I found Diamonds Direct as a referral from a friend. From the start, they gave my fiancee a relaxed, informed, and easy experience choosing my engagement ring. I think they even offered him a beer while he shopped!
Choosing our wedding bands with Marcy (at the Frisco location) was also super easy, although she got both of our sizes incorrect and we had to have them both resized. She was very helpful and showed us as many options as we needed and was not pushy when we didn't want something or if it was out of our budget. Marcy was honest when advising us to use the jeweler that happened to be having a show that day (I wanted to make sure it was actually a good product, not just a deal).
Overall Diamonds Direct gave us a great experience and beautiful rings! They also offer free cleaning and lifetime re-sizing. -

Our sales representative, Justin, was amazing and very helpful! Everything is in house so they make and set and everything upstairs. I could not have imagined going to anyone else! -

Emily Sent on 12/06/2016Jeff at the Diamond Doctor did a fantastic job on my engagement ring as well as my wedding band. He took as much time as we needed to look at as many bands to go with my gorgeous ring. We were in a rush to get a band made and he made sure that the jeweler in house would be able to make the ring by the time we needed it. He also gave us a really great deal!! These guys are the best!! -
User2315597 Sent on 09/14/2015Although my involvement with the engagement ring was minimal, Diamond Doctor has been wonderful about things like resizing and cleaning (for free)! Their store is pristine and full of some of the most beautiful diamonds and settings I've seen. Great selection, great sales staff, never pushy. I ended up with the most perfect ring I could ever ask for, and I know he liked the experience as well. -

Elizabeth Sent on 10/10/2014My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Carla at the Diamond Doctor. When we went to try on rings, we found her to be incredibly helpful. She only showed us rings within his budget and helped him get the most for his money. She could've gotten more money out of my fiancé (he originally wanted to buy me a larger but lesser quality center) but she wanted us to have the best quality center diamond, even if it meant less money (and less commission for her). My ring is BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't be happier. We will most certainly visit Carla again for my wedding band. -

Kristina Sent on 03/18/2014my fiancé got my ring here and he picked exactly what I have always dreamed of. we did have to return to the store to have it resized, but the wait was only about 48 hours and totally worth it! we plan on getting our wedding bands here, too! -

He told me he had someone catering to him, helping design it, working in his price range, and getting exactly what he wanted for him. They also resize (if you need it) VERY quickly, within a couple days rather than weeks. It is gorgeous and I get compliments on it daily. I highly recommend it, they are the best jeweler in town! -
User890471 Sent on 08/07/2012Last November I purchased an engagement and wedding rings from The Diamond Doctor in Dallas. The service and experience offered by Martin and the staff were very excellent.
I had orginally brought in a diamond, that I was considering purchasing, but when compared to the inventory of The Diamond Doctor, it was evident that the quality of of my stone was far surpassed by The Diamond Doctors products.
Both Martin and David assisted me in arriving at a price that was better than I could of hoped for with the other stone.
The rings were custom made to my specifications and were delivered on time and perfect in every detail.
I would highly recommend The Diamond Doctor to anyone preparing to get engaged or married and allow them the opportunity to serve you.
