  Amazing dress and helpful staff!

  I got my amazing Casablanca wedding gown here and had it altered and had 7 bustles put in for under $2k. The dress was perfect and they were absolutely amazing! I didn’t even end up bustling my dress but it was perfect! Highly recommend this store and they will make you feel so special and perfect on your big day!

  They are lovely. They worked with me and my budget I found a dress I loved and started making payments. When i realized I couldnt afford it they helped me find a dress i loved even more for half the price. They did a great job. Cant wait to wear this on my day!!

  Liz and the ladies at De La Rosa Bridal were amazing. I went in with a dress in mind but Liz encouraged me to try on others and I found the perfect dress. She met with me several times and made the entire process stress free. Not only did she help me with my dress but all of the guys were able to get their tuxes at the same location.

  Every encounter with this business has been positive. I've already dealt with 4 different employees there, and they were all friendly, encouraging, and happy for me. The woman who sold me my dress figured out the style I was going for, found one on the rack to try (less expensive than most of the ones I was trying on, and on sale) and I fell in love with it. She was great! And they've been very professional and accommodating. I didn't feel any pressure from them either.

  I loved this little mom and pop store. I first visited this store because I live in folsom, and then I went to all the bridal stores in the sacramento area. I ended up back at De La Rosa buying my dress. They have a great selection, great prices, and will work with you to make your experience perfect and affordable. I absolutely loved the result I ended up with! Highly recommend.

  De La Rosa was very helpful in finding my wedding dress. The only issues I had were working with timing around my schedule to fit their hours and they would do everything they could to flex and bend their schedules to work with mine--excellent service. They even made me feel beautiful when I felt like a bloated, pale ... dare I say witch? :) Truly, kind and helpful.

  I had such a wonderful experience working with De La Rosa's! From the get-go I worked with Liz, who is the daughter of the owners of this family business. Liz has such a calming presence and a deep knowledge of her inventory.
  
  I just walked in on my lunch break one Wednesday in December, and she made time to help me try on some dresses. We found a few that I absolutely loved, and we noted those for when my girl friends were to come in with me a few weeks later. In the meantime, I went to a few other shops throughout Sacramento and Roseville and didn't have anywhere near the same experience. No one came close to the service, inventory, and professionalism that I experienced here. After bringing the friends by for final approval, I decided on a gorgeous Maggie Sottero lace dress.
  
  The dress came in about five months later. Liz had me do a pre-fitting, an actual fitting, and then a final fitting to make sure everything was perfect. I even found a great set necklace/earring set in their display that matched my dress perfectly!
  
  I felt so well-taken-care-of at De La Rosa's -- something invaluable during the craziness of wedding planning!

  The process of getting my dress went perfectly! The Maggie Sottero dress I ordered arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted. They did a good job altering the dress, and because they did a good job sizing me to order the dress, my alteration fee was very minimal. The ladies that helped me were very attentive and helpful.
  
  The store itself might need some "sprucing up". It is located next to the DMV and the ambiance inside isn't fabulous, but they carry good designers and have a very helpful staff -- so don't let the store's appearance turn you off.

  Since buying my dress there, my mom has referred three other brides and they have all found their dresses there. Wonderful selection. They matched the price of a competitor also. They were very good about alterations as well, although I didn't need more than a bustle.

  De La Rosa bridal earned a medal of patience by working with me. I spent alot of time visitng bridal stores throughout the Sacramento region and I ended up choosing my dress with De La Rosa bridal. They are great listeners when it comes to finding the right style that fits you and are also very accomodating to assure that you will be satisfied with your service. When I ordered my dress, I went home, then to work and realized I didn't really want that dress. I called them and they helped me find the dress of my dreams. Please give them a visit before you get swept up anywhere else in Sacramento.

  Everyone there was great. Alterations took 4 times to get everything done but they would not stop or charge me anything until it was perfect. In the end the dress was perfect and I alterations were more than reasonable in price and well done. I recommend it to everyone that i know is looking for a wedding dress.

  My bridesmaids got their dresses from de la Rosa. The ladies that work there are very professional and sweet. I went to a few shops with my girls but this is the only one with the purple color dresses I was looking for. The shop has a lot of variety in terms of style but not a variety of sizes to try on. My girls ranged from size 14-18 and they didn’t have much in there actual size. This may not be the fault of the shop, it may be an issue with the designers but it was the only sour note to the experience we had at de la Rosa. They were great about communicating when the dresses where delivered. They also did a good job at sizing, the only alterations needed were hemming for length. Check out de la Rosa, they are worth the visit.

  I purchased my wedding dress here and I would say I was quite pleased with the outcome of my dress. Everyone there were very professional and nice. Lupe had worked with me. I found out that I was pregnant after I ordered my dress. I called Lupe and asked her if I can change the size of my dress. Unfortunately, my dress was close to being done and I couldn't change the size. Lupe said that she and the tailor will work with me to make sure my dress fit me before my wedding day. I had a total of three fittings done to make sure my dress fit well. I was 7 months pregnant by my wedding. Overall, Lupe and the tailor did a good job in making sure my wedding dress fit well. I was scheduled to pick my wedding dress up three days before my wedding. I live in elk grove, so driving to folsom from elk grove is about an hour for me. There was a mix up with when I was suppose to pick up my wedding dress. I wrote it in my calendar when we made the appointment but they didn't write it down at that time. The day I was suppose to pick up my dress, it wasn't ready. They had it down in their schedule book wrong and it cost me time, money and gas. All in all, I liked this place. Just be sure to watch them write your appointments down in their schedule book before you leave.

  Excellent selection via catalog but very limited in the store; Tuxes could be cleaner; They were a bit disorganized with the payment of the tuxes (make sure not to get accidently charged twice); The tuxes were as nice as the catalog displayed; they were knowledgeable.

  Excellent selection via catalog but very limited in the store; Tuxes could be cleaner; They were a bit disorganized with the payment of the tuxes (make sure not to get accidently charged twice); The tuxes were as nice as the catalog displayed; they were knowledgeable.

  I never write a review on any business, but I had to this time. Do not buy your bridal gown from De La Rosa's. The alteration charge ended being way more than the initial cost. I had a good experience with them until the day I picked up my dress. I should have known from the start that something will go wrong when my consultant (Pam) quoted me the wrong price on my dress. She was able to offered me a FREE front pick up hem alteration due to her mistake. Liz helped me when I went in for my first fitting. She said I had to pay for the inner liner alteration because that was not included in the FREE pick up hem. So, I paid everything in full including final dress payment, additional alterations, and bustles. The dress was way too long at the final fitting and it required more alterations. The owner and the seamstress helped me and did not mention a word about additional alteration charge on my dress. They were talking in Spanish among them, so I had no clue what they were talking about. I went to pick up my dress today and they wanted me to pay more for the alterations. I was in shocked and wanted to cry. I told them that the owner did not mention a word about additional charge. Liz came out and said " I was here when the owner told you that your dress will need a lot work and it will cost more". She is a liar, she didn't even help me during my final fitting. How would she know what was going on. De La Rosa's Bridal and Tuxedos will try everything they can to get you to buy your dream dress from them, then turn around charge you more than you expected to pay. I thought they were wonderful in the beginning and even referred my coworker to buy her wedding gown here. They totally ruined the whole experience for me. Be aware when you decide to purchase your dream dress from them. I don't want any bride to go through what I experienced with them.
