  Clayton at Crystal Elegance simplified the decision making process for my daughter's wedding. That was major for us during planning as you feel that you are running in all directions and have no idea what you are doing!?!? On the wedding day everything was just as he said it would be and it was perfect. The buffet and drink tables looked beautiful and every guest was impressed. We received many, many compliments on the food. Crystal Elegance worked with us and they are affordable(which is an understatement especially considering the quality of food and service)!! I will absolutely call on Crystal Elegance for any other catering needs our family might have.

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Crystal Elegance Catering is phenomenal. Service is great. Loved the professionalism. They made themselves available to assist in areas that they were not hired for and it was such a fantastic help. This company goes above and beyond, food is spectacular and presentation is superb. I will definitely be using their services again!

  Crystal Elegance and Clayton is AWESOME. We went to 3 other catering services, before him. They all tasted straight out of the box, no flavor. Not them. We were so excited after his taste test, and he lived up to it! Anytime I had questions he got right back with me. The food and the way he displayed it was the best! He was very professional.

  We had a wonderful event that was made even more special by all the extra details that were noticed by all guest. The food was wonderful and the way Clatyon displayed it all was fabulous!! The staff was so nice to all of our guest and went out of their way for a few elderly family members with special diets. Thanks for making our special day more memorable with the extra touches and wonderful food. Still want that recipe for that great dip!!!

  Travis and his company were fantastic to work with. Everything from our preliminary meeting to the event itself was flawless. The food was delicious and we have received numerous compliments. We are enjoying leftovers a week later that still taste fresh and flavorful.

  I am very sad to say that my experience with Crystal Elegance on my wedding day did not meet my expectations. This was very surprising because all of my interactions with the company prior to the wedding were great. The staff was friendly, the price was reasonable and they made delicious food at our tasting prior to the wedding. Unfortunately things did not come together great for the wedding reception. There were a number of problems. We paid for salad and when there was no salad served at the wedding my mom had to go ask the caterer where it was. He simply replied that when he arrived to the venue the lettuce was wilted so he decided not to serve it. Not only is there no excuse for a professional caterer not to be able to provide a salad that isn't wilted, but for him to just not serve it and not to think to mention it to anyone is just not acceptable. In addition to this, there was some miscommunication and there were no plates provided to serve dinner on so our guests had to eat dinner off of spare cake plates that we had. None of our guests were very impressed with the food and there was less food than we were told would be provided. When my mom tried to settle these problems with the caterer after the wedding he originally agreed to refund some of the money we had paid. Then he suddenly stopped responding to all emails and calls. We had a very large wedding and spent a lot of money on catering that was overall very poor. All in all I would use great caution before proceeding with this company for your wedding day.
