying to contact the number numerous times, listed on the webpage which was always busy, then non existent, to an answering machine, and then changed to an entirely new number I was able to chat with a representative online which had informed me that my product would be on back order until July 2014 !!!. I requested a cancelation since my event was in April 2014 and would be no use in July. I was told an email had been sent which never was. I did receive the cancellation email stating that my money would be refunded in 3-7 business days on April 4th and here we are today May 6th and still no money back. I am at it again trying to reach someone to refund my money immediately. It is almost impossible to reach someone. Stay away from this webpage !!! I will never use or even browse this site again. It feels as if this company is a scam !!!!! I have been trying for close to 3 months to reach a live person and have not once. I have emailed them over 100 times and still nothing. STAY AWAY !!!!!
