    Amazing Service!

    Ron and team were incredible!! He was on time, flexible, excited to celebrate our day with us, and very professional. He even took me to an unscheduled stop at the last minute when I had a makeup malfunction, which was clutch! We so appreciate all of his help and would recommend them to everyone!

    I walked out of the church and DCL had a carpet laid out, champagne chilling,and an attentive driver ready to greet us! We had plenty of room for all 18 of us, ready to really us for pictures as we blasted music and stopped for alcohol. We finished pictures early, so he was more than willing to just drive around so we could drink and celebrate! Amazing!

    TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL TRANSPORTATION. My husband and I went to 4 transportation vendors in Toledo and NONE of them compared to the excellence and outstanding service as Diamond Chariots! We were amazed that a company out of Clyde, Ohio was able to be our main source of transportation when we were easily 45 minutes away. My husband later told me that the drivers arrive up to an hour ahead of time to drive their routes so that when you are picked up, there is no need to give direction. They were even 15-20 minutes early when picking us up! Diamond Chariots was one of our favorite vendors of the day - and both drivers for our Mercedes Sprinter and Party Bus were AWESOME!

    Diamond Chariots was wonderful from start to finish. They were very prompt in answering questions and very knowledgeable about what vehicle would work for our party. They always kept us informed and called the week before the wedding to confirm details. Our driver was a class act. He was at the church early, had a champagne toast for me and my husband, and was flexible with our requests. He even helped my get my dress in and out of the bus, made sure that nobody forgot flowers for pictures, and joked with us throughout the day making it even more fun. We rented the Voyager and were comfortable with 16 people. Everything is included in the price. The vehicle was clean and very modern. Diamond Chariots was the perfect choice for our wedding day. The time with them between our ceremony and reception was one of our favorite parts of the day!

    We were very pleased we chose this company as our transportation between our reception and ceremony. Our driver exemplified great proffesionalism. He actually arrived a little early, gave us (the bride and groom) a toast before we got on the limo, and then took us to our photograph spots. He was very nice, accommodating, and flexible as there were a couple extra stops he made at our request. We got to the reception right on time and there were no hidden fees as they stated beforehand. On the actual wedding day things get busy and you're thinking about a million things, and it was wonderful to not have to think or worry about the transportation as it exactly matched the expectations they gave us through our communications. Would highly recommend!

    Very professional company to work with. We rented the party bus "Voyager" and we're very pleased with the cleanliness and appearance. We hooked up our iPod and the sound system was great. The website says the bus comfortably fits 20 - we had 14 people and fit comfortably. It may have been tight trying to get 20. The bus was great because it wasn't as crammed as a limo and we were able to move around. Our driver was very professional and took us wherever we wanted to go. Our driver was also waiting outside the church with a red carpet rolled out and champagne for my husband and I at the time specified. We had no issues and are so glad we went with them- great time! Highly recommend Diamond Chariots!

    Our limo bus was clean and beautiful. Our driver was so sweet and flexible as well since the weather ruined our plans for outdoor pictures. I would recommend Diamond Chariots to anyone!

    We used Diamond Chariots for our wedding to transport the bridal party and for the hotel shuttle for our guests. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle and the service was excellent! The driver was on time and professional.

    Diamond Chariots was a pleasure to work with! We had a very large bridal party so we rented the 22 passenger bus. There was a ton of room in it and everyone could face each other for the ride. We had a great time riding to the reception in style. We (the bride and groom) were even greeted with a champagne toast before entering the bus. Our driver was professional and took us to whatever random place that we asked to stop. If you are looking for a reliable, safe, and fun form of transportation, Diamond Chariots is the way to go!

    We hired Diamond Chariots for our wedding last weekend. From the very get-go they were a pleasure to work with. They were quick, thorough, answered any questions I had and followed up with us a week before the wedding to confirm details. They were on time, efficient and great sports! Our driver was absolutely terrific. The whole experience was wonderful and made our day so much easier! I would HIGHLY recommend Diamond Chariots for any occasion!
