CA was absolutely incredible! The food at the tasting was finger licking good we just had to hire them as our caterer. Mary Catherine and her daughter and husband provide the best of the best in the catering business! They cook, plan and even help pick decor out. When you book, they allow you to pick out any decor you would like to use for your wedding day, free of charge! It was such a big selection and so many options to choose from. They set it all up for you as long as you tell them where. It was literally so nice to have them do it for you without spending thousands on a planner or the stress of doing it yourself! The guests loved the food and the chicken parm was our favorite! We also got the baked Alaska pollock and vegan options for a few of our guests! Thank you thank you and thank you for helping us, providing incredible service and your patience with us throughout the process. -

Cuisine America will take care of you like you are their family! We borrowed decorations and signage from them free of charge. They also offer vintage miss match china which fit our theme perfectly. We received so many compliments on the food and the flatware. People really enjoyed the cocktail meatballs, spinach and cheese stuffed shells, and the goat cheese bruschetta. -

Mary and her family and staff were great to work with for our wedding. We were affected by the pandemic in 2020, after two years of planning, and they were very accommodating and understanding what we and all couples were going through.
The food was amazing, the presentation was perfect, and all our guests were very happy!
I would defiantly recommend Cuisine America as it is very clear they care about their food and they care about their clients/couple.

We used Cuisine America this weekend for our daughter's wedding. We had people all night long coming up to us saying it was the best food they had EVER had at a wedding!! Mary and her staff were out of this world! They were all so professional and so helpful!! I strongly recommend them and will be using them anytime we need a caterer in the future!! -

Cuisine America was recommended to us through 2 different venue locations that we were looking at at the start of our wedding planning. We mentioned in the beginning that we wanted a taco bar at our reception, and Cuisine America was immediately the number one suggestion, we chose them right away. Mary Catherine was extremely helpful in helping us getting our vision across. It helped that she had worked with so many venues multiple times, too. You can tell they had so much experience with weddings that there was always something to recommend to help make our special day better for us. When discussing the dinner menu, Mary Catherine also provided a meal for 2 to taste-test everything before settling on the final dinner items and hors d'oeuvres.
Not only does Cuisine America provide the food, but they also provide the silverware and napkin settings. There are so many options for these as well that you're sure to meet your dinner vision! What we really loved and appreciated was that we were able to borrow decorations for our wedding FREE OF CHARGE. Because they have been helping weddings for years, they have accumulated decorations that other couples just simply don't need after their weddings. We were able to re-use a lot of items they had, and Mary Catherine helped coordinate our decorations with our wedding planner to get them set up for the night.
Mary Catherine and her team were amazing. MC was extremely flexible and so patient with us when our wedding had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic. We'd love to work with them again some day, even just to have their amazing food! I would definitely recommend Cuisine America to any couple who'd like to avoid the typical 'banquet hall' type of food and go a unique route for their wedding lunch or dinner! -

Hire CuisineAmerica!
Mary Catherine and her team are wonderful! The food was delicious. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food! Mary Catherine also lets her clients borrow decorations for the night! She has everything you could possibly need - because of this, my decoration costs were minimal. Between amazing food and beautiful decorations, I don't know what else you could need! She responds quickly and allowed us to taste food until we picked the perfect menu for the night. They were also incredibly flexible with adjusting our needs to help our wedding meet covid requirements! You will not regret using CuisineAmerica! -

Everyone needs to use Cuisine America for their wedding or event. MC was great to work with and they put my mind at ease for our whole wedding. We had the taco bar at our wedding and it was incredible. When we asked our friends and family how the wedding went, they always mentioned how good the food was.
The BEST part of using Cuisine America is all of the decorations that you could use, like table numbers, card boxes, candle votives, and signs. First, it saved me a lot of money not having to buy a million little things I will only use once. They have a TON of options. But most importantly it saved me so much stress. I didn’t have to worry about getting all of the decorations to the venue or running around/ ordering the little things. They came and set the decorations up and broke it all down at the end of the night. They were a HUGE part of me feeling stress free on my wedding day.
I had so many friends say that they wished they had gone with or known about this company for their own weddings. Cuisine America is what every bride should have on their wedding day. We couldn’t be more happy with the communications, the decorating, and how the day went.

We used Cuisine America for our wedding day and could not have been more pleased! Not only was the food delicious and served quickly, but Mary met with me multiple times to plan everything and offered helpful suggestions to make our wedding run smoothly! Her team was efficient and professional- my mom asked them to do one or two things before realizing they were already done! And, as an added bonus, she lends out her decor to brides so I didn't have to spend money on table numbers or giant picture frames I would never use again. Could not recommend more highly! We got married at the Brix on the Fox and they already knew everything about the venue which was also a great help! -

Cuisine America was so wonderful to work with for our wedding. One of my top wishes for my wedding (along with my husband’s) was good food, and they did not disappoint! Mary Catherine was essential in helping us figure out the schedule for our wedding day and finalizing menu decisions as well as other decisions. She is so knowledgable and helpful, I don’t think our wedding day would have been as smooth as it was without her - it was as if she was our unofficial wedding planner since we did not hire one. I am forever grateful for all the questions she asked and the insight she gave us as we sorted out the details of the night. The food was so delicious and perfect for our crowd (we did buffet style for the dinner, with family style salads and bread). From the time we had our first tasting, I couldn’t wait for the wedding day so I could eat their food again!
Another amazing thing about Cuisine America is that they have a large stock of wedding decor which they’ve collected over the years. It’s like their own personal Pinterest warehouse. Everything you could want as a bride: a large wooden arch, classic cute signs, a variety of styles of table numbers, vases, fake flowers, card boxes, candle sticks, lanterns, window and picture frames, fun lights, and much more. All you do is pick out the things you would like, and they bring them for no extra charge. Now that is amazing. No last minute (and expensive!) trips to the craft store!
Highly recommend Cuisine America. Whether you looking for simple or extravagant, they are the catering company for you! -

We got SO many compliments on our wedding food. Not only was it HOT but taste was phenomenal. We had a roast chicken dish with vegetables and potatoes that was better than my grandmas (don’t tell her I said that!). The bbq pulled pork was better than if it came from a bbq joint, and the salads, homemade bread, homemade croutons, homemade dressings, everything was phenomenal. Multiple people said best wedding food they’ve ever had.
Not only is the food great but Mary Catherine is so professional and on top of it. The venue, photographer, and DJ all asked me who our caterer was, and every time I said Cuisine America they all nodded and said “Mary Catherine runs a tight ship,” which is so comforting!
We got mini desserts as well instead of a cake, and those got a boatload of compliments too! Best chocolate mousse I’ve ever had, the cheesecake was spot on, and my cousin said the lemon bars were so good she shoved 7 in her purse.
Last of all, the warehouse of decorations they provide free of charge not only saved us hundreds of dollars, but also the stress of finding, collecting, packing, and setting up a multitude of signs, centerpieces etc!
Basically, we love them. Thanks for everything! -

Highly recommend this catering company/staff for all your wedding needs! They truly were amazing and so so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and day! I had ALOT of candles (approx. 175) and they lit every single one for me! They also have a large selection of decor items you can rent free of charge when booking with them which is SO helpful for brides when they are spending so much money already! Their food was amazing!! We did a buffet and had two stations which helped make things run very smoothly and people got their food very quickly. HIGHLY recommend them!! -

Their food is so amazing, they have many props to borrow, and Mary made sure that I had a drink in my hand the entire night of my wedding to stay hydrated. During the buffet they served my husband and I at our seats so we didnt need to get up and they took care of us the entire night. I have never seen this before at a wedding where people were SO taken care of. We felt better than we do when we visit restaurants. Their service stood out so much to us at our wedding that my husband and I made several comments to eachother about how great their service was. We highly highly recommend! Also Mary is one of the nicest people we have ever met. -

Every single food item that we tried was good. Whenever you have a question , they are very quick to respond. Also, they were very flexible, and willing to work with us to make sure we stayed in budget. They set up a private tasting for you. Also, they provide decor for you to borrow! It was perfect! Our wedding meal was delicious!! Everything from the appetizers to the main course to the desert. All of our guests were raving about our food. I am so happy we booked Cuisine America for our wedding!

The day of the wedding every one left so full and very satisfied with their meals. Not to mention, Mary Catherine also allowed us to borrow a ton of her event decorations for no charge and even brought them to the venue for us. Her event staff was on top of their game and communicated with us throughout the entire night. Very pleased with their services and affordability! -

Professional, experienced, and well-organized
Cuisine America is a godsend! We were so lucky to have Mary and her team be part of our most special day. We had a buffet style wedding, and we were so glad we did. From our first tasting to the wedding reception, Mary and her team were professional, experienced, and well-organized. They were so accepting of us as an LGBT couple. Their hard work translated to an event and a food menu and service that we will never forget.
Food was a BIG priority for our wedding, and Cuisine America BROUGHT IT ALL! Mary is flexible and helpful with our requests. She was so accommodating to even create a ethnic dish for our menu. The food was delicious, memorable, and satisfying. Their steak is the best wedding steak we’ve ever had! Her crew is professional and organized. All of the guests were so happy. Compliments kept coming even after the wedding. In addition to food, Mary has accumulated an amazing inventory of wedding decorations that will be available to your venue. Mary helps you make your vision for your reception happen. She plans meticulously, and executes them well. Cleaning up was a breeze too. We highly recommend Cuisine America. She and her team are well sought out, and they will not disappoint! -

The catering did a great job making sure we had everything we wanted. They also supplied all the decorations for the venue for no additional cost! I didn’t have to worry or think about the catering on my wedding day and everything was taken care of for an affordable price. -

The food was really, REALLY good. So many of our guests commented on fighting over the potatoes. We had steak, roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, and julienne vegetables. The service was also great, they made the entire reception flow smoothly and without a hitch. -

Some of the frantic feelings in planning could have been avoided if they responded to calls or e-mails better. Trust them in terms of their recommendations for your cake vendor; but plan time to make your own centerpieces.
