  Cyndi was extravagant! She made my special day the best! Very flexible considering it was on a whim. She is very dependable and loves her title. Very respectful and definitely respected. My wedding was LGBT and she was very excited to be there and be a part! Will be recommending her to friends.

  Cyndi was sooo wonderful to work with. She allowed to to completely customize the ceremony and she helped us all stay calm and collected. I would recommend her to anyone. She even dressed in the theme of the wedding, it was perfect!

  She was so patient with us, and yet to willing to help as much as she could!
  Cyndi Lu sent us many different types of ceremonies, and walked me through how I could put my own ceremony together, if I wanted.
  I felt like I could call her with absolutely any questions I had.
  She was incredible at our rehearsal! She is genuine, kind, joyful and just all around amazing!
  She was always professional, and yet still so friendly!
  She filed our marriage license for us, which was a huge help, since we were leaving on our honeymoon.
  She kept us on track throughout the whole planning process.
  In our actual ceremony, you could tell how much she truly enjoys what she does. It didn't feel boring or recited. All of her words were genuine and loving.

  I couldn't have been happier! Cyndi was absolutely amazing from the planning stage all the way through the very end. She helped coordinate everything and made sure everything ran smooth. During the rehearsal she made sure we knew what we were doing, but didn't ruin it by using the wording of the actual ceremony. All around fantastic!!!

  Cyndi Lu sent us a huge variety of ceremonies to choose from--religious, non-religious, more serious, more light-hearted--and was happy to read a custom ceremony for us. She made our wedding ceremony a really great experience and was very accommodating and professional, I would recommend her services to other couples without hesitation.

  My husband and I are not religious people so we were having a hard time finding someone to officiate our wedding here in Oklahoma. Cyndi sent us a plethora of different wedding ceremonies to choose from. We decided to piece together our ceremony and she did a beautiful job reciting it for us. Her voice is a little raspy, but I think it adds a little flavor to the mix.

  Their services were horrible at best. We were sent an officiant named "Kia". She seemed nice enough during our first meeting. She was supposed to gather a contract and email it to us with our vows we had selected. It never happened..We went weeks with out hearing from her and emails were unanswered. I panicked and called the main number where i was assured Kia would be at our wedding she was just "very busy". The day or my wedding i heard nothing from "Kia" until she was LATE! My wedding was supposed to START at 4pm and she arrived at 4:13pm claiming she had gotten lost. Several people in my wedding party tried calling her in the hours leading up to the wedding with no answer or response until 4pm. I was a hysterical mess. When she finally showed up we spent a quick 10-15 minutes going over things(was supposed to be done before the wedding) and we quickly started with everyone panicked, rushed, and flustered. She did not even take the time to know mine and my husbands last name! When she went to introduce us as "man and wife" she had to ask us what our last name was and one of our seated guests had to yell it at her because she wasn't "getting it". Because the wedding started 45 minutes late we ran out of day light for certain pictures, i had to pay for an additional hour with my photographer and videographer and i was forced to dance my first dance with my husband in the dark (out door wedding). We salvaged the day the best we could, but "Kia" and Bella Luna Weddings pretty much ruined my day. I've been harassed for payment after i stopped payment on the check due tot he issues listed above and threatened with court with not even so much as an apology for her conduct. If you want respect, someone to show up on time, get your name right when announcing you as man and wife, or someone professional steer very clear of this place!

  I think I am as offended by this story as the bride and I would like to offer her a very sincere apology. As I read the review I could not believe how she must have felt on such an important day to her. I have been officiating weddings independently for more than ten years and am not affiliated with Bella Luna Weddings. I know Keia and have referred a few brides to her and others when I am not available.
  
  When I received the initial phone call from the bride, I informed her that I was not available for her wedding date. I explained that my daughter was expecting my first grandchild and I would be out of state helping with the new baby. The bride explained that she had already contracted with another officiant and paid a deposit. She had not been able to reach the officiant for some time and needed to be sure that she would have someone to perform her wedding.
  
  I told the bride that I have several friends that also officiate and I could refer her. I gave Keia the bride's information and thought all had been arranged. While at my daughter's early the week of the wedding the bride called me and said that she had not been able to reach Keia. I told her that I would contact Keia and ask her to call. I sent Keia a message and she assured me that she would contact her and that everything would be fine. I received another call about 15 minutes before the scheduled wedding time from the groom who told me that Keia had not arrived. I called Keia immediately and she said that she was almost to the location. I did not speak to Keia about the wedding again until after reading the review. I told her how disappointed I am and that she needed to apologize and forget any payment. I will not refer Keia again.
  
  Again, I am sorry for what you experienced due to my referral and I hope that you accept my apology. I wish you and your husband a long and happy marriage.
