  Dan D was okay to work with. They called a couple of days before hand to confim our order. When we picked up the chairs for the wedding they shorted us one which we caught the day of the wedding. When we went to return them they tried charging us for the on we didn't have. Very unimpressed with the level of service.

  We are sorry for any misunderstandings surrounding this issue. Though our business works through contracts and a contract was signed as you having recieved 100 chairs. The department responsible for charging for items after an event only saw the contract signed by you and that there were only 99 chairs returned. We did, however, reimburse your charge as well as give a discount for the inconvience when you explained what happened.
