Awful customer service, practically impossible to get in touch with, and rude! They applied my deposit check to the wrong account and never checked their mail to see my final payment, so I had to call them two days before my wedding and reorder my linens. Thats not all, I then found out 4 months after my wedding they were looking for money because they said my sweet heart table cloth (the only table without a candle on it) came back with a 9 inch burn mark?!?! 4 months later! They messed up my deposit, what makes me think they didn't mess up my return order. I checked with my wedding coordinator and she said it didn't happen at my venue. They currently owe me a refund (I paid for more sashes than I used) and the owner basically told me to take a hike.

They are sneaky, shady, and have an awful business sense. Even if one bride refuses to use them after this warning, that's one enough! Apparently, they need my refund money more than I do. Shame on them!

Are you a bride that's likely to make last minute decisions about her wedding? Last minute, like days before? I was too, which is why I cannot recommend working with Divine Linen Rental enough. They were SO flexible with my many, many changes mere days before the wedding. They were happy to humor my last minute changes, including doing away with one overlay, going with a completely different overlay, and adding floor length linens underneath. They were in the middle of moving to their new facilities, but were still so responsive and helpful even when they had no access to internet or fax machine! Working with them, I knew I was in good hands.
