  Elaine was a joy to work with, and our somewhat off-beat, unique cake request came out perfectly! Would recommend her without hesitation.

  We were so incredibly happy with the beautiful cakes that Elaine provided! She did four in total, in four different flavors, each with a different design. Three of the four cakes had sugar flowers, magnolias and gardenias, to fit our theme of Southern elegance. I was initially drawn to Elaine because of seeing her exquisite sugar flowers on Facebook, and we were not disappointed. They were perfect! Even better, the cakes were absolutely delicious. Moist, fluffy, flavorful... I think all of our guests tried at least two if not all four. I'll also say that she was incredibly easy to work with, especially since we were planning long distance, from a different time zone, so staying in touch was sometimes difficult. But she made the process very easy, and even allowed my mother and her husband to do the tasting in our place (lucky them!). By all accounts she was a gracious hostess, and though she works out of her home, very fastidious in her work.

  Elaine did a wonderful job on both our wedding cake & our groom's cake. I was able to give her pictures of my dream cakes & she created just what I imagined for our day. Everyone loved the groom's cake with oreo filling! The ONLY issue we had was I had made a color change for the sugar flower piece & when double checking on the flavors, fillings & colors a couple weeks before the wedding--there was a mistake in the colors of the sugar piece. She was very quick to correct the mistake! I highly recommend Elaine to any bride.
