  Chef Rock is fantastic. The food was amazing, he listened to what we wanted and did a great job with the follow-through. We were very impressed with his staff, as was the facility we used, with his cleanliness and his great attitude. Thanks, Chef, for making our day wonderful!

  Pro:
  Confident, price was fair, professional staff, good food (especially the hors d'oeuvres --- yum, wish I had gotten to have more)
  Con:
  Bartender somehow didn't realize there was alcohol in our signature drink, which he had mixed, and gave it to guests who should not have had alcohol. He also told our guest we were out of wine and yet we ended up with a case extra the next day. Biggest issue I had with him was that he stated he could do stations like I wanted and after I signed the contract he pretty much argued every inch with us and we ended up with a buffet split into four parts. Didn't take any of my ideas that I had wanted for food or stations. Pretty much just stuck to his own menu and I could choose from that. They were supposed to set aside hors d'oeurves for us, did, lost them, venue found them the next day. On top of all of this he got into a yelling match with my mom on the wedding day.
  
  Advice if you do go with him: Make sure you get salt and pepper in your contract! Don't assume any small details or flexibility with this guy, make sure its written down before you sign anything, think of everything.
