I was nothing but impressed with this company. Dealing with Donna and Wendy was great due to their kindness, quick responses, and flexibility. Any time I had a question they responded immediately. I was having some problems getting RSVPs back in a timely manner and they told me it was no problem and gave me a couple extra days to get my final count in for the beautiful chairs I used at our wedding. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I look forward to using them again in the future if need be. -

Renting chairs from Elegant Chair Cover Designs was one the the easiest processes of my entire wedding! I worked with a woman named Donna, she was always quick to respond and worked with all questions/concerns I had along the way. I had requested a few bar stool chairs the week of the wedding and there was no issue at all! I would highly recommend this company to all brides! -

The chiavari gold chairs were absolutely beautiful. You can pick the color of your seat cushion too (navy, white, ivory). Great price and great quality! They added more elegance to my reception and look way better than banquet chairs! -

Donna at Elegant Chair Cover Designs was a pleasure to work with. Choosing and purchasing the chairs for our wedding was one of the easiest parts of the planning process. Their prices were the best that I had seen and they took care of everything for me so that I did not have to worry about it on the day of my wedding. We rented Chiavari chairs for my daughter's wedding. The product was perfect, and a great decor addition. Our venue was gorgeous but they had conference type chairs, so although I initially questioned the need to rent chairs, it was worth every penny. We looked for chairs locally in the Greensburg area but the prices were significantly more, Elegant Chairs beat everyone on price. Customer service was excellent too. -

The chairs were delivered on time and at the venue the day before our wedding so we could look at them arranged! They were then picked up the morning after the wedding. Everyone was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The chairs were exactly what we wanted and looked awesome at our venue! -

Everyone at Elegant Chair Cover Designs was extremely helpful and accomodating. For example, we changed our linen colors from ivory to white a couple of weeks before the wedding, and I forgot to let them know and check to see if we could change our seat cushions. On the day of the wedding I got a call from Elegant Chair Cover Designs saying that the table clothes were white and the cushions were ivory and they didn't match. They asked if I would like them to change the cushions to white. This was an error on my part, but they took the time and effort to fix my mistake. They made everything look absolutely beautiful. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone! -

I would definitely use this vendor - the only advice is if you decide to handle set-up on your own, make sure you have the time built into the schedule. This is definitely not something you want to do day off the wedding. If you can't get into the venue prior to the day off the wedding then pay someone to do it for you as it will save you time and headache. We were able to get into the venue 2 days prior so setting up ourselves was definitely the way to go for us. But using the chair covers and sashes from Elegant Chair gave my daughter's wedding reception that look of class that you get from higher end venues without the cost. -

Elegant Chair Cover Designs were great to work with! We made an appointment to meet with Wendy at their showroom. She was extremely helpful and showed us many combinations of covers and bows until we found the perfect combination. The chair covers gave our wedding that extra touch that tied everything together and put the finishing touches on. They were also a lot cheaper than many of the other places that I looked at and didn’t charge an arm and a leg to put the covers on and take them off after.

I searched for chiavari chairs EVERYWHERE. This place had THE BEST value for chairs ever!!!!! I am so lucky I found them. They were incredibly responsive to every one of my crazy emails, and extremely helpful. Also, their chairs are the resin ones- many places were renting wooden ones which break easier and do not hold as much weight, the resin ones are more durable which made me feel so much better. They also had cocktail tables that I rented for cocktail hour for a great price! Don't waste your time looking anywhere else, trust me I looked everywhere- this place is definitely the best value, quality, and professionalism you will find in the Pittsburgh area. -

Wendy is the absolute best and her products available for rent are high quality at a reasonable price. Don 't be fooled by other rental companies that you see at Bridal Shows that are comparable in price, but inferior in quality of product. We rented the Chiavari chairs, napkins, special table cloths for sweetheart and cake table, and also the DIY uplighting. Wendy spent quality time providing us with good advice in helping to make our selections while never feeling pressured to rent something that would be more costly. The delivery team was also overly prepared when they showed up for the delivery and realized that I had forgotten to order extra chairs for the cocktail reception. They were willing to go back to the warehouse to get more chairs, but also had chair covers and blush bows on hand to help in a pinch. Everything looked great, and I can't thank Wendy and her team enough for making the reception hall look so beautiful! -

Wendy is absolutely amazing. She owns and manages the business. All of her staff is courteous and professional as well. She obviously loves what she does and took the time to help me make sure every detail of my wedding was perfect. She was patient with my indecisiveness and gave me the advice I needed on how to pair different fabrics and colors. I ended up taking her advice (which happened to be less expensive than what I thought I wanted in the first place) and she was right, it was BEAUTIFUL! Rented 100 gold chairs with ivory pads. Very good value and the chairs looked beautiful! Communication with the vendor was great, I planned the wedding from a distance so that was really helpful. I appreciated how I was able to adjust the number of chairs we rented closer to the date because not all of our guests could make it due to weather/holidays. I was charged after the event for take down of the chairs which I wasnt thrilled about--my venue was supposed to take care of that, but they dropped the ball. Wish I would have been notified prior to being charged so I could have reached out to the venue and asked them to complete what they said they were going to do. Overall, it was a great experience with Elegant Chair Cover Designs and I would highly recommend using their company for your special event! -

At first, looking up chair cover vendors was a bit of a hassle, but when I had found Elegant Chair Cover Designs, they took care of everything. They have a great array of colorings and fabrics to choose from and made it very easy for a busy bride! They called a few days before the wedding to go over the details and when I saw the setup for the first time, I almost started crying . . . I was so happy and the chair covers/sashes made the room look amazing. I was so pleased and even had a few people comment on how well it pulled the room together with the coloring. Love them! -

I had less than a stellar experience with the venue that held our wedding reception. A few nights before our wedding reception, our families went to the venue to set everything up. A handful of things were not going right with the venue and Wendy was my savior! The wedding coordinator at the venue did not show up to guide us. Wendy happened to be there setting up the chair/table covers. She was kind enough to go out of her way to help us with the creative guidance that we needed. (which was not even her job!! This should have been a job of the wedding coordinator!) Would recommend Wendy 100% to anyone planning a wedding! -

This vendor was easy to work with. Our venue did not have ivory chair covers; so we rented them here. They also handled the rest of our linens. Competitively priced, especially the chair covers. The best thing about them was the service. They brought out samples to the venue at no charge. We had spandex chair covers, but were afraid the sashes would slip. I used Elegant Chair cover designs for my linens and used their chiavari chairs. I looked at every vendor in Pittsburgh comparing prices and quality- and Elegant Chairs provided the best offer in price and quality. The linens and chairs provided an elegant ambiance at my venue that changed the room and wowed my guests. The banquet manager at the Country Club said she had been doing weddings for 30 years and she has never seen her room look more beautiful!!!
I was more than pleased working with Wendy- she was efficient, friendly and offered feedback while I was being an undesicisve bride. I ordered several color linens, overlays and the chairs and was more than pleased with the service! The chairs literally 'made the room'- I cannot thank Wendy for her services! This vendor is the utmost in what all professional wedding vendors should emulate. I highly recommend any bride to use this vendor!!! -

Wendy did such a beautiful job supplying the linens and chairs for my wedding. Working with her was so easy, and she obviously cares very much about her clients' satisfaction. We used Elegant Chair Cover Designs for my daughter's recent wedding at the Fairmont. Wendy was extremely easy to work with, accomodating and provided multiple samples for my daughter to choose from. She even met us at the Fairmont (in the midst of a snowstorm) with all the samples my daughter requested to dress the table with the chiavari chairs so that we could get the total picture of how everything would look. Her prices were extremely reasonable and was very helpful in putting together the linens, from suggesting different types of linens to what colors would work well together. If anyone is planning a wedding in the future and is looking to rent linens and chairs, please call Wendy and you will not be disappointed. -

I had originally found them at the bridal show in downtown Pittsburgh- and at the time, didn't know if I wanted chair covers or not. I'm so happy that we had them at our wedding! Wendy's chair covers looked fantastic! I had always wanted chair covers for my reception and she didn't disappoint. Her covers pulled all of the decorations together. If you aren't sure if you need chair covers or not, you do and she's the best!!!!! -
