  Amazing experience! My ring was custom made here & I absolutely love it. I also purchased my husbands ring here. The best customer service we had anywhere in Spokane by far, & really unique options for rings. I ended up getting him an estate ring that was in great condition & a good price. The quality here is amazing & I would highly recommend to anyone.

  Dodson's is awesome! The best selection I've seen of non-diamond, vintage rings. Plus, Penn knows a lot about every ring and where it came from. This was super important to us for environmental reasons. Also, they were very happy to work with a gay couple and very excited for us!

  WOW! I walked in to have my engagment ring cleaned and I left with the prettiest wedding band! The owner himself helped us find the right ring and he was absolutly wonderful! I still can't stop starring at my finger!

  Dodson's Jewelers went out of their way to provide quality service, ie having our rings shipped to California.

  Highway robbery, this company's practices are very faulty. I bought very expensive ring from them, had it appraised from a certified G.I.A. independent appraiser and found out that the inside of the whole shank is silver %$^%$# silver this was suppose to be 18k yellow gold. Now this part really sucks, ok so I paid in cash had the receipt explained what is going on and showed them, they said they have no record of me buying this there, I pointed the SAME ring out that was being displayed, went out to my car to get my camera phone went back inside to take a picture and surprisingly the ring had disappear from there display shelf. I had ask where that ring went and they shrugged there shoulders. STAY AWAY from this place
