Debbie’s Bridal has become a family tradition with our children not for the past decade. We are always treated with respect and a welcoming attitude! Debbie’s is simply the best! We were a bit nervous this time we visited because Debbie was already working with another customer when we arrived so Daniella was assigned to us. She did beautifully! We could tell Debbie had taught her well! Every dress she picked fit great and she really knew my Daughters taste! Thank you SO much Daniella for making this prom dress shopping event so special! We will be returning for wedding dresses in a few years! -

Evelyn Sent on 11/21/2011So many bridal shops I had no idea which one to choose. So glad i went into this one I called and she told me to come right in with no hesitation. The girls were awesome and very helpful they made me feel very comfortable and she listened to what i wanted and liked pulled out the perfect dress! I recommend them!! -
User1156552 Sent on 05/08/2013They were great! I had been shopping all day, came in right before closing and was greeted with a smile. I vaguely described what I was looking for and she went to the back. She came back with the PERFECT dress. I still have not ever seen one that was more perfect for my special day. Even better it was a designer on sale for 1/2 price and just my size. I work odd hours and had to reschedule a lot and it was never any problem. We had groomsmen out of state and they still got us all taken care of even during prom season. They were wonderful!

Natalie Sent on 12/20/2009The first time I went to Debi's Bridal, I went with my matron of honor and did not find anything I liked. About a week later, I went back with my mom, she insisted and thought maybe I wasn't really looking. The gentleman that works here was very nice and offered to help us look. I told him I had been in there and hadn't seen anything I liked. He asked me what I was interested in and offered a different style which he thought would fit me nicely. He went to the back of the store and pulled out a dress which I hadn't seen before. I didn't want to try it on at first because when I looked at it I didn't think I would like it. I decided to try it on and fell in love with it!!! We went ahead and brought the dress. First alteration came around, and the lady was about 45 minutes late to my appointment. Everything went well with my first fitting. Second fitting everything else also went well.
My bustle was already up when I got the dress, so I didn't bother to take the bustle down to make sure everything was okay. The lady had sewed one of the bustle buttons to the both the lace and satin of my dress and on the day of my wedding when I was getting ready, I had to cut the button from the lace of my dress and my mom had to re-sew it on so it wasn't attached to both the lace and the satin. Besides that, everything else was fine. -

Vanessa Sent on 12/02/2015I was drawn into the store by the beautiful dresses on display. Debi was very helpful in finding the dress options for the vision of a dress that I had in mind. I tried on a couple but did not make a decision that day. My mother ended up looking for me one day and begged me to come and try on THE DRESS. I agreed and I actually loved the dress. A little miscommunication happend and I ended up ordering the same dress but different size but I am happy with the service and my selection of the dress. The only part that freaked me out was that the store I originally went to closed and I had no knowledge of it so when I went to the original store and saw that it was closed down after I had started paying for my dress I freaked out. But the second location stayed open with my dress going to that location so it was okay. -

Mrs. Sent on 06/22/2011I found a great dress for a GREAT PRICE. It is worth looking and trying on lots if you don't want to spend a fortune on your dress! I do, however, recommending getting alterations done elsewhere. DEBI and the STAFF is professional, sweet and great. The SEAMSTRESS, however, was not professional and caused me much stress. She only would tell me "I've been doing this for 28 yrs, I know what to do.." When I was simply trying to tell her how I wanted it to fit. Not professional. Listen to the client and then affirm them in how you will accomplish what they request.
I spent half of what my dress costed on alterations and had several appointment to correct and fix it until it fit right.. and they were uncomfortable and stressful appointments. The seamstress even disrespectfully talk to me about my mom in the dressing room because she felt my mom was calling her out on her skills. No, she wasn't.. she just wanted my dress to fit. And obviously.. you won't win points with a bride if you talk about her mom behind the mom's back. It would have been nice to have good customer service & professionalism during this experience. I was disappointed. -

Lindsey Sent on 06/16/2012The first time I called to make an appt. the girl was very snotty on the phone saying they didn't have any openings. I tried again because they carried the designer I wanted.
Once I got an appt. the wedding attendant I had was nice and somewhat helpful.
I purchased the dress and it dress came in very fast which was nice. When I went in to try it on there was only very young girls working and no one offered to help me get into the dress or zip/button. I had to seek someone out to help get the dress back in the bag.
When asking about alterations the girl that was there said "I don't know, I'm new."
I decided on alternate alterations because I was not confident in the store at this point. When picking up my dress the girl was extremely rude.
