Our driver, David, arrived early and was so helpful! He really went out of his way to do anything and everything to help us. Very professional and friendly! We will call on him when we need a limo again in the future.

Really good service. Arrived early and really was nice to both of us and even the guests we had them pick up. Everyone was happy with them. Will use again in future.

Driver was very irritable to have to wait anywhere..even when I confirmed several times that if stops went over the allotted time, that we would pay for the extra time at stops (obviously not being able to predict exactly how much time each photo stop would take or even exactly when the ceremony would be over). He gave the photographer and my father grief, and was not pleasant with the bridal party. May have been a miscommunication, but do not understand why it was a big deal that we weren't exactly ready on time to board when we had a 2 hour time slot and didn't even use all of it.

I put a retainer down for my wedding on Nov 2nd 2013 and on Oct 17th I received an email stating that they were cancelling my reservation and refunding my $. No explanation, No alternative vehicle would be provided. This is a crappy way to conduct business and unprofessional to say the least. I should of searched the reviews prior to even doing business with this company. I would of seen how they treated other customers before me. :( Now Im stuck as all the other companies are already booked up.

I signed a contract with Daytona Limos about 6 months prior to my wedding day. I gave them my credit card info but they never charged anything to us (I just assumed that they would actually charge us when the date got closer) I received a call from their representative Lindsay about 2 months before our wedding just reconfirming the details (date, time, etc) and at that time she asked if I wanted her to run the credit card, to which I said yes. They charged our credit card and I (stupidly) assumed that everything was "all set". Well, I was very wrong...The monday before our wedding, I called to talk to Lindsay again to make sure that everything was still a go. She informed me that "as long as nothing had changed from our previous conversation two months prior, then everything was still a go". Well, thank god I called (at the recomendation of my wedding wire check-list!) because the very next day which was FOUR DAYS before our wedding, I get a VOICEMAIL from a person named Jason letting me know that they were canceling our contract. Of course, I was hysterical when I received this news at a time that was already highly stressful for a bride. I called him back and demanded an explanation of why they were doing this and how they could be so unprofessional. He basically said: "I dont have to explain anything to you, all I have to say is that we are canceling our contract and you will get your money back whenever your bank returns it to you".

I know that this review was pretty long winded, but I cannot stress enough how unbelievably unprofessional Daytona Limousines is. They dont care a thing about their customers and they do not believe in being ethical what so ever. I am fairly certain that what happened is that they got an offer to provide service to another group for a longer period of time and make more money (we only needed our limo for three hours). Of course I will never know for sure what the reason was "because they dont have to explain themselves to me". I am just greatful that wedding wire suggested calling one last time to reconfirm with vendors because I am convinved that if I had not called on Monday, we would have been sitting there waiting for our limo on our wedding day and it would have never showed up. I read through some of the other reviews on this website about Daytona Limos and they seem to have a rebuttal for any claims made against them, and try to turn the blame back around on the client. But I can assure you that everything you see above is the truth and my husband and I did absolutely NOTHING to deserve the treatment we got from them.

Everything happens for a reason and we were saved by Elegant Limousines of Palm Coast and they were awesome! I am forever greatful to them for saving us on our wedding day.

Basically, I might as well have been talking Japanese to these people. All the plans I made and extensive emails and conversations I had, went out the window on the day, they were late, very late, my wedding day was completely rushed, and apparently it was all my fault.
What more can I say. Girls, use another company if you want it to go smoothly!

    Daytona Limos's reply:

Limo arrived 20 minutes prior to contracted pick up time. Guests attempted to make numerous pick ups in a 45 minute window in a 20 passenger Stretch Cadillac Escalade limo in Orlando. We guarantee we will arrive at the first pick up on time, however after that it is up to the guests depending on number of stops and the length of time it takes passengers to get in the limo at each stop. We hate to hear about anyone having a bad trip however the guests lack of planning a correct time table is not our fault.
A tip for all future brides it always takes longer to move a large group than you think, make sure you rent the limo for enough time. 3 hours should be the minimum you consider, we bent the rules for the above group and only rented the limo for 2 hours of service which resulted in the guest attempting to pick up too many people in too little time.

We actually did not use their services because they gave our limo away. After conversation for two weeks, when we called to confirm and submit payment they had given away the limo we wanted to rent. After speaking to the Owner, he blamed the mix-up on us! Communication is a two way street. It would have only been one simple phone call to let us know that someone else was interested in the same date we were. He informed us that they were not a secretarial service and were not obligated to make phone calls to potential customers. There is no saving a limo, so we were just out of luck. It all worked out because we used a competitor, Crown Limo. They were polite, professional and even offered us a better rate. Funny how things work out.

    Daytona Limos's reply:

Much like a hotel, airline, or wedding venue we do not book limousine rentals without a deposit. This bride had been dealing with our office staff for several weeks. She did not want to put down a deposit and was informed numerous times that without a deposit we could not guarantee availability. The bride called back a few days before her wedding and wanted to put down a deposit. The bride was informed that we no longer had availability as other guests had already put down deposits on all of the vehicles in our fleet that were the size she desired. This bride was very upset and claimed “we should have held the limo because we knew she wanted it” She then repeated numerous times that we should have called her before renting the limo to someone else. Once again much like an airline, hotel, or wedding venue we talk to numerous people who say they are interested in booking however until they put down a deposit the limos remain open for anyone to rent. Unfortunately this is a case of a bride that procrastinated, tried to book last minute and ultimately wants to pass the blame of her poor planning. Saying we gave her limo away is the same as saying Ticket Master gave away your concert ticket because you waited too long to buy your tickets for a popular concert, after calling for two weeks to ensure they still had tickets. Much like concerts, popular weekends most limos sell out.
A tip for all future brides, place your deposits early to avoid missing out on the things you want for your wedding. Almost no wedding vendor will guarantee availability without a deposit, rule of thumb if you didn’t place a deposit you don’t have a reservation.
