I was excited about using Creative Image because they were inexpensive and I got two videographers (their site said, "Two cameras and operators at both the ceremony and reception are used to ensure we don’t miss any part of your day.") Well their website LIED, they missed LOTS of my day. The footage that they got turned out okay, but there was a lot that they didn't get.

The second we walked out of the church one of the videographers turned off her camera and headed to the reception site, she did not turn it back on until we were announced and walked in (which was at least 1.5 hrs later). I had rented horse drawn carriages for everyone to ride in and never even got to see it because my photographer and the primary videographer were with us. I never saw people as they took their cute little escort cards and went to their table. I also never got to see the fruit display that people devoured (and I payed extra for) while we were taking pictures. Anyways, I know you should make a list for specific details, but I thought that the point of having two was so that one was catching things the other wasn't able to, even if it's not details. WASTE OF MONEY!! I would advise people not to use this service, they did not try to capture every moment of my day...the photographer had to tell them when to shoot and what to shoot. Lazy, lazy, lazy....
