  Do not have your wedding or guests stay here. Will be disappointed with the lack of excellent customer service, wedding coordinators are not certified- it was a NIGHTMARE. Paid so much and anything that could go wrong, went wrong. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
  
  Didn't even get the services I paid for and the resort won't give me a fair refund-Managment is trying to give me a voucher to continue traveling to a Dreams resort-absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLE
