Delicious doesn't begin to describe their food!

Let me preface my long-overdue review with this...having a "destination" wedding is very difficult when you don't know the area, the vendors, etc. But Leah and Serge couldn't have made it any easier for us! Our daughter was married at Legacy Acres in February, and we hired Vibrant Occasions to be our caterer for the event. We flew in for a tasting after NUMEROUS phone conversations and emails. Leah opened their headquarters just for us on a Saturday (when you know they're already busy as heck with orders) and we tasted many different food options from apps to entrees to sides to desserts. All were incredibly good, with great detail, quality, and preparation. We went from originally wanting a sit-down 3-course meal to rounds of passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and a late-night snack. Again, Leah worked with us and our many changes, without complaint and knocked it out of the park! That girl has the patience of a Saint!! We started with the passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, which included Bacon-Wrapped Cocktail Smokies, Spinach Artichoke Crostini, Mini New England Crab Cakes, and Cajun Shrimp Shooters. We moved into the "action" stations once the bride and groom arrived. This was fantastic as they set up stations on both sides of the venue to alleviate the ugly lines that we all hate so much at weddings! One side had Grilled Chicken Sliders, Ham & Cheese Sliders on Garlic Cheddar Biscuit, A Dinner Salad w/choice of dressings, House Made Potato Chips, then one of my favorites, the Macaroni & Cheese Bar with ALL the toppings you could wish for! The other side of the room had the taco action station where they served Korean BBQ tacos, Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos, a Vegetarian Taco, and of course a few sauces to accompany them. And the tacos were made to order!! Even had a Vegan option - the Stuffed Zucchini Boats! But my favorite part of the night was the last action station, which we opened at 9:30 pm... The late-night snack, which after dancing and drinking for hours was FANFREAKINGTASTIC!! Cheesesteak Sandwich baby! A Shaved Black Angus prime strip steak seared with fresh peppers and onions on a toasted hoagie roll topped with Jalapeno Cheese Sauce served with a side of Rosemary Au Jus for dipping. HELLO LOVER!! They even brought their mobile kitchen to Legacy to ensure the food was hot for our guests! As you can see from the pictures provided, the food was incredible! I cannot thank the team at Vibrant enough for all they did for our daughter's special day. From Leah/Serge to the servers, the cooks, the runners, etc. All were professional, prompt, polite, and extremely skilled in food service. We would hire them again in a second, but you should hire them NOW for your special occasion!

Caribbean Feast

I cannot recommend Vibrant Occasions enough! I had a vision of a Caribbean fusion meal for my wedding because my husband is from the Caribbean and wanted something familiar for his family. Most of the vendors I spoke with didn’t reply or even have anything to recommend from their menu as an option but Mary reached out quickly to set up a call to bring my vision to life. She was responsive, flexible, and the quality was terrific. Major kudos and thanks to Vibrant Occasions!

Great Wedding

We had a wedding for my daughter this weekend and Vibrant Occasions did a great job the food was fantastic and the service was even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They helped to make my daughters special day special.

What a wonderful experience!

As the couple's wedding coordinator for their destination wedding in Hot Springs, Arkansas, I worked with Vibrant Occasions for almost a year to create the perfect menu and experience for this special wedding! Leah and her team went above and beyond throughout the proposal process as we had a ton of questions and changes throughout our time working together. The day-off execution was flawless and Leah, Michelle and their team were so fun and great to work with! The food was wonderful and bar service was superb. I really hope I get the chance to work with them again someday and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.

We love Vibrant Occassions

My daughter recently got married at the Grandeur House. We choose Vibrant Occassions to cater her wedding. My daughter and her fiance choose grilled chicken fettuccine alfredo and bacon wrapped pork loin. They were both wonderful, we received so many compliments from our guest. Mary and Serg were wonderful and kept within our budget. They were present at my daughters wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a friend who was vegan and Mary made sure he had a meal prepared for him as well. The serving staff was excellent and efficient and very professional. One of the best decisions we made for my daughters wedding.

Wonderful Food!!!!!

Vibrant Occasions Catering did a superb job at my daughter's wedding this past Saturday evening. The food was absolutely delicious! If far exceeded our expectations! The workers were quick to work and very helpful with the food. I have had nothing but compliments from so many guests. I highly recommend them!

Perfect Wedding Catering Experience

Vibrant Occasions is amazing!!

AMAZING!! Vibrant Occasions took on so much more than they even had to on my wedding day. Anything that came up that they could take care of they did. The team was incredible and so nice. If there was ever a single hang up I had NO idea. The food was INCREDIBLE. We utilized their bartenders and I can't say I ever saw a line waiting for drinks. Vibrant Occasions even cut my wedding cake. This place knows what they're doing and their team from top to bottom through my entire experience made this stressful time so much more enjoyable. So thankful to have had them part of our big day.

Vibrant Occasions was great to work with! From the beginning of wedding planning, to after the big day, Mary and her team were extremely responsive and helpful in all ways possible. They made suggestions to reduce cost, inserted a professional opinion on areas needed and were each extremely well versed with wedding catering. We are still getting compliments on the food and service! Would do it all over again with Vibrant Occasions!

Best Meal Ever on the Best Day Ever!

If you want to have the BEST meal of your life on the BEST day of your life (or any day lol), this is who you need to book! Serge, Mary, Leah, and the entire VO team are all very professional, easy to work with, and very kind! It's obvious that they truly care and have a passion for what they do... that goes a long way! Everything we chose was customizable, although our food was SO GOOD at the tasting that nothing had to be changed! We had SO MANY compliments on the food from our wedding. Even my Pastor preached about it from the pulpit the next day! lol

P.S. I HIGHLY recommend the Banana Foster Action Station... it was a HUGE HIT with the guests!

Fantastic Experience

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vibrant Occasions. They are a true blessing for anyone that is planning a wedding or event of any kind. Leah Seale was our personal rep and she was always quick to respond and the sweetest person to work with! One top of giving you a multitude of options for menus , the food is fantastic. They offered us a tasting lunch which was perfect and everyone at our daughter's wedding complimented the staff and the food. They loved it! Wonderful people, wonderful service, wonderful food. 5stars plus!

The BEST catering in Arkansas!!

Oh my goodness, I can not say ENOUGH wonderful things about Vibrant Occasions. They were the most amazing people to work with. Even through planning a pandemic, they made the whole process so easy and stress free, from the first meeting, to tastings, to the actual event. And don't even get me started on the actual food!! It was some of the best food I have ever eaten. I am still getting calls a month after our wedding with comments on how amazing the food was. I also so appreciated the fact that they gave us a cooler with containers filled with all of the food from our wedding from the appetizers to the cake. Oh, and they wrapped our top tier up for us to freeze. Mary and Serge are so great, and Leah is absolutely amazing! If you need a caterer, this is the ONLY place to go!!!

Beyond what I expected!

I would definitely recommend Vibrant Occasions for any catering service in central AR! We had to do some vendor changes last minute due to COVID-19 and Mary and her staff were so amazing to work with!!

The catering staff worked hard to make our food look presentable but still following all of the current CDC guidelines. The staff was friendly and helpful with so many things plus our wedding guests raved about how good the food was!

I can't say enough nice things about Vibrant Occasions and would definitely recommend booking for your wedding catering!

Mary is such a professional and set me and my daughter at ease while we safely yet beautifully planned my daughter’s outdoor wedding considering COVID-19 and potential tropical rain from Hurricane Delta on top! Vibrant Occasions and Vibrant Flavors!

Oh my stars - this food! Leah and Serge are AMAZING! We ordered the parmesan panko chicken and the pale ale braised brisket, which were both delicious! They topped it off with their Yukon gold potatoes and fresh vegetables. It was our wedding day and yes, I had people to go talk to, but I was definitely going to eat my food! They even made charcuterie boards, fruit tarts, and yummy salads! Not only that, but they even made us a to-go back for my husband and I to take when we left the wedding, complete with everything down to the utensils, plates, and napkins. They were so accommodating, too! Not only did they accommodate us when we had to move our wedding date up due to the threat of the COVID-19 virus but they also made sure to have dishes for our guests with dietary restrictions! We 10/10 highly recommend!

Leah made it so easy to order everything we needed for our wedding. She was so helpful, answered and stayed in communication right up to delivery.

Fine Dining Reception!!

Vibrant Occasions Catering is the best! They catered my daughter’s wedding and the food was superb! We had so many guests tell us that our dinner was the most delicious and wanted to know who prepared it. Chef Serge and Mary helped us plan every detail of our wedding dinner. Their staff were very professional and helpful to our guests. Chef Serge even went out of his way to help an elderly guest by bringing him a cup of coffee. They created the perfect reception for our daughter’s special day!

A Bride’s Dream Reception: PIZZA

Our daughter wanted pizza at her wedding! Serge and Mary went above and beyond to make that happen. They even practiced making pizzas at home! They were delicious! We also had burger sliders (groom’s favorite) and bourbon chicken and twice baked potatoes ( favorite of the parents)! They served the food in a cute way on fun shaped plates with a bowl in the middle. Our daughter wanted it to be fun and it was exactly that! The appetizers were a hit especially their brown sugar bacon! Everything was perfect! Mary and Serge are so easy to work with and are full of wonderful ideas. They even used the couple’s pictures on serving trays! Very unique!

Spectacular Reception Experience

We planned a destination wedding in Hot Springs taking place on August 31, 2019. We looked at many caterers to provide the reception dinner, ultimately selecting Vibrant Occasions.
Owner Mary Krikorian was an absolute joy to work with. Her suggestions and flexibility were invaluable. There is a wide array of dining options and other services.
The reception dinner presentation was beautiful and the dinner wonderful! The staff performed well above my expectations. Very friendly and attentive!
I would recommend Mary to anyone whose is planning a special event
Her business is aptly named, as Mary made sure that our "Occasion" was truly "Vibrant"!

A true blessing!

What an absolute joy to work with Mary and her staff at Vibrant Occasions! They were always extremely professional and punctual with their responses, suggestions, and services provided. Almost a month after the wedding, we are still receiving compliments on the wonderful food and service. I have never attended any function where the food was even comparable. Absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! I highly recommend them. You would be fortunate to book them! You will most definitely get more than your money's worth! Awesome Caterer!

Vibrant Occasions did an awesome job catering my daughter’s wedding. My husband and I used Vibrant occasions catering for our wedding and they were awesome! From the first meeting, to multiple text conversations with Leah, to our tasting, setting up at the wedding and clean up of their tables... they were awesome!! The food tasted amazing, and they even packed my new husband and I a to go bag with a full meal for both of us and some cake! That alone was completely awesome considering by the time we got home and unloaded our car, we were starving! All of my guests enjoyed their food!! Vibrant occasions MADE my wedding reception!!! The food was amazing and all my guests were raving about it!!!!! The staff was so friendly and fun to work with! Vibrant occasions did a phenomal job at our wedding!! Guests are still raving about how delicious the meal was! The staff was very professional and even prepared a “To Go Box” for my husband and I, which we deperately needed at the end of the night. Mary’s staff was very professional! And Leah did an awesome job guiding is through the ordering process including our taste tasting session. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

Vibrant Occasions catered my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. The staff was amazing from start to finish! The planning was easy. The presentation at the reception was exactly as we asked and they accommodated our special requests. And the food was amazing! Our guests were very complimentary! We even had a last minute date change due to Hurricane Harvey and Vibrant Occasions graciously worked with us to accommodate the change...even at a loss on their end, I'm sure. We highly recommend their services!

I cannot say enough positive things about the experience we had with Vibrant Occasions Catering! When planning a wedding or any other special occasion for that matter, there are so many decisions to be made and details to think about. Right from the beginning, planning for our rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception with Serge and Mary was a stress free experience. Mary knew all the right questions to ask to dial down to what we really wanted for both of the meals, and gave "seasoned" advice as to how to host a wonderful dining experience within the parameters of our budget. We were equally as pleased with our experience at both of our events. The staff was so professional, courteous and accommodating! The food was delicious, and I would highly recommend the street tacos! Overall, the decision to use Vibrant Occasions Catering is one that we will make again in the future without hesitation! Serge and Mary and their entire staff helped us to provide a wonderful celebration for our children and guests.

I was nervous to try a catering service that was 25 miles from my home but I did because a friend recommended them. They did an awesome job. The food was hot and delicious and served by a very friendly people who knew what they were doing. They were very professional! I will definitely use them again

This was, hands down, the BEST food I've ever had at a wedding. Maybe ever. It was so good, while I was trying to sneak a plate one of my guests tapped me on the shoulder and said, "you're really going to enjoy that!" Everyone is still talking about the food! We had a black angus tenderloin station where they cut the steak to order and it was so tender! It came with a couple of different sauces and they were both divine! We also had a pasta station with tons of toppings and add ins; you got to choose everything you wanted in your pasta and they cooked it to order right in front of you. It was incredible and so good! We also had bananas foster as a supplement to our wedding cake and they cooked it to order, the guests loved when they added the liquor and the flames shot up. It was an excellent experience.! Serge and Mary Krikorian and their entire staff were so fun and happy at the wedding and they were also very easy to correspond with prior to the wedding. We are four hours away, so did everything via email and it was a very simple and easy process. Highly recommend them!

They are serious FOODIES!! They wonderfully take family, food and fellowship to another level. Mary and Serge were wonderful to work with. We had action stations at our wedding dinner. The pasta stations were amazing. I wanted bananas foster as my grooms cake and they delivered. We could not have picked a better catering service for Rachel and Trent's wedding. I knew from the moment we first met with Serge and Mary that they were experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They provided us with numerous options, listened to what we wanted and needed, and quickly got back with us on a quote. I had used Dinner's Ready for small thing sin the past, so I knew that their food was delicious. I thought that their price was very reasonable for the quality of food and service that was received. Their staff went over and above the night of the wedding reception and even helped us with over 500 vintage dishes that we had collected and used. Not even a single dish was broken! Most of all, it was such a pleasure and comfort to know that everything was going to be taken care of. Thank you Serge and Mary and the staff of Dinner's Ready. Couldn't be more pleased!

Simply: the best. Dinner's Ready went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. After firing a wedding planner, they gladly stepped in and took over--last minute for approx. 100 guests. They were able to not only provide me with great food (live action stations) but handled all of my decor, linens, set-up, breakdown, and rentals, too! Mrs. Mary and her husband remembered small details and went out of their way to make things flawless (they spent time sewing, cutting wood, painting pumpkins, you name it)!! Communication was fast and their relationships with others around Saline County helped us get great deals on other items needed: alcohol to stock the bar, etc. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future :)

The compliments are still coming in! Dinners Ready could not have been more helpful to our family in planning our Son and Daughter-in-love's rehearsal dinner! Dinners Ready is a great catering company! They listened to us when we described what we wanted and helped us create a menu that our guests would enjoy. They were excellent at communicating with me when I had a question and very flexible when the guest count changed. The food was delicious!! Some ate their entire plates! It looked great too! The service was awesome and took every detail of what we needed for our reception. They are professional, timely, provide great menu options and are happy to work within your budget. I especially love their food presentation. We recommend Dinner's Ready to anyone who is looking for a reliable caterer. It is a local family-owned business started by Serge and Mary. They were extremely personal and professional. From the first time we met with them we knew that we were in good hands. We had 200 guests at our wedding and had many complicated transitions. Serge and Mary took all the stress out in catering for our wedding and helped us develop a detailed plan. And, the food. The food was amazing and on-point. Our guests had nothing but compliments on the food and staff (even those who we knew to be picky or particular). If we're to plan another large event, we would not hesitate to reach out to Dinner's Ready again.

On your wedding day the last thing you should be worried about is the caterer or the food, we didn't have to thanks to Dinner's Ready.

I so enjoyed working with Mary and Serge. They are very knowlegable about wedding receptions and what one can expect from guests as far as eating and drinking are concerned. The Murder Mystery Dinner is Civitan Services biggest fundraiser of the year. Our survey results from the event RAVED about the food at the pasta and meat carving stations. The desserts were to-die-for! We had 400 people in attendance, and we didn't get any negative feedback regarding the food. We are excited to host this event again with Dinner's Ready!!!

Dinner's Ready was such a blessing to find on WeddingWire! They were a pleasure to work on the menu with in the planning process, keeping in mind our small budget, and were never pushy in trying to have us spend more. On the day of our wedding, the service went above and beyond. The buffet was beautifully set, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Thank you Dinner's Ready! We still have wedding guests telling us how good the food was. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a caterer.

Literally flawless service. Food was incredible, service was impeccable, and set up was problem-free. Rave reviews from guests about food. Not sure how it could have gone any better.

From my initial meeting, to after my wedding, dinners ready was amazing. They were so helpful in creating a vegetarian menu. My set up was on time and beautiful. Their staff made sure everything I could need was there. They even took a few photos and sent us a disc!! Highly recommended!!!

Love this place. I use them for my office Christmas parties. I used them for my son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner. Very sweet people and very professional.

I did notice we ran out of food by the time the groom and I were able to go through the line. But I also think some of the guys piled their plates on. I think some people thought it was a meal when it was just supposed to be snacks. I loved the food tables they looked beautiful!

All were wonderful to work with and went beyond my expectations. Very professional and desiring to fit my picture for my event! Would recommend them to anyone! Every guest loved the food and said how it was refreshing from other weddings!

Dinners Ready did a wonderful job with our daughter's wedding reception at our home. We heard many great comments after our reception was over on the staff being very friendly, professional during the night. We've used Dinners Ready on other caterings at our home and Mary and Serge have always been easy to work with even during the holidays. When their schedule has been hectic, nothing was lacking in their food quality, freshness, delivery service or time required to make it a special event.
