Diamond designs owner, Steve, is an absolutely awful business person. We put in an order for a custom wedding set and Steve said he would have it ready in 3 weeks. Ten weeks later he still can't produce a final product. The ring he showed me looked nothing at all like the picture I gave him and the salespeople kept telling me the ring was still in "the early phase". After 10 weeks the ring should not still be in the early phases. The ring he showed me, his work, looked like an old tarnished ring I had found in my grandma's garage that looked as if it had been ran over by a truck 10 times. When I went to get a refund Steve did not even acknowldege me when i walked in the door and started yelling at me when I told him I wanted the stones I gave him to be put back into a necklace because that is how I brought the stones to him. Steve is a terrible businessman and did not even try to make things better, he would not even address the problem, he just kept yelling at me. We Got our money back.
