Five Stars!

We used A DJ Connection for our wedding, and they were phenomenal! From the planning phase to the big day, they were professional, responsive, and really easy to work with. Our DJ kept the energy up all night and read the crowd perfectly—everyone was dancing, from the first song to the last!

They handled all the announcements smoothly, coordinated well with our other vendors, and made sure everything flowed without a hitch. The music selection was exactly what we wanted, and they even worked in some of our special requests seamlessly.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—A DJ Connection truly helped make our wedding unforgettable!

Great Time!

We hired Shawn from DJ Connection, and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly organized, provided a clear timeline, and was both personable and professional throughout the entire event. His music selection was spot-on, keeping the energy high all night. Even when it started to rain at the end of our ceremony, Shawn adapted seamlessly without missing a beat. I would hire him again in a heartbeat—ten times over! Thank you so much, Shawn!

Shawn brought the party!

We could not have asked for a better DJ and emcee than Shawn Rowe of A DJ Connection! Our music tastes are all over the place and Shawn was able to pull it all together for an amazing party that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! He was so communicative and asked us a lot of questions to make sure he really understood us and what we wanted. It was really important to us to have a DJ that can read the room to make the right music choices and not cut the music short when everyone is having a good time. Shawn did an incredible job and we had so much fun thanks to him!

Dream Dance Party

Our DJ, Shawn, threw a fantastic party at our wedding. We were so happy to see everyone dancing. Shawn went above and beyond and everything was just as we wanted it. Before the weddings, we had multiple meetings, to go over all the details. Shawn even downloaded foreign songs for us that were not available at regular playlists. Also, he was so patient with all our special requests and with a big smile accommodated everything. We cannot thank him enough. The dance party was a big success.

Shawn is amazing!

We hired Shawn as our wedding DJ because the reviews online highly recommended him. Well we were not disappointed! He was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that he played all the songs we wanted. He was good at getting the crowd involved, motivating them to get up and dance! He even found and played Baby Shark for my 5 year old stepson and absolutely made his night. My 11 year old son was really interested in the DJ booth and pretty much watched them work all night...I think he found his calling. lol He was amazed. Prior to the wedding, Shawn asked if there were any songs that I did not want played and even though my wedding party requested them several times over...he stuck to his guns and respected my wishes. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I wouldn't change a thing. Would highly recommend!

Wedding party

Just getting to posting this but I went to a wedding back in February of this year and these guys were the entertainment. I say entertainment because they weren’t just the run of the mill wedding DJ, they made things super fun and entertaining. Everyone had a wonderful time and I highly suggest for all to have this company entertain your wedding or party. They got the crowd very involved. I had family members dancing and out of their shells for the fun of the event. I would give this company 6 stars if it let me.

So helpful during this crazy time

5 stars! Matthew Baransy, the owner of A DJ Connection, worked closely and directly with us to assist in the planning of our wedding on July 18, 2020. We are in the military and due to COVID-19 and changes in military orders, we had to cancel our DJ services, but Matthew was gracious and generous during the process. We recommend A DJ Connection to anyone looking to do business with an honest and reputable Pensacola Florida DJ Service.

Best wedding I have ever been to!

Matthew and Shawn are an awesome DJ team! I attended a wedding with them as the Djs and they rocked the house! Everyone was dancing and having a great time. Their energy was so high and professional at the same time. I highly reccomend A DJ Connection for all weddings!

Wow, A DJ Connection truly still rocks Pensacola

I saw Matthew and Troy a long time ago work together and recently at a wedding we attended made for an awesome DJ team at the wedding we attended. They rocked the classic dance songs they kept the dance floor packed. The younger djs are fine but it is nice to see a seasoned, experienced emcee show us some fun at a wedding we recently attended. Matthew said they are celebrating rocking 30 years in Pensacola and they still ROCK. Thanks guys!

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to help from a DJ Connection and specially Kyle Northington. Kyle was so easy to work with and made the planing process a breeze. Our ceremony music was loud and clear. Our reception was a blast and Kyle made sure we had a great time. My daughter had her wedding reception on 9/16/2017 by A DJ Connection and it was PERFECTION!!!!!! The owners Matthew and Melinda Baransy are the BEST!!!!! DJ Shawn was AWESOME!! My daughter and her husband selected the full package from A DJ Connection, which included the DJ, lighting, their name in lights, ceremony sound setup and photo booth. My son-in-law personally chose Shawn as our DJ for the evening. I can not say enough great things about our experience.

Shawn did a fantastic job setting up the sound for the ceremony which was an outdoor venue, working with the musician and pastor to create a high quality audio experience. He even helped our coordinator manage the ceremony timeline.

For the reception I had pre-arranged with Shawn to play a surprise slide show and music video at specific times during the reception and he was very accommodating. When the time came the surprises went off without a hitch. Shawn did a fantastic job emceeing the reception, working with our coordinator to keep the timeline flowing smoothly. He got a very good feel for the crowd and played music that had the dance floor full all night. There was never a time that someone was not dancing, both young and old. A couple of times Shawn even got on the dance floor to demonstrate line dances for the crowd. It was great!

One of the things we liked best about Shawn was he made the performance about the bride and groom, not himself, keeping them the center of attention all night long.

Lastly, everyone who I talked to at the wedding said it was the best wedding they've ever been too, and I credit Shawn with a large part of that.

Thank you so much A DJ Connection for helping make our daughter's wedding absolutely perfect.

Kyle is THE MAN.
Background: we had a morning brunch wedding, where the ceremony and reception were in the same place - we weren't looking for a huge dance party, but rather someone to help out with the found for the officiant, as well as play some groovy tunes all day. Kyle was 100% on board with it (I think he was the only person who matched my enthusiasm about my wedding) and was SO fun to talk to. ADJConnection has the easiest platform EVER to pick your music selections - it's all on their website, and if they don't have a song, they can find it for you! Kyle loved our picks and gave thoughtful suggestions, working with us on other songs for the day, the order of speeches, and how to announce everything - he has an engaging and professional voice, but isn't boring or tacky in the slightest. The equipment was top-notch, set-up and take-down were quick, and he never did anything that made anybody uncomfortable - he made a few jokes, announced everything like we planned, and helped get the speeches rolling (even my Dad's 25-minute crowd-involvement speech - yeah, it was ridiculously fun.) I'm so glad we snagged such a radical DJ for our wedding, and recommend him to eeeeeverybody.
The company as a whole is great, too! Everyone is really friendly and easy to work with, and the prices were super reasonable. Picking a DJ can be stressful, but ADJConnection isn't!

The BEST DJ ever. Shawn was amazing, he kept the mood exactly where it needed to be as the night went on. Great crowd reader and has great taste in music. He was very respectful of our do's and dont's. Our wedding guests will be talking about our wedding for a very long time because of Shawn!!!

Well for starters I came in contact with Andrea (wow such an amazing person) and she helped me so much!. I was so clueless as of what or how to even organize my wedding timeline. We sat on the phone for an hour tackling exactly what I wanted our perfect day to look like. She continuously went over and beyond for me and was always so fast to get back with me and follow up. Plus she always gave her honest opinion when asked and I felt like I was talking with a good friend of mine and I loved that!

I was told to request Shawn Roe as my DJ by my photographer and I am so so glad I did. He is such an amazing man. He was so kind and thorough in our meeting and made sure He understood every detail of our wedding. Plus he had an insane amount of patience to be able to put up with my unorganized/ procrastining self. I am pretty sure I get more compliments on our DJ team than the wedding itself! They never allowed time for "awkwardness" and kept the ball rolling from start to finish.

There's nothing worse than having a terrible DJ at any event- especially your wedding- and aDJconnection exceeded all expectations. They are very affordable when considering the performance, professionalism and compared to all the other DJ companies out there. I am so thankful for them and would confidently recommend them to anyone!

Every year our student housing apartment community throws a pool party to welcome new tenants and to celebrate the start of the fall semester. We always hire a DJ to keep the party lively and fun. DJ Kyle was perfect! A DJ Connection was able to accommodate our requested timeframe, set up in plenty of time to discuss some suggested playlist options. DJ Kyle was ready to go with no delays to the start of our party. The tenants loved the music, he took requests which they love, he played a variety of music college students gravitate towards. Many of the guests said that he is the best DJ we have had and would love for him to come back! All in all, we had such a fun and professional experience with DJ Kyle, we will definitely keep his number handy!

We had Andrea DJ our wedding and she was wonderful!! We originally weren't sure if we wanted a dj but are so glad we decided to go with her. She was extremely helpful in picking our songs for our reception as well as very quick to respond to questions. The whole night went smoothly with the guidance from her to help stay on schedule and she kept the energy up the whole night. She was willing to help with anything and was a joy to work with!

Shawn and Curtis DJ'd for our wedding and they were amazing. They even met with us before to get a feel for what we wanted, our wedding timeline needs, and our music interests. They were super professional as well as fun to work with. They kept everything flowing smoothly and played the best music. They also gave us guidance and helped us to figure out things that we hadn't even thought about which was super helpful. Even Andrea who I booked with on the phone was super helpful and answered any question I had. I would definitely recommend them for any event!

This is such a great company! They are pretty comparably priced with all of the other local DJ's that people referred me too and I definitely enjoyed working with them. We worked with Andrea to get set up and she is so lovely and very quick to respond to any questions. The DJ portal site is really easy to use, and lets you pick all of your songs that you would like to be played. Our DJ was Shawn and he was super awesome, and very understanding when we ended up leaving a little earlier than planned (due to a weather concern) He rolled with the changes super well and no one even knew we were leaving like an hour early!
Jon and I were really impressed with his professionalism. Great guy!
Definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a great DJ!

Your company is outstanding! Alan the DJ made the wedding perfect. He has the greatest personality and he did everything we asked. Even down to the weird names that he had to pronounce, he didn't skip a beat! We loved him! Also, the way you guys have a link for selecting song, GENIUS!! This made the process so flawless! I'm soooo glad we chose A DJ Connection for our wedding. They were always friendly, the process of choosing music online was super easy, and responded quickly to all emails and calls. Planning a wedding from out of state can be difficult, but they made the music process a breeze! Amazing customer service and owners. I just received the kindest, most beautiful sympathy card after the unexpected passing of my Fiancé before our 10-10-15 wedding. It was from the owners, and enclosed was my deposit check, which they returned out of kindness. The thoughtfulness of the card was so touching. Andrea was the DJ for our wedding in Pensacola Beach 5-2-15. She was also the initial person I booked with. Once I had booked this company, Andrea was very easy to correspond with via email and phone and always got back to me quickly. When I found out she was going to be the DJ for our wedding, I was super excited. She was wonderful as our DJ, and played all the songs requested as well as others she thought the older generations would enjoy. She helped coordinate the timing of the wedding timeline with music and was able to be flexible when we took 30 minutes longer with pictures than anticipated. She was even able to stay and play an extra hour. I am so happy she was our DJ, her professionalism and flexibility are 5 star!!!

We used Pensacola Photo Booth for our wedding this past weekend and it was so much fun! The guests really enjoyed having goofy pictures taken, as did George and myself. I worked with Andrea to figure out how long we wanted the Photo Booth and no matter how many hours I added on, she was very accommodating and easy to work with! Let me just say that me, my husband, and the rest of our guests had an absolute blast at our wedding reception. Shawn with A DJ Connection did an impeccable job and we will definitely refer him for any future weddings or gatherings when a DJ is desired. We loved that he kept everyone entertained all night! We had a wonderful experience with A DJ Connection. I was a little hesitant at first because they are a bit more expensive than other local DJ's but the price was so worth it! Ms. Andrea handled all aspects of our contract until we were assigned our DJ, Mr. Ric. Making payments and choosing music, etc. were so easy through their online database. Any songs I couldn't find on the extensive database, I could just e-mail Ms. Andrea. Once we were paired with Mr. Ric, I spoke on the phone with him to make sure we were on the same page for the big day. He arrived over an hour prior to when he would start to DJ and was very professional and prompt throughout the night. I had told him prior to the reception that our group of guests was all about good rock and jam music and the dancing would probably come and go. No problem for Mr. Ric! He kept everyone entertained and everyone loved his choices! Not only did he pick the perfect music to coordinate with our guests, he was pretty entertaining himself! When it came time to do the bouquet and garter toss, he had a little special trick up his sleeve.. I won't ruin the surprise but it was hysterical! All in all, Mr. Ric and A DJ Connection provided the perfect entertainment for our reception.

Our Dj (Andy) was a wonderful guy who pretty much took control of the reception and made everything run smoothly. He told me when we should start our dancing, cut the cake, garter and boquet toss, basically the whole night he was the "go to guy". We also rented their photo booth which was a huge hit at the wedding. All our guests had a great time taking silly pictures with the props and they were able to take the pictures home as a party favor. I would definitely recommend using the photo booth for any party. I can honestly say that my wedding and reception was a great success because of the Pensacola Dj connection.

They were awesome! I was so nervous and stressed planning most of my wedding by myself - but their online planning site was great. I used it to help plan everything. I used that to copy and give to everyone else involved in the wedding. I could tell that everyone I spoke with really loved what they did. From calling the office, the online planning, energy of my dj, and music/mixing our night was perfect.

We loved the process and dj's performance so much we hired them for our company Christmas party this year as well.

I could not have made a better choice for our dj.

Sterling did a fantastic job DJing my wedding!!! He did everything I asked him to and actually did more than expected. He played all the songs and dedications I requested and his announcements of the wedding party was fun and creative!! The team at Pensacola Photo Booth are great. They worked with us on every detail of our corporate event and were flexible in the accommodations we presented. Our photographer Andrea was a great value to the package as she was completely knowledgeable of her business and able to exceed our expectations. I will definitely look to them for future events.

the booth was at the ball park for the weekend games. the kids and adults loved it ,the DJ that was working the booth WAS FIRST CLASS. i would recommend these guys to everybody. thanks

Wow, wow, wow, I couldn't have been happier with A DJ Connection. Decided on this DJ about a month before the wedding. They were fast, efficient and SO helpful. Matt showed up to the event, looking and conducting himself like a top professional! The dance floor from the first song to the last never emptied. Matt was high energy, and mixed up the music to keep the crowd excited. Had many comments that Matt was the best DJ they have ever heard. He also kept the other events moving right along. So awesome!

Great service! Assisted us with everything from start to finish. Was there to help or answer a question anytime we needed it leading up to our party. Sterling was fantastic. Our event was a middle school dance and I really appreciated that he touched base before the dance to go over the song list that the kids had submitted. He had a great DJ'ing personality and took request from the kids. We have tried many DJ's and this is the first time the kids have asked to "Please use him again"!
