Best wedding EVER!! Wedding Experts!!!!

Best wedding night ever!!!
Carla and her team are the people you need to make an amazing wedding happen. Although we didn't have a wedding planner Carla took us under her wings and made it happen. From the start of the ceremony to the breakdown of the vendors, every step of the way was a smooth as butter. Carla and her team were also extremely flexible as we made several changes along the way. Did I mention the food!? Every single item from the appetizer to the main course was finger licking. All of our guest were complementing us on the venue and how delicious the food was. The bar service during the cocktail hour and reception were top notch and kept thirsty guests at bay all night, and with execllent mixology. Every single penny we spent there was totally worth it as my wife and I, among all our 125 guests were carried away and had the best night of our lives. We highly recommend this venue/Carla and her team not just for weddings but I'd trust them for any event!!

Absolutely AMAZING Venue!

Carla and Corrine have made wedding planning easy and wonderful. On top of that, I’ve been getting non stop compliments about how amazing the food was too, especially the churrasco! Excellent Venue!

I held my daughter’s baby shower at the Doral Park Country Club. The venue is stunning. The whole staff, especially Carla and Corrine, were wonderful to work with. They helped me find a fabulous event planner, and they were flexible with my buffet choices. You will not be disappointed if you host your event here!

The Perfect Venue

Had a Retirement Party here and it came out absolutely amazing!! From beginning to end they make everything easy. The service and food was exceptional. This is the perfect place to celebrate any event.

My wedding was amazing and memorable!

Doral Park Country Club truly surpassed my expectations. Carla and Corrine were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We had an abundance of food, and our guests absolutely loved the venue—everyone was taking pictures. The charcuterie board was amazing, the dinner was amazing, and with our vendors, the setup, and our wedding planner, everything turned out even better than we imagined. We are so grateful. We loved every moment.

Best Day Ever

We had our wedding at the Country Club and had the pleasure of working with Carla and Danae through the process. They were incredible and helped with everything they could, all the staff is very attentive and professional and the service was amazing. All the guests had a great time and loved the venue. Gorgeous Venue. Great People to Work With

We chose the Doral Park Country Club over other venues including the Colonade, for our cocktail hour and reception. As a same sex couple, planning a wedding over 1,400 miles away, we wanted to make sure the venue we selected would be classy, comfortable, and provide a warm, affirming environment for us and our guests. Carla and Danae were superb to work with. From the very first phone call to the very first visit and throughout the process Carla and Danae were always accessible, professional, extremely helpful, and fun to work with. Doral Park Country Club provides a beautiful environment for a wedding, cocktail hour, and reception. The grounds are impeccable, the water fountain at the entrance offers a classy touch, and the indoor salon room, bar, and patio offer ample space and beauty for fine dining and dancing. We LOVED it!! There were plenty of staff and butlers graciously attending to our guests. The food was served to perfection. Beautiful presentation and delicious. We were so happy that our guests enjoyed the food. If you are looking for a warm, friendly, classy, beautiful venue, and exemplary people to work with for one of the most important days of your life, choose Carla and Danae at Doral Park Country Club. The most amazing venue and staff!

Hosted the most wonderful event here.The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the service was top notch from start to finish. Ana and her team made the whole process seamless. I’ve hosted many parties but this one by far was the BEST!! Hearing each guest rave about what a wonderful time they had was the icing on top of an already perfect night! Thank you to Ana and your team for giving my family and I a night we will never forget!

The facility beautiful, well kept and has plenty of room for your private parties. Plenty of free parking for your guests.

My beautiful wedding reception

I couldn't have chosen a better place for my wedding reception. The space was just right for my small wedding reception. Ana is so attentive, it was amazing to work with her. The place itself it's beautiful, the food was sooo good and the service was outstanding. Me, my husband and our guests were delighted, we had an amazing time. I'm so happy with the memories I have from our wedding, everything was perfect.

Memories that last!

There are no words to describe the customer service at Doral Park Country Club. You could drop a pin and the staff would automatically, out of no where, be at your side to assist! This is the 4th main event that I have held at the venue as all have been amazing. If you have an event that you want to be memorable contact Ana and she will guide you in the right direction from the first step to the last with a smile on her face. I am still recovering from all the fun we had! Beautiful venue with a beautiful view.

Beautiful and customizable space!

We had a pre-wedding event at Doral Park Country Club in January 2020. The venue was perfect because we barely had to decorate - everything was naturally classy and beautiful! The indoor area has beautiful big windows, the patio has large palm trees and a lake view, and there is a gondola which was perfect for guests to take photos. We chose to do a beer & wine open bar and a Latin/Caribbean buffet diner. The dinner was WAY better than we expected - awesome food that left our guests full and happy! It was also very easy for us to bring in a small band, and we were able to bring our own centerpieces and flowers to decorate the gondola. Overall a great mix of built-in decor and service, along with flexibility to add DIY elements.

We also attended a family member's wedding party here in November 2021, and it was equally lovely. They used the space in a different way, and had a full open bar option with plated dinner. We could tell this is a venue that allows for customization and can accommodate different sized parties easily. Highly recommend!

Perfection is an Understatement

Our wedding event was so on point, it felt like a Hollywood producer was behind every scene. And she was: Ana West was the loveliest, smartest, most organized, and most attentive event planner in history. She went beyond the expected to deliver us a luscious but quaint, abundant but elegant and fun but responsible reception. And what can we say about the service? Simply splendid. I enjoyed my wedding because of how awesome they are!

Absolutely the best wedding I’ve been to- not just because it was my own! They are very organized!! That is super important for your wedding day! I feel like I got to enjoy my wedding because of how organized they were, and how attentive they were to details, including my own server the day of! I was able to eat dinner! Amazing experience

The experience my husband and I had at that location was great. Ana was very patient, informant, nice and professional along with her staff. The location has a stunning lake view for the photos taken along with the entrance. The both of us recommended anyone to do consider doing a venue there.

Book this place!

I grew up about 5 minutes from this Country Club so I knew it was beautiful and that it would be the perfect place for our reception. What I didn't know was that their events coordinator, Ana West, would be a complete lifesaver! She says she's the events coordinator but honestly she is so helpful and so attentive that it ends up feeling like she's your personal wedding planner! We had various meetings with her and she was always bringing things up we hadn't thought of at all! Plus she always has a smile on her face and is the very essence of professionalism. The venue is gorgeous, yes, but Ana is really what puts it over the top.

Best place!!! Had the wedding of my dreams!

Choosing this place was the best decision. The price includes tables/chairs, food, open bar (with everything), cocktail hour, wedding cake and parking.
The food was delicious and there wasn’t a single guest who wasn’t impressed with the quality. The cocktail hour was beyond our experience, with delicious appetizers and more food than we could have imagined. The bar basically has anything you want to drink and they made any drink we ordered and they were open throughout the wedding including the cocktail hour.
The salon is spacious and beautiful. They offer you the tables, chairs, table clothe etc and they have a wide (and beautiful selection).
There’s plenty of free and comfortable parking for your guest.
The staff is incredible they will literally help you with every detail before and after the wedding, follow up, confirm and verify that everything goes according to plan. You will not need a wedding planner if you hire them. During the ceremony and the wedding they were always on top of everything making sure everything went smooth. I was impressed with their professionalism. They will make you feel very comfortable and relax. I had the best time during my wedding thanks to them.
They have a small room for the bride and groom, in case you need to rest, get ready, etc and they male sure you have food waiting there for you after the cocktail hour.
I have nothing bad to say as they went above my expectations and made mu day very especial and stress free.
I wouldn’t doubt hiring them again for another event!

My husband and I just got married here and will recommend this venue to anybody for all types of events. We had the best time and didn't go through any issues since we started planning our wedding with Ana West! Ana is extremely detail oriented and will ask you all the questions necessary to accommodate your needs. The Venue & Quality of Service will exceed your expectations Guaranteed!!! The staff/servers made sure we ate and accommodated our requests PERFECTLY! Is truly a great experience to work with Ana and her staff. The Venue is clean and beautiful, we were able to transform it and have everything we wanted. Also the quality of the food/beverages is amazing. Great price and beautiful!

This venue exceeded my expectations. Ana was great and very helpful. The staff were extremely professional and with great attitudes and the venue itself is beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to do my wedding reception.

Ana West and the whole team at the Doral Park Country Club made my wedding an absolutely magical day. From the very beginning, Ana took the time to really personalize the event to fit my needs and wants. She was incredibly understanding with all of my special requests and all of me and my family’s needs. Ana provided us with incredible service at every stage of the planning process. Ana and her team made the week-of and the day-of my wedding absolutely amazing. The location was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and everything went perfectly. Having my wedding at the Doral Park Country Club was an absolute dream.

Beautiful Bridal Shower to Remember!

Everything was "Perfect"! Ana West and her staff went above and beyond to make my daughter bridal shower one to remember. This place is truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend them.

amazing Service to our guest and us during my Daughter's wedding celebration.

The service and display on each table were great, we are very happy and ready for another celebration next year. We had guest from Germany and were also very impressed and gave great reviews to Doral Country Club and their staff. Also, food, drinks and service was excellent, everyone one gave 100% and them some to please everybody. Thank you for the outstanding service and treatment that we received during my daughter's wedding.

Our wedding came out beautiful!!!!

Our wedding took place last friday and it all came out perfect thanks to Ana and her team, She was extremely professional and made everything easier, she was so flexible with everything which we loved. Amazing food, open bar, perfect service. Our family and friends really loved the friendly environment they offered. Every penny spent was so worth it , Had the best night ever!!!! I Highly recommend just giving a call to fir information you wont regret it, Ana is attentive and you can tell she really loves what shes doing, So passionate about her job and keeping her clients happy!!!

I loved this venue! I was looking for an elegant outdoor ceremony but with a classy indoor reception. Being that we are in Miami, I had to find a place that had a Plan B in case it rained the day of our wedding. Even though our wedding was in November, I wanted to be prepared for the worst and this venue provided that security. The day of our wedding it did rain but the crew at the venue was very quick in rearranging everything and activated plan B without a problem. The food was also amazing! I can’t stop thinking about that bow tie pasta and steak. Overall, I couldn’t have found a better venue that fit my theme and provided that sense of security when it came to wanting an outdoor wedding.

In the month of July, my husband and I, celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary. We chose Doral Park Country Club, and it was the best decision ee made; amazing venue, and thanks to Ana West, one of the most talented wedding planners we have ever met, she provided us with an unforgettable time. The attention to detail, service, fantastic food, decorations, etc. We were left not only satisfied but very happy with the outcome. We hosted our daughter's 15th birthday party at Doral Park Country Club on 4/29/2017. The place is so beautiful, the staff's customer service is of the highest standards. Ana West (Catering Director) is an excellent professional. She was always attentive, responsive and very professional throughout the planning and party stage. Furthermore, Mr. Roberto did an excellent job along with his staff of waiter/waitress/bartender. He was very professional throughout the event. He made sure that everything was in perfect condition. The buffet style dinner was excellent; the food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The cocktail hour food was excellent as well. I am happy to recommend Doral Park Country Club for any event. They are true professionals and the venue is absolutely amazing!!!

My husband James and I live overseas and chose the Doral park Country Club as our wedding venue since my family lives in Miami. We planned our whole wedding with Ana through email. Since we only arrived back in Miami 2 weeks before the wedding, we didn't have a chance to do a food tasting or even see the layout/ floor plan. We trusted her 100% and the execution was amazing! We chose a buffet style dinner and all of our guests were very impressed with the presentation and food quality. The Doral Park Country Club has a very homely and laid back vibe which was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We would recommend it to everyone!

This letter comes to you and the entire staff at Doral Park Country Club for a fabulous evening on the day of our Wedding Celebration. We are exceptionally pleased on the way that our reception ceremony was executed at your establishment. The staff who attended all of our guests were professionals at their best. We couldn’t have picked a better place to have our lovely soirée. Everyone from the Master of Ceremony, the Chef, the Head Waiter, the Bartenders down to the Busboys who attended our guests with the most courteous, charming, respectful and efficient manner we have ever experienced, everything went super persuasive. The way that the Ballroom was decorated, the tables, the linens, the silverware arrangements and even the glassware perfect in every way. The Ballroom, the outside terrace lounge area, the lobby and even the rest rooms were impeccable. All of our guests were even raving about the main course and of course all of the hors d’oeuvres were spectacular. I am pleased to say that this experience that you and your staff went through for us to achieve this level of contentment is momentous and we will surely pass this experience to all of our acquaintances who are looking for a class act. It was a BLESSING to have been able to create the most important memories of our lives at Doral Park Country Club! Our wedding reception was a dream come true. Ana West and her team were nothing short of exceptional throughout the entire process. This venue combined the perfect blend of elegance, intimate yet spacious, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, outdoor terrace for cocktail hour and a timeless entrance into the country club that feels more like a modern mansion.

All of that is nothing compared to the professionalism and guidance that Ana West offered us. It was an honor to work and plan our wedding so closely with her, she was honest, flexible, passionate, dedicated and talented to say the least. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Loved loved loved our wedding reception. It was love at first sight. Ana West made it so easy for us. They have a great team. My family and friends had a really good time and alI their comments were how good the staff was to them. We highly recommend this place. The food and hors d'oeuvre was delicious, ask Ana for her favorites. The cheese, the drinks. Bar was open until the end, the bartender team was just phenomenal, if I could give 10 stars, they deserve all of them. We had 150 guests and everybody was very happy with the venue.

Maravillosos todo, el venue muy lindo y acogedor. Ana y su equipo son muy profesionales y te lo hacen muy fácil. Entre las palmas, la buena comida y los deliciosos tragos, fue el mejor lugar para celebrar nuestra boda. Dinero muy bien empleado :)

I'm giving 5 stars because it is the max but if I could give 100 more, I would!! Doral Park was the perfect place for our wedding reception and I am so happy with our choice. I grew up in Doral and the area is so beautiful and well situated surrounded by so much beautiful greenery- its just amazing! This was our first and only venue we visited because we were so happy with everything Ana had to offer. It was love at first sight. The whole process was so easy that it made this wedding planning so much better thanks to Ana and the team at DP. We had around 82 guests and everyone kept saying that they couldn't believe how pretty it was and how delicious the food was. Everything from the hors d'oeuvres to the entrees was just phenomenal. We even had our own specialty drinks made and they had them in the cutest glasses! The bartender team was just amazing. Can't say enough good things. Definitely make this a venue to check out if you are looking for an indoor reception like i was (so hot in Miami!), you will end up coming back in a day to book it!

I had the opportunity to celebrate my ceremony and reception at this beautiful and stunning Venue. I always wanted a magical wedding and I had my dreams come to live. I couldn't ask for more. The Doral Park Country Club was a beautiful venue for our wedding. We were blown away by the majestic entrance, magical gazebo, and superior service. Doral Park Country Club along with its staff and coordinator, Ana West, allowed my husband and I to have the most amazing wedding reception. The professionalism and attentiveness was extraordinary. Ana was so accommodating, helpful and patient with the planning of our big day that took about a year and a half. She was so supportive and caring. I couldn't have booked a better venue. In addition, most of my guests traveled from other countries and New York and all commented on how beautiful and different from all other venues the country club was. Definitely a place I'd recommend.

Just AMAZING! My wedding went so smooth, the most important thing at a wedding is the flow of things and doral park,hands down, did an amazing job. Yamille was so easy and great to work with, very responsive and on top of things. My guests couldn't stop raving about the food, everyone even some of my peaky eaters absolutely loved all 3 courses and meals were nice and warm (no cold food here). Doral team is just amazing in general and I am soooo glad i did my wedding with them. My husband and I couldn't be any happier. The place has the perfect setting for a beautiful outside ceremony by the lake and stunning reception inside. Thanks Yamille for making such a special day happen so gracefully. You are the best!

Ana West and her team were wonderful! Ana made the wedding planning process an ease. During my time of planning she was extremely responsive and always had great ideas to incorporate into our wedding. On the day of the wedding, the ceremony was scheduled to take place outside, but due to the weather had to be moved inside. The ceremony was stunning! It was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and our guests keep on complementing the food and the overall venue. We just did my daughter's Bridal shower at the Doral Park Country Club and everything turned out incredible. We had such a great experience from the first time meeting with Ana, the catering manager to the day of the event. Ana and the staff were very attentive during the entire event. The food was absolutely delicious and the room was beautiful. I highly recommend The Doral Park Country Club for a wedding, Bridal Shower, rehearsal dinner or any social event!

We had our ceremony outside by the Gazebo and the reception inside in the main salon. Everything turned out beautiful!!! We could not be happier with the results. The service was great, the food was really good and the attention was amazing. Honestly, everything was perfect and my friends and family are still talking about the wedding even a week later.
I would recommend this place to any bride. It is also very convenient in terms of parking and different spaces you can use for your special event.
Ana West was the person that took care of us and She was great throughout the whole planning process she was always there to answer my questions and the day of she made sure everything was just as I wanted it to be. I am so thankful to her and her staff.

I recently had my wedding ceremony and reception at Doral Park Country Club. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the service is amazing. I worked with Ana West who went above and beyond in making sure my wedding was perfect. She and the staff were great the day of the wedding and I received so many compliments from my guests in regards to the excellent service. Ana made the process so easy taking care of every detail and I never had to worry about anything. Ana and Doral Park Country Club allowed me to have the wedding of my dreams. I would highly recommend this venue to all brides.

I am so pleased to write a review about Doral Park Country Club because our event was so wonderful. The minute we walked in we knew it was the place with its grandiose entrance, beautiful and bright hall and great outdoor terrace with a lake view. It was our children's first communion on a Sunday afternoon and we wanted place for them to play and spread out. Ana West, our coordinator, was amazing and made everything seem so easy. She worked with our ideas, style and tastes and offered her professional opinion which was really good!! Plus she's so fun and easygoing!

She stayed a good part of the day making sure everything was perfect. We never worried that something would go wrong and the staff that day was outstanding. We had many kids and they were all over, feeling happy and welcome with numerous trips to the open bar (another option), and loving the special drinks made by the patient bartender. Our guests arrived late and Ana offered to push the buffet later before we even thought about it. And they didn't open (or close) the buffet until they had our approval. Our guests stayed way passed the suggested time and we never felt pressured to leave. There was no event planned after ours which certainly helped but we still appreciated the extra time with our guests. Some of the staff members also helped us bring gifts and other decor items to our car at the end. It's definitely a place to consider for any event. We loved it!! The Doral Park Country Club is an amazing venue for any event. It is beautiful inside and out and has ample parking. Ana, the catering manager, is very professional and attentive to her clients and always replied to my emails promptly. The wait staff at the event was courteous and friendly and Ana was also there for anything I may have needed. The food was delicious and I still have family and friends raving about their ratatouille (vegetarian meal). We had about 100 guests and although they can accommodate larger numbers I would say about 100 is really the perfect number of guests for this space.

My wedding was on November 8th, 2013 and I used Doral Park Country Club for my ceremony and reception. I worked with Ana and she was AMAZING. She was patient and answered all my questions in a promptly manner. The customer service was GREAT! The price was affordable and the venue was decorated BEAUTIFULLY for the ceremony and reception. The staff was FRIENDLY and ATTENTIVE on the day of the wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything because they took care of everything that needed to get done. The food was DELICIOUS!!! I HIGHLY recommend this venue to everyone. I am pleased with the service provided to me. Thank you Ana and her staff for the service.

Doral park country club was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect place for our wedding! Ana West and Yamile were EXTREMELY helpful and made my day the most amazing day for us both! Everything went smooth and we enjoyed everything! The food was delicious and they set up everything perfectly! They are quick to respond back and very patient. I had a TON of questions and Ana was very helpful with it all! Thank you all for all your hard work and for helping make my day so wonderful!

I had my wedding reception at this venue and I couldnt of been more happy. For the price and location this is the best choice for all Miami brides. Yamille was my coordinator and truly helped me put all the pieces together for my reception. The room looked gorgeous and everyone loved my food selection.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Doral Park Country Club May 4, 2013. Yamille and Ana from Doral Park were a true pleasure to work with during the process. Yamille who I primarily worked with was so helpful, patient, sweet and really made the planning process a much easier experience. Any time I had questions or changes she was always available. Ana was also extremely helpful when we needed her. Jason and I truly felt we had the wedding of our dreams and the day fell nothing short of perfect for us. I DEFINITELY recommend this facility and the staff that work here if you are looking to be treated with grade A service! We can't thank them enough for making our dream wedding a beautiful day we will always remember. We hope to utilize the Doral Park for future family events!!! This place is absolutely gorgeous, I love the gazebo for the wedding ceremony with the pretty lake at the back.... the gardens were so beautiful and the club is just amaizing. Also, Yamille Castro the wedding coordinator was very helpful and professional in all my wedding planning. I will defenitely will recommed this pretty place and the people who works there.....

I loved the Doral Park Country Club and Ana West!!!! The venue lent itself to my Romantic/Victorian theme. The staff was on point with all my needs and the bartenders were on point. I, without a doubt, will have all my events there. It's intimate and in a great location. A hidden gem in Doral.

This was the best venue that i found, it offered everything that i wanted for an affordable price. It is also a beautiful location. Ana West was so nice and very professional. I had changed my date and since she was able to book my old date, she did not charge me the fee. The food at the wedding was also delicious. I would recommend 100%.

Doral Park is the perfect place for the budget-friendly bride. I couldn't have been happier! The facility is beautiful. There's a big lake in the back by the gazebo and terrace. The grounds are well kept. Service was wonderful! The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I was able to work something out with the food choices since I had half my guests who can only eat Halal. Yamile and Ana were very accomodating, quick and efficient. I have already been recommending this venue to my other friends and actually when they did their research with other places, they booked Doral Park for their weddings too!

The place is beautiful and impressed all my family and friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! It was relatively inexpensive comparing to what other places offer. Our wedding was perfect and exactly how we wanted it to be.

The most amazing place for a wedding reception! They do the cake, linens, and flowers, and food for you. You just go to the vendor and pick what you want. The most wonderful staff! Ana and Yamile helped plan my wedding the entire time and they were EXCELLENT. It was such a pleasure to work with them. They respond to all calls and emails. I'm very organized and considered hiring a day of wedding coordinator. You do not need one here, they do everything for you. They setup all my extras as well. The wedding could not have been any easier. It was exactly how I wanted it. It was beautiful and fantastic. I would do it here all over again!

My husband & I chose to have our wedding reception at this charming location after scouring Miami for a beautiful but affordable venue. We are SO HAPPY we did! Our guests raved about the food & service! Without a "venue fee" or hotel tax pp, this venue was a great find! We had the entire place to ourselves and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding reception!!

Ana and Yamile treated us incredibly! You could tell that they knew what they were doing and we immediately felt comfortable with them from our first meeting. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what we expected and 2 weeks later we are still receiving rave reviews about the location! This may have been the best decision we made regarding the wedding! We thank them for making our special day that much better!

We had our daughter wedding in November they did everything we asked for. The food was great and there service was excellent. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

This was one of the first venues we saw (and we saw many from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale) but the decision became easier as the others really could not compare. Doral Park country club is a beautiful venue that you can make fit any vision. People continue to compliment us about our wedding day and venue.

I booked this venue waaaaay in advance and got a pretty good deal w/ a buffet dinner and 5 hour open bar package and I didn't have to pay a rental fee, which is something I'd have to pay with other venues. However, for cocktail hour guests would have to walk by the dining area w/ tables and see the setup because there is no wall.

One drawback (at the time) was that I had to find my own florist, dj, cake, lighting and any other thing as they didn't provide this. Looking back, I'm glad that it turned out this way as I was able to find vendors to my liking and avoided the 20% service fee that's tacked on the regular rate and taxes. I hear that now they do upgraded packages w/ the vendors.

I changed my wedding date w/ Doral Park a few times and when I finally booked a date w/ the church I asked DP to please change it and resend the contract. The catering manager did not charge me the $250 fee that the contract stated if I changed the date. She did however take over a week to get back to me w/ the papers after I had already booked the date w/ the church and was stressing over this.

With my selected package, basic linens and chair covers were offered but I didn't like them. Last year I upgraded the chairs but was charged a whooping $7 for each (and I needed 100)! Two months before my big day I began to do some research and got a fantastic deal w/ Hitched, who happened to be the very same vendor Doral Park was going to use. The assistant at Doral Park, Jessica, was very helpful and quick w/ communication via email/phone, but when I wanted to get the chairs removed from my catering agreement she didn't want to accommodate me. Luckily, her boss, Ana, said it was ok and took it off. Another thing I ended up upgrading was the glassware because it seriously looked cheesy like it came from the Dollar Store or something.

Finally, when I went to the last meeting prior to the wedding I was told that there would be another wedding reception at the venue after being told a year ago that they don't double-book events at Doral Park. I brought this up but Ana insisted that it was in another room and earlier than my event. If I hadn't had Letty Gobel, my day-of-coordinator, I would've been terribly nervous about leaving my items for decor and not knowing if someone from the other party would've taken something and it being a mess.

Wedding Day Review: As I hired a day-of-coordinator, I did not have direct contact with the venue regarding the arrival of the hired vendors and logistics, but was told they went back and forth with the timing. However, when I arrived to the reception site with my husband, we were kindly greeted by the catering manager and assistant (Ana and Jessica), we were immediately asked what we wanted to do/go and provided with a plate of our selected hors d'oeuvres, which were a treat! Throughout the night the two ladies were present and seemed to have things under control with their staff. Again, I had a DOC so I know she did many things as well.

On the food: All my guests raved about the five station buffet, and I had sampled a few items from it and it was scrumptious! In addition,the presentation of each station was very elegant and at the carving station there were three chefs all dressed up adding to the poshness of the event. I hired a second bartender and it seemed to help with the traffic of guests ordering drinks, and had no problem there. The waiting staff was very courteous.

All in all, the night was a success! :-D

Doral Park Country Club was a wonderful place to have a wedding. Ana was extremely helpful and made herself available to go over the specifics of how the location should look after the vendors were done setting up. The maitre D was amazing and very attentive during the wedding and went above and beyond to make our family welcome and were extremely professional.

Absolutely stunning venue!!! We were so happy when we called and they told us the price of the silver package. They even gave us a courtesy top shelf for one type of alcohol. We felt like the day could ha e gone smoother but I'm sure the afternoon rain didn't help. They were very accommodating and dried the grass so we could still set up outside. The reception room didn't need much decorating as the huge chandelier set the entire mood of the room. All in all we were pleased with the entire day. We couldn't have asked for a better view for our photos.

The venue is beautiful and really differs from the average banquet hall or hotel. Has a beautiful lake view for the cocktail area and a nice fireplace back drop for the bride an groom table area.
The packages are very affordable for a bride on a budget and the food taste great.
The only thing that could have made the venue an A+ would have been the responsiveness to emails and calls, it made it difficult sometimes.
But at the end the person I was working with was very kind and accomadated me with all necessary changes prior to the wedding.

Doral is breathtaking. I had both ceremony and reception there and it was beautiful. The food was great as well and the staff was very attentative. In regards to value, is that it can get a bit pricey since cake,dj and flowers aren't included. However, I think the overall ambiance of the entire place was amazing.

My only disappointment through all the planning was the mistreatment toward the day of coordinators the day of the wedding. Yamille was fantastic through out the entire process beginning to end and Ana was too with all my changes however, my major disappointment was how the coordinator worked with the vendors. In particular the day of coordinators. The coordinators had to handle the milllion votives I had, ontop of making sure everything went as well as they did and etc. They werent well received and I found that to be extremly unprofessional on Doral's part. Especially since I was told I need to get someone to help with the decor.

Other than that everything was awesome, and I couldnt be happier with the venue we chose, it is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing as well. :)
