Eagle Oaks made our wedding so perfect and magical!! Amanda was in constant contact with my husband and I the whole time and answered questions quickly. Amanda and the matrie d were so invested the day of our wedding, that everything went PERFECTLY. I knew I wanted to get married at Eagle Oaks when I had my sweet 16 there many years ago. Eagle oaks made our day exactly like our vision and we couldn't have been happier!

Eagle Oaks came highly recommended to us while we were searching for a venue to host our big day. We could not have asked for anything more. From the service, to the food our expectations were far exceeded.

We met Amanda in the very beginning stages of choosing Eagle Oaks. She was there through it all to help answer any and all questions we had, and make sure we were truly settled on all ends from planning to decision making, everything. She was extremely attentive and constantly checking in to ensure there was as little stress as possible. At our final details meeting, she sat and ran through the entire night with me so we knew our wedding would be exactly what we wanted.

We met Melissa at our tasting last fall. She was amazing from the start. Her attitude was so positive, kind, and warm. My husband and I knew we would be in good hands immediately. She checked on us throughout our tasting, making sure we understood how everything would work on the big day, as well as ensuring we were happy with everything.
Fast forward to the wedding, Melissa was nothing short of amazing once again. From the very moment my bridal party and I arrived, she came in to check in on us throughout the afternoon and evening with a beaming smile every time, again ensuring everyone was happy and enjoying themselves.

My parents and I were introduced to George at our final details meeting. He too had a fantastic attitude to the point that even after only speaking with him for a few moments, I knew we would not have anything to worry or stress about.
The night of our rehearsal, George made us feel very comfortable that everything would go off without a hitch Friday evening (which it did). George spent ample time explaining to the bridal party, our families, and officiant, exactly how everything would work for the ceremony. Checking in to see if anyone had any questions or concerns, and made suggestions on how to improve aspects such as the bridal party entrance and exit so that it would look as seamless as possible. He took extra time to explain how everything else for the day would work for my husband, Chris, and I.
When we returned Friday afternoon, George promptly greeted myself, the bridal party, and my parents. He and Melissa walked us to the bridal suite and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed.
After the ceremony, George led Chris and I back to the bridal suite, making sure we had a chance to eat and have some alone time as newlyweds before the party started. All night, he was by our side making sure everything went smoothly and stayed on schedule.

Donna was also incredible. She too checked in on me in the bridal suite several times throughout the night. We had some great conversation! Just like Melissa and George, she too had a wonderful personality.

One thing I can say for certain is that Eagle Oaks has an amazing, attentive, caring and truly kind staff. Another is that the food is just absolutely beyond words, and the service is excellent. I will be recommending the venue any and every chance I get.
We could not have imagined or asked for a more beautiful special day.

Our experience planning our wedding was incredible. Every detail was not left out and Amanda was outstanding on keeping me on task with the planning. She was professional, friendly and patient. Every aspect of the wedding was outstanding and all of our guests raved about the service and food. We had an amazing wedding!

Eagle Oaks venue hosted our son’s wedding and we were absolutely blown away with what a great job their entire staff. The service and food was incredible.

Our entire experience with Eagle Oaks was top notch. Our guests are still raving about the stunning Glass Conservatory, delicious food, and incredible service. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The service the night of our wedding was incredible and all of the planning and coordinating was very easy. We received answers to any question we had very quickly. Jim was always eager to help us in any way he could.

We had our wedding in October 2022 at EOGCC and it was the absolutely best day of our lives. Jim was amazing and answered all of my questions, offered to have meetings with me when needed, and helped make all of my vendors (preferred and non preferred) come together seamlessly. I am forever thankful for the amazing staff at EOGCC for making our day so perfect. They took care of everything and helped us relax and enjoy our day and night! Thank you for making our dreams come true!

I don't even know where to begin with describing how amazing everything about having our wedding at Eagle Oaks was. From the beginning of the process of booking right up until the day of our wedding the staff at Eagle Oaks was so easy to work with. Helena was a calming presence to me the entire time and was responsive to every question that I asked of her. There was not a detail missed the day of. Our guests have commented that it was the most food they've ever eaten at a wedding and delicious too! We also chose to do our after party at the venue which I would highly recommend! Overall, our experience was spectacular at Eagle Oaks, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a stress free, beautiful wedding!

Had my wedding here in June 2023 and it was the night of our dreams. I cannot recommend Eagle Oaks enough.

Elizabeth, Gina, and George specifically went above and beyond to ensure the night ran as planned and were professional, kind, helpful, and just an overall joy to work with. Everyone's attention to detail is unprecedented.

The grounds are beautiful and photos come out unreal. The food is phenomenal and abundant. The new glass conservatory is STUNNING.

Our immediate also stayed in the Savannah house (4 rooms on the grounds) that were beautiful, spacious, and clean.

I cannot say enough good things about Eagle Oaks!!!!!! All of the staff, especially Jim and Melissa were amazing!!! I felt like a princess and my family and friends were all treated wonderfully. They made our wedding day perfect!

Eagle Oaks was outstanding on all fronts. The venue, staff, food, etc was all excellent. They were so easy to work with and accommodating. Jim was a pleasure to coordinate everything with. We knew from the moment we booked them that we had made the right decision. Everything went how we had dreamed it would and we can't say enough great things about Jim and the entire staff at EOGC. Would recommend to anyone!

Jim and Helena made the wedding planning experience seamless from start to finish. The entire team at Eagle Oaks made our wedding day a dream. They could not have been more helpful, flexible, accommodating, and timely. We live in Orlando and are from New Jersey, so planning a NJ wedding from such a far distance was a challenge, but Eagle Oaks made it easier than we could have imagined. We truly could not have done it without the excellent communication and help from Jim and the team at Eagle Oaks. Cannot recommend this stunning venue enough. We got married at Eagle Oaks in May and we truly had the best experience, mostly due to the professional, hard working and accommodating team at the venue. Jim O'Neill worked with us since our tour of the venue ~2 years ago and he was extremely responsive, flexible and so helpful in the planning process and on the day of. A huge storm rolled in last minute before our ceremony and Jim and the team quickly went into action to move our ceremony indoors and made the space feel just as special as it would have been on the patio. We are so grateful for the team's help to bring our day to life - it was so special. I can't recommend Eagle Oaks enough, the grounds alone are STUNNING and the team is top notch service.

My husband and I worked with Jim to plan our wedding this past May. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the full process. He was very price-conscious and let us know about everything up front (taxes and gratuity were included in the overall per-head price, which made us feel at ease when deciding). It was pouring on our wedding day, but the whole experience was seamless. Every guest said they wouldn't have even known it was raining because it was beautifully done indoors and it was such a blast. Luckily, the overhangs on the outdoor patio allowed us to get some beautiful outdoor photos despite the weather. The food was delicious and the staff was incredible leading up to the day and on the day. We are still getting compliments almost a year later! They are currently working to finish a glass conservatory building that would be gorgeous for ceremonies or small parties going forward. This is a hidden wedding gem!

From the moment we got engaged, my husband and I wanted to make sure we found a venue that was suitable for our very large guestlist. Eagle Oaks was one of the only venues we saw that was spacious and accommodating for a wedding of our size. In July 2019, we booked with Eagle Oaks and worked closely with Helena. Helena, as well as the entire staff of Eagle Oaks, were TOP NOTCH. Unfortunately, we moved our wedding due to COVID, but Helena made sure it was as seamless and easy as possible. I can't possibly thank her enough! We finally had our wedding and people are still calling us and telling us how wonderful the wedding was. The food, the space, the drinks, the atmosphere - 10/10! I highly recommend getting married here, you won't be disappointed.

Eagle Oaks was the most exceptional, professional and magical wedding venue we could have ever asked for! They were so accommodating, made everything we wanted come to life, everyone raved about the food and the quality of service. It was the most amazing day! Loved them so much!

We can’t say enough good things about Eagle Oaks! We worked with Jim and he was so nice to work with. He always responded right away, made planning a wedding as easy as possible, and he was so flexible. We chose to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic and he was so nice about it and made it such an easy process. He and his whole staff were so nice, easy going and also professional. When our wedding day came, it was more perfect than we imaged. The venue has beautiful grounds, incredible food (all of our guests raved about this) and great staff, so we knew it’d be great, but their attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. We didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day aside from enjoying ourselves. The feedback from all of our guests was also SO positive. I can not recommend Eagle Oaks enough!

Words can’t describe how happy we were with everything on our wedding day and night at Eagle Oaks! Not only did we have the absolute best time but our guests did too and were raving about everything! Jim is so nice, calm and responsive!!! He made everything a dream come to true for us as well as all of the staff at Eagle Oaks! It is truly such a beautiful venue with delicious food, ambiance, great team, etc!! We were So happy with everything and can’t recommend Jim and Eagle Oaks enough for a wedding or event!!!

I worked with Jim at eagle oaks and he couldn’t have been more responsive, accommodating and honest throughout our entire year of planning. The venue is gorgeous, staff is amazing and food was delicious. Couldn’t recommend this venue enough.

I got married at Eagle Oaks in October 2021. After going to many, many weddings in the New Jersey area, I already knew I wanted to get married at Eagle Oaks before even getting engaged. Their property is gorgeous and the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception rooms are beautiful. I worked with Helena and Nato for my wedding and they were simply fantastic - always responding promptly to my emails with any questions I had (and I had a lot!) and were super organized during the planning process. On the actual day, everything ran so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The bridal staff - especially Melissa, Jordan and Sue - were incredible. After taking pictures outside, my dress got a little dirty and Melissa and Jordan saved the day cleaning it 30 minutes before the ceremony - all with a smile on their face! Helena and Nato even helped me plan a brunch the day after for the guests who stayed over. My guests are still raving at how beautiful the wedding was. I couldn't recommend Eagle Oaks more for any event you are planning. Choose them - you won't regret it!

We have nothing but amazing things to to say about the entire team over at Eagle Oaks. From the moment we walked on site and started talking with Jim, one of the wedding coordinators, we knew we’d be in great hands. We initially chose this venue back in the Fall of 2019 and Jim made the planning process incredibly stress-free. He made sure we were at ease with the plan for our big day and was incredibly responsive whenever we had any questions. Our original date was September of 2020, so when COVID came around he was very understanding and flexible around our plans to reschedule for the same weekend in 2021. When it came time to finalize plans for our reception this year, he was very flexible around some requests that we had and handled everything leading up to our date.

The execution day-of was nothing short of spectacular. Throughout the day the entire team (Katelyn, Sue, Oscar & Melissa) made sure that we had everything that we needed and got everything set up for us behind the scenes. 30 minutes before our ceremony was set to start, and a storm front moved in way faster than expected, they turned on a dime to set up the ceremony inside and ensure that we still had the setup we wanted! The rest of the reception was great; the food was on-point, they did a great job with out cocktail hour, and they ensured we were well fed throughout.

Overall, we couldn’t recommend Eagle Oaks enough!

When it came time to select our venue, we knew we had to choose Eagle Oaks. Simply put: the professionalism, the grounds and the level of detail and care that were put into our wedding day were impeccable. The level of service we received was outstanding and we worked hand in hand with Jim O’Neill throughout the entire process. While the pandemic certainly impacted our original plans set for Fall of 2020, Jim was completely understanding when we chose to cancel and worked closely with us to book our new date which was in August of 2021. Jim was incredibly responsive via email and phone and was very open to meeting with us in person when we were in the area – needless to say, Jim was very accommodating and an absolute true pleasure to work with! We would not have changed one thing about our wedding day (or leading up to it) and we still have friends and family who talk about the food, service and grounds. Sending a heartfelt thank you to Jim, Sue, Melissa and the entire staff at Eagle Oaks for making our wedding nothing short of memorable!
