  A total disappointment. Before the wedding Mr.Avila was very responsive and reassuring. He put us at ease and made us feel like he's got the whole photography thing under control for us. great. no worries. ...fast forward to the wedding day. He is dressed poorly, spends way too much time talking to guests, telling his life story to everyone, and doesn't take nearly enough pictures. ...and the worst part...the pictures he did take were awful. shooting directly into the sun, crooked, off balance, etc. very amature. very novice. terrible. we only printed one image. one! the rest are all junk. look elsewhere for a photographer to capture the images of the most important day of your life.

  Daniel Avila Photography was the single worst decision I made in selecting service providers for my wedding. He is a nice enough guy, but the photographs were terrible. for example: hazy images, ridiculous glare, backlit, too much sun exposure (from shooting directly into the sun!!!) we missed once in a lifetime photo's with friends who traveled in from around the country. furthermore, he missed numerous important photo op's alltogether. for example: didn't photograph the bride walking down the aisle - only a couple shots from her back, no picture of the rings, horrible candid photo's capturing people in unflattering expressions, missed the first dance, no photo's of the food or cake, and no photo's of each table of guests. what else is there... needless to say the photo's we received are useless and we didn't print a single one. thankfully we had friends & relatives who brought their camera's. their pictures were infinitely better then this "pro". take your business elsewhere.
