Eric might not remember your name, but that is kind of part of his charm. He knows his stuff and he'll walk you through the whole process. He is an excellant mix of relaxed and attentive, which is comforting after a day of shopping for rings at the mall. The jewelry at Ecolin is so beautiful and whenever I'm in the area, Eric will clean my rings for free.
