We used Diamond Limo for a party bus for my daughter's wedding. The wedding party was 22 adults! They were responsive and professional during the reservation and payment process. They were more than willing to allow us to bring champagne to them ahead of time-they chilled it and had it ready for the bridal party. KC was the driver and he was professional and courteous. They were on time to both the groom pick up location and the bride pick up location. I would definitely use them again.

Cannot express how professional and kind Diamond Limousine was for my daughter’s 16th birthday celebration. Buddy, our driver, made sure our night was safe and perfect. I highly recommend!!! Will be using this company again in the future!

This company was a savior for my daughter and I! We had contracted with another mom and pop company that cancelled one week prior to our event due to the vehicle we were renting being in a car accident. I called Diamond Limousine on that same day (a Saturday) and was able to secure the date and make my deposit that same day. The staff was very professional and I was very impressed. I was even more impressed to hear from them the evening before my event with my daughter's driver's name and phone number. The day of the event went smooth. My daughter says the SUV was very nice and her driver was polite and friendly to her and her date. P.S. it rained while we were outside taking pictures prior to them departing for the prom. The driver opened an umbrella and held it over my daughter's head during the pictures and everyone said she looked like royalty the way he held the umbrella over her. Diamond Limo definitely made my daughter's prom a night to remember!

Omg, diamond limousine is the absolute best, in the past I’ve use a few other party bus services and none of them compare to diamond. The driver arrived early, she was very professional ,helpful and gave us great ideas . And the bus was extremely clean and well maintained as well as beautiful and spacious. My guest and I was very impressed.There isn’t anything negative I can say about this company.

Excellent service, I will definitely be utilizing Diamond limos for future events. The service was very flexible when I had last minute change and without any delay or extra charges they made it work. The driver was early and so courteous, he even provided an extra touch like the red carpet for posing. It was great!

Diamond Limousines was GREAT! On November 12, 2017, our group from Southern Maryland enjoyed a very safe and fun ride on your Limo Bus. Our driver, Wanda, was FABULOUS! She was extremely helpful and accommodating and made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable. The vehicle was well-maintained and clean, and, was stocked with water, ice, and glassware for our group. The sound system, lighting, and environmental control were perfect. The price for the Limo Bus was an extremely good value as compared to other companies and included the tip. From the initial contact with your office staff until the end of the trip, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. We highly recommend your company, Diamond Limousines, for any group wanting a special Limo / Party Bus experience.

Diamond Limousines were fabulous from the booking process through to the driver on our wedding day. The vehicle was well maintained and clean, and was stocked with water, glassware and ice for us which was much appreciated. The driver was very friendly and relaxed, and happy to just go along with our plan for the period we had hired him. The price was extremely good value compared to other companies, and includes everything (including the tip!) so there is nothing left to worry about on the day. Highly recommend!

This company strives for excellent service! The first time I called to book, I was already relieved to find they give you all of the necessary information by answering your questions. I never felt pressured to book. I was able to take my time to decide.
Once the limo showed up for booking we received the "red carpet" service! Wanda was so welcoming and helpful! On my wedding day, she went above and beyond by making sure my dress was properly set and I looked perfect before I walked down the isle.
They have reasonable prices and the best service around!!

My grandson latest minute changes drove me bonkers. Every time I called Crystal to make a change, she was optimistic, calming and the utmost professional. I would definitely use their services for any future transportation needs.

I cannot begin to say how wonderful these ladies are to work with. My now husband and I were looking for a limo and party bus for our wedding and we could not have been happier to have booked and worked with diamond! We drove a long way to meet with them but they were so welcoming and flexible. They helped us decide what our best options were. We used their limo and party bus which was awesome! They had classy options and offered great customer service. They were accommodating towards payment options and always reminded us of when things were due. They made themselves available to answering questions and were always attentive to our needs. They know how to provide great service and their drivers were very professional and conscientious. You must book with them because they will not disappoint and their pricing is very competitive in comparison to the market out there! You will the best from diamond!

We loved Wanda! She was on time...professional...we (bride & attendants) drove from the hotel where we were getting ready to the chapel. She made sure I was not bombarded by people wanting to see me before the ceremony. After the ceremony, she drove us around to give us time to decompress! That was not in the schedule! LOL..and we got to the reception on time..the whole thing was without incident...oh, did i say it rained on our wedding day? It wasn't a problem at all. Wanda managed our movements so we didn't get wet....she had big umbrellas too! Thanks Diamond Limo!! Heartily recommend and will use you again! Our wedding planner recommended diamond limo.

Diamond Limousines was GREAT! Great customer service to book our wedding limo. Our driver Wanda was FABULOUS! I had a rainy wedding day and to start she backed the limo right up to the door when we arrived. She held the umbrella for me to make sure my hair didn't get messed up several times. Most of all she fluffed my wedding gown before I went down the aisle. When we arrived at the hall she backed the limo up to almost touch the door for me to get inside the hall without getting wet. GREAT SERVICE!

Our limo driver was Tony. He arrived a half hour early to be ready to take my wife and I on a wonderful and relaxing tour around the city. He was real professional and easy going. I used Diamond Limousines for my rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony/reception, and they were absolutely amazing. We used a party bus, a hummer limo and the shuttle, and all were excellent. From the very beginning, they coordinated with me to plan each trip for maximum comfort and ease for myself and all our guests, and made sure to confirm every detail. My wedding party and guests had the most amazing time, and the drivers were fantastic.

I was in full crisis mode and Diamond Limo saved the day. I called Diamond after 6 pm on a Friday night after another limousine service I had booked with told me at the last minute that my limo was having mechanical difficulties and I might not have a ride for my friend's bachelorette party the following day. With only about 18 hours notice and working "on call", Crystal at Diamond Limo was able to quickly find me a limo and a driver and the price even came in a few bucks cheaper than the company I had originally booked with. Wencil, our driver for the day, even showed up early and helped us pack our coolers and bags in the limo. He was super polite and accommodating of our requests, and I couldn't have asked for a better driver. Crystal, who helped me book the limo and avoid a crisis, as well as our driver, Wencil, went above and beyond and I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you for a great day!!

On a wedding day, there are so many things to think about, but worrying about whether or not the limo would show was not one of them! The limo was perfect!! Was absolutely beautiful inside! It made our wedding the day the absolute best. The driver was so very kind and very patient and right on time.I can't say thank you enough!! Booking was easy and they followed up many times before the wedding. I was given the drivers name and number so my mind was at ease knowing that was taken care of, which any bride will tell you is invaluable.

Very nice and responsive staff. I didn't get the limo that I wanted but I was accommodated accordingly. I love the way they handled random instructions from me. On 04/05/2016 I called and reserved a limousine for my son and his girlfriend prom on 04/16/2016, the young lady I talked to on the telephone was so nice and professional very respectful, they understood what I was requested I even called a week before and added more time and requested more routing information and it was no problem at all. The day of prom the kids had the BEST driver ever his name was K.C and he was awesome, after the prom he gave them a wonderful tour around Washington, DC to see the major monuments and memorials. Next Year we are calling back for a little girl birthday party and I'm hoping K.C will be the same driver. 5 stars rating all the way.

I was very happy with Diamond Limosines, Inc. From the very first moment in speaking on the phone with this company, it was a pleasant experience. Our driver, Wanda, was both friendly and professional and really made us feel pampered. She was right on time and was flexible at the end of the evening with trying to gather everyone for time to leave! The limo was very clean and well appointed and comfortable for our party of 9. I will definitely call on Diamond Limosines in the future for other events. Next time, I won't have to call around first - I will know exactly who to call! Company is awesome. I had to call the day prior and change times of pick and locations. Also on day our I had to do another change for both and diamond limousine worked with me. Our driver "Tee" was very respectful and I have been renting limos for a long time. It was for my anniversary and a birthday party and she made the experience awesome. I booked Diamond Limousines last minute and Kristal was a pleasure to work with. There weren't a ton of options left but she worked with me to book exactly what we needed. Our driver, Tony, was beyond amazing. He was prompt, kept us on schedule, and was incredibly calming the minutes before walking down the aisle. All our groomsmen and bridesmaids loved him! Diamond Limousines of Waldorf, Md is a top notch limo service with an outstanding staff. I used Diamond Limousines for a birthday event, and I was extremely pleased with my experience from my first phone call with Crystal, to the night of my event with our driver K.C. These people really understand the concept of customer service, and professionalism. I patronized another limousine company a couple of years ago and had a horrible experience, Crystal assured me from the start that I would not have the same negative experience this time. Crystal invited me to look over the vehicles in their fleet (which were immaculate) and made sure every need was met. Kristal was very helpful and patient. Planning a wedding from out-of-state is stressful, especially when not knowing the area at all. Kristal helped explain the details in getting guests from multiple locations and was very patient. KC was the shuttle driver and he was very professional and nice. Would highly recommend.

Diamond Limousines was great! They were extremely flexible when we modified our travel plans close to the wedding and very professional throughout the process. Wow. I can't say enough good things about Diamond, or Tee (the driver for the evening). We used the limo to give a fun experience for the kids, and she was amazingly good with them. It was very easy to work with Diamond Limousines. From the first time I called to ask some questions I could tell this was a great company to go with. They were easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, and took their time with booking our group for our wedding day. The limo showed up on time and the driver was very courteous. The limo was amazing! Shiny on the outside and super clean on the inside. We had a red carpet rollout and the driver helped each one of us out of the limo. I would call Diamond anytime I need a limo service from here on out. You will not be disappointed.

Diamond Limousine did an amazing job from the time of the booking to the day of the wedding. They were very responsive throughout the whole process and flexible on what we wanted. They worked with us to make sure we had the right number of hours needed without needing to overpay.

I was a little worried about the driver arriving in Haymarket, Va (coming all the way from MD) on time. Not only did he arrive on time, he arrived half an hour early! He was very professional, helpful, and even helped to put us at ease! During the ceremony, we put in an order of chicken nuggets, and he was able to pick it up for us to eat before pictures so we're not starving. Our driver definitely went over and beyond.

Truly, this company did a fantastic job in going over and beyond of making sure we are taken care of the day of the wedding. Their quality of service is phenomenal and their prices are ABSOLUTELY reasonable (if not the most reasonable). Definitely recommend to family and friends and would definitely use again.

We have had the best experience with Diamond Limousines! We actually got engaged on their 24 passenger limo bus, AND decided to have the same bus on our wedding day for the bridal party! Wanda, our driver for both occasions, is as sweet and professional as they come - we love her! She even helped calm my nerves AND helped straighten out my train as I waited in the back of our church to walk down the aisle. When we got engaged, I sat up in the front seat with her (our friends were celebrating quite loudly in the back!) so that we could call our parents. She is absolutely wonderful, as is the rest of the staff at the company. We highly recommend Diamond Limousines - you will NOT be disappointed, as they will make any special occasion just perfect! The value is superb, especially when you compare the prices to other vendors in the area!

My wife and I used Diamond Limo LLC after our wedding the driver Dave was awesome. He put on party music for us that night and showed us how to use the player and where the refreshements were. Dave was very professional and did not hesistate to say yes when I asked if he could take my friend home 20 minutes away. I booked Diamond Limo for a corporate event I was planning and cannot speak highly enough about our driver and the entire experience! This was for a team bonding outing on a Saturday, which involved driving us to a river to go tubing while we celebrated with.... several beers. Our driver Wanda took such good care of us! She made sure that everyone was comfortable, we had everything we needed and was so sincere and kind to us. We asked her to make two pit stops to use the bathroom and pick up snacks and she was very accommodating. At the end of the trip, she helped to make sure we had all of our belongings. She was beyond FABULOUS and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, nice, respectful and GREAT driver. The vehicle we rented (stretch excursion) was beautiful, spacious, very clean, stocked with champagne flutes and waters. Do bring your own cord if you would like to play an iphone/ipod for music! We did and it was perfect. Overall, such a wonderful experience. I will definitely book Diamond Limo again in the future!

Stan is the most professional person I know . My daughter's wedding was May 10, 2014 and Stan arrived as my daughter, Erin and her 4 Bridesmaids/Matrons of Honor were eating outside on a beautiful Saturday morning. Stan waved and honked a cheery Hello to them at which point they all stood and waved a most joyful hello back ! What can I say ? You have a most exceptional person working for you and you are very lucky to have such a kind and cheery person. He had to pick up and deliver 4-5 times between Washington D.C. to get the Groom and Groomsmen and deliver them to the Maryland Church and then pick up the Bride and all of us back at the house and drive us back to the Church ! He even helped Erin into the church opening the doors for her as all of us had to go in the Church! He even helped her with straightening her train before the walk down the aisle . He loaned me a pen and just was ever present to help in any way he could. We felt he should have been coming to the reception as by the end of the ceremony he felt more like a member of the family than a limo driver ! He truly is a wonderful man. He has a warm and genuine smile and he absolutely cares for people. Really by the end of the ceremony we all were calling him " Stan the Man " ! Crystal in the main office was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns. "Tee," our chauffer for the evening, was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The limo itself was clean and in excellent condition, and the pricing was less than I had anticipated it being. I will definitely use Diamond Limousine again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a limousine service. (My only suggestion would be to provide a way for those of us that used the service for other than a wedding to make comments/reviews).

We loved Stan!!!! He was the MAN! Our day started out as perfect as I imagined it, as my bridesmaids and I sat outside enjoying our breakfast and down the road comes Stan in our limo (30 minutes early) honking his horn in celebration and waving to us. I knew he was going to be awesome from the start. He was so friendly and jovial. Stan was with us from 10:00 to take us to our hair appointments, then brought us home and drove all the way into DC from Silver Spring, MD to pick up the boys to get them to the Church and then came back and picked us up with time to spare! Even when we were running late to leave for the Church from my mom's house, he was so calming and kept us relaxed but go to the Church as quick as he could. When we got there, he told us all to stay in the limo and he went to figure out whether we should get out or wait. He really took initiative and took his job seriously. As my Dad and I waited at the front of the Church, Stan told me to relax and he closed the doors to wait until everyone was ready and for our music to start. He fixed my train and got us both in position and then opened the doors. He didn't have to do any of that! He really went above and beyond his job and did it wiht with a smile. I cannot say enough about Stan and we couldn't have asked for a better driver. Thanks, Stan!!!

After the ease, availability and absolute flexibility, I've never worked with a more responsive, professional and fun limo company! I'd highly recommend Diamond Limo. Tony was fantastic with our group and Crystal made sure all of the logistics were handled in advance.

Diamond Limos was great. They provided a clean white limo on relatively short notice. The driver was on time (early actually) and was friendly. Scheduling was easy. I highly recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Diamond Limousines, taking our parents to their 50th anniversary surprise party. Our driver, Yolande, was absolute perfection! She coordinated with us in advance to ensure every detail was covered. Her timing was perfect and her care in helping us surprise our parents was over the top. From rolling out the red carpet, presenting the champagne in a stand, to giving us the secret call to let us know when they were arriving at the surprise party, Yolande was the perfect driver for our special occasion! We will recommend Diamond Limousines and Yolande to all our friends and family.

Diamond Limousines, Inc. was the BEST!!! I will not use another service. They provided a Hummer Limo for my daughter and her friends for Prom. They provided them with the red carpet treatment. The driver did not arrive on time he arrived EARLY… Yes Early, which gave the kids time to take plenty of pictures and arrive to their destination in a timely manner. The driver provided his contact information to me and the other parents. He sent text messages to let me know when they arrived to their destination as well as when they were on the way back.. Since it was prom and the prom was on the Spirit of Washington, Diamond Limousines, Inc. offered to allow us parents to use the limo while the kids enjoyed the prom. This was at no additional cost. I will definitely be using their service again. The cost for the Hummer was very affordable.

The Party Bus was SO COOL and NICE and NEW! Kim and Crystal in the front office were EXCELLENT and went above and beyond in dealing with credit card payments from multiple Prom parents. Wanda, the driver, had a great rapport with the kids the night of the Prom. Couldn't have gone any better!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! Thank you for sending us Tony. He was absolutely the perfect guy for the job. The kids loved him and he made them feel like they were in charge and they were the adults. The kids said that the Limo was the best part of the 8th grade dance. Cant wait to do it again next year and then for the boys proms! Thank again for making it a memorable and safe night for the kids and the parents!
