Laura Cannon recently officiated at our daughter and son-in-law's interfaith wedding. The ceremony she designed was beautiful and personal. She spent lots of time with them via Zoom from across the country and they loved the experience of working with her, only meeting her in person on the day of the wedding! Many of those who gathered commented on the ceremony as being among one of the most memorable they have witnessed. -

Our wedding officiant was Katie. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding officiant. From our very first meeting, she took the time to walk us through the ceremony, explain the flow, and offer thoughtful ways to personalize every part of it. She truly listened to us and made sure the ceremony reflected who we are as a couple. On our wedding day, everything flowed flawlessly while still feeling completely unique and personal. One of the wedding planning things that I had dreaded the most was finding an officiant. In PA there seemed to be a lot of laws around who could officiate, neither my partner or I are religious, and we were trying to blend cultural traditions, so we were worried about not only finding someone to officiate our ceremony, but also officiate it in such a way that was true to us as a couple and our beliefs. We were so lucky and happy that we ended up finding Ceremony Officiants and got paired with Rev. Tony Bingham. He respected us as a couple and our beliefs, and understood what we were looking for during our ceremony. Working with Rev Tony and Ceremony Officiants in general was a pleasure, and very straightforward and easy. A lot of resources were provided to us by them for reference and inspiration, and meetings to customize our ceremony helped solidify everything. It made the day of the ceremony run smoothly, unique, and true to who we are as a couple. We couldn't be happier, and had several guests mention how nice the ceremony was. It was perfect for us. -

We just got married this month and our ceremony could not have gone better! From the moment we first met with Katie we knew we had the right person in our corner. We were looking for a ceremony that was personal without being overtly religious or traditional...and after just one meeting Katie had a script to us that looked as though our closest friends had gotten together to capture us as a couple. At our reception, most of our guests asked us how long we had known/been friends with our officiant...and we had to pick a few of them up off the floor when we told them the truth!

My husband and I hired Ceremony Officiants for our August 2025 wedding and Tony Bingham exceeded all of our expectations! As a professional wedding planner, I've worked with countless officiants, but I knew Tony was the best and only choice for us - so much so, that he was one of the first people I reached out to after becoming engaged to make sure he was available on the dates we were interested in. He guided us every step of the way, providing suggestions and helping us create a ceremony outline that was perfect and unique to us as a couple. On the day of our wedding, things were a little hectic before the ceremony started while we were finishing photos, but Tony arrived and suddenly we were calm and relaxed, knowing that he would take it from there until we said our I Do's. Our friends and family all raved about the ceremony, and even mentioned that while reading our "5 things we love about each other," Tony had a way of expressing them in the same tone of voice they expected us to be writing them as. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rev Karin Otto. We were matched with Rev Karin and decided to do some premarital counseling sessions with her. They were fun, comfortable, informative, and something we looked forward to. It was important to us for our ceremony to reflect who we are as a couple, and the sessions with Karin beforehand allowed her to capture us perfectly. Although Rev Karin offered to let us see our ceremony script beforehand, we trusted her so much that we let it be a surprise. We were absolutely blown away by the detail, care, and content of the ceremony she put together for us. It was better than we could have imagined - there were laughs, tears, and every emotion inbetween. At our cocktail hour, the first thing every guest said to us was how amazing our officiant was, and how her script was the best they had ever heard (and our guests have been to a lot of weddings!). Reverend Tony was absolutely wonderful and gave us the most beautiful ceremony we could have imagined. He married my sister and her husband in 2022, and after seeing how amazing he was then, we knew we had to have him for our wedding too.
Instead of traditional vows, Tony suggested we each write five things we love about each other. A perfect alternative to vows since my husband isn’t big on public speaking. Tony shared our words so beautifully, making the moment feel incredibly personal and heartfelt. He encouraged us to stay present and focused on each other rather than on him, which made the ceremony feel truly intimate and meaningful. So many of our guests commented on what an incredible speaker he is and how moving the ceremony was.

From the second I contacted them to up to a week after the ceremony -a first-class experience. We wanted something off the beaten path, non-religious and fun. Oh my goodness!! We had the honor of having Reverend Christina marry us, and she is the absolute best! We had the full package and she helped us with our vows, suggested resources for a reading she would read during the ceremony and so much more! I can honestly say that so many people came up to us after and said how beautiful it was.
She also came up to the girls room about 20 min before we got married and hung out and got to know the bridal party. Look no further, use this company! :) You guys are the best! -

We used Ceremony Officiants to match with Rev. Laura Starr Ramos who was a delight to work with. From our first meeting with her, we could tell she had experience with performing wedding ceremonies and we also felt her passion for marrying couples! After we contracted with her, she was very responsive to our inquiries. We met with Rev. Starr Ramos and she led us through a comprehensive questionnaire to understand who we were as individuals and as a couple. She also had great suggestions on things to incorporate into our ceremony to make it more meaningful to us - for example, she suggested a wine ceremony, as we got engaged at a winery and were getting married at a winery, and it was the perfect idea for us! She also incorporated some well-placed and well-received humor. She was patient with us as we had tweaks and edits to what ended up being the perfect ceremony script for us. Day-of, she arrived early, was well organized, and performed a beautiful ceremony. We would not change a thing. Laura, thank you so much!
In addition, Ceremony Officiants was easy to work with and made the process of selecting and hiring an officiant painless. They initially matched us with Rev. Laura Starr Ramos, but as we were doing our due diligence, they also let us interview another officiant. In the end, we knew Rev. Starr Ramos was the perfect fit for us. The Ceremony Officiants representative I communicated with, Nicole, was always very professional and friendly and assisted with all of the “paperwork.” Highly recommend this vendor. -

We reached out to Pittsburgh Officiants seeking an officiant for our October wedding who was relaxed yet passionate with a few laughs sprinkled in. We were perfectly matched with Rev. Lisa Ann and hit it off right away! Rev. LA made the process so easy and she created the most perfect ceremony that was authentic to us. Our guests loved her energy, the readings we chose together, and the background story she told about us. Rev. LA, a cat lover herself, made sure to include references to our three beloved cats, including the fact that our youngest cat took some nibbles out of the marriage license. We feel so blessed that we found Rev. Lisa Ann Goldsmith to be the person to marry us in Pittsburgh. Not only was the entire ceremony tremendously special for my wife and me, I cannot count the number of people who came up to us throughout the reception to say "That was the best ceremony I've ever seen," "I cried six times," or "That was so personal, I haven't seen you in years and I feel like I know everything about your relationship" etc. We met with Rev Lisa Ann at least 3 times before the wedding to go over every detail, and she sent us the full ceremony script beforehand for approval so there were no surprises. She was also a great consultant for us both while writing our wedding vows. I can't recommend her, and Ceremony Officiants, highly enough! -

We used ceremony officiants for our 5/13/23 wedding and the experience couldn't have been easier. They set us up with a few officiants to meet, so we could choose who we thought best fit our personalities and day overall. Once we chose our officiant, the process was so easy. Rev. We chose Rev. Karin as our wedding ceremony officiant through Philadelphia Officiants and she was absolutely exceptional. We are so thankful for meeting and choosing Karin who made us feel immediately at ease and confident in our choice for an officiant during our initial Zoom meeting and subsequent in-person meeting. We had no thought or hesitation in choosing Karin after our Zoom meeting. She has a very warm, kind and thoughtful presence and you quickly realize how much she loves creating such lovely ceremonies for couples. Just a wonderful human being and I can’t say enough about her. We appreciated her calming energy throughout this whole process. Karin always quickly responded to my emails regarding any specifics on the ceremony. Karin was wonderful and we were so happy with how our ceremony turned out. Karin offered great options to us and created a beautiful handfasting ceremony which many of our guests complimented and enjoyed. My family was hesitant about us not getting married in a church but after our ceremony they could not stop raving about the ceremony and Karin! Personal and fun!
Our officiant was Alice Langholt, and she was awesome! We had some brief interactions early on to make sure she'd be a good fit, and then shortly before the wedding we met with her in her cozy little office to actually get to know each other and draft our ceremony. She "got" us right away, and pulled some selections of things she'd written herself as well as other readings she thought we'd like, and she nailed it. We worked with her to customize them a bit, and she was able to create a ceremony that was short and sweet but still personalized for us, that got some laughs out of our guests (which is what we wanted!). We did have a Persian/American blended wedding (so a sofreh aghd, the kaleh ghand ritual, the honey ritual, and alllll the symbolic items that come with all of that) and with some explanation from me (the Persian) she handled all of the "cultural stuff" really well, helping us sort of fuse a ceremony delivered in English with very much Persian rituals happening throughout to create a brief wedding ceremony packed full of meaning for us. -

We hired Rev. Laura as the officiant for our wedding and the experience from planning to execution can be summarized as - AMAZING. Rev. Laura was very communicative throughout the entire process and truly listened to our requirements for a personalized, yet concise ceremony. She offered some wonderful suggestions that took the ceremony to the next level (e.g. moment of presence, wine box ceremony); and made us feel comfortable the entire time.

We weren't exactly sure what we wanted out of our officiant.. but we landed the JACKPOT with Lisa! She was hand selected for us and she was absolutely perfect. She understood our unique situation of bringing together a religious and non-religious family and made so many cry at our ceremony with our words. After our venue and my dress, we got the MOST compliments on Lisa. She was genuine and it felt that she really knew us. I would recommend her 10xs over! -

Ceremony Officiants is the way to go
We debated for a while whether we would hire an officiant or have a friend officiate our wedding and boy are we glad we chose to go with Ceremony Officiants! We had Lisa officiate our ceremony and she did an amazing job! She meets with you to actually learn more about you as a couple to tailor your ceremony accordingly. She adds in unique pieces while also adding in the traditional pieces, as requested. She asks all the right questions to piece together a ceremony that works for you and your spouse. Not only did Lisa give an amazing heartfelt ceremony, she also takes care of all the not so fun paperwork and mailing of paperwork that needs to be taken care of and explains everything to you which is a huge relief! -

We had such a great time getting to know Rev. Lisa via zoom calls and emails, she was easy and comfortable to work with - and so efficient at capturing the information she needed during our conversations. It felt like we had known her forever!
She communicated exceptionally, all of the pieces well in advance including multiple drafts, and also showed up early to get situated on the day of (even mailing our license out same day!). She was also super fun to work with when we came to her with our unique idea for our spirograh unity ceremony, which she wrote a beautiful dialogue for.
