Cyndi Cappon, agent for Cruise One - Dianne Howcraft and Associates, is great to work with. She searched and found the best deal for my daughter's honeymoon trip.
The best part about working with a travel agent is that you don't have to do any of the searching for deals, value, etc. The cost isn't any different than what you would find on your own. You're saving time and money by letting someone else do the searching.
Cyndi worked with my daughter right up until the day before they left. She even checked them in for their flights and printed their boarding passes for them. My daughter didn't have to think about doing that on her wedding day .. it was taken care of.
Even after they returned from their honeymoon, Cyndi met with them to find out what they liked, what they didn't like and was genuinely interested in whether they had a good time on their trip.
All around great customer service!
