    Super easy and great value

    We coordinated with Cover Ups through our caterer (Zest Atlanta) but they were super easy to work with, and affordable. No issues with delivery or quality, and overall very happy with the experience!

    Valerie and Cover Ups were great to work with! We were planning our wedding from out of state, and Valerie was incredibly accommodating, sending swatches very quickly to help us with our linens order. As we got closer to the wedding date, she was flexible and on top of everything when it came to changing out the number and sizes of table clothes and communicating with our coordinator and caterer. She also worked directly with our caterer, so I didn't even have to think about the linens the day of! Thank you again Cover Ups!!!

    We were referred to Cover Ups by the Gardens at Great Oaks and couldn't be happier. Valerie was so helpful and honest. Our ideas changed over time and she was so accommodating meeting with us again. We appreciate that she showed us a variety of all linens but didn't try to 'up-sell' us when we had made up our minds.

    Ordered their linens through Ashton Gardens. Then linens were perfect. The blush pink and gray looked amazing together and was great quality. I'm glad Ashton uses this company to work with.

    Linens were beautiful! Cyndi was so great to work with! She knows her linens! I didn't have really any idea what I wanted so Cyndi was a huge help in pointing me in the right direction. I'm glad I listened to her! Also, if it fits in with your theme, I would highly recommend a glitz tablecloth for the sweetheart table. Beautiful!

    Coverups provided all of the table linens for our wedding, and they were absolutely gorgeous! We loved the look they created in the room! Valerie was really great to work with and showed us tons of options in every color, fabric, design and cost level. Valerie was professional, responsive and efficient, and I would highly recommend both her and Coverups for any special event!

    We used Cover Ups for some "specialty linens." Our venue already had linens -- but, we wanted to use some overlays and a few other linens here and there to make the room look a bit more special.

    Cyndi was fantastic. We didn't have a huge order -- but, she still treated me like I was special and if I was her most important client. She also gave me tips on which linens to use and not to use to save a bit of money.

    She was actually the second linen vendor we visited (see florist review for first vendor we visited – Chair Covers and Linens) and she had exactly what we wanted -- seamless sheer organza overlays and in a perfect shade for our colors! She also had a pretty embroidered overlay to make our sweetheart table look special and the pintuck that I wanted for our entryway table. She also had the idea of adding the chair sashes to our highboys for the cocktail hour (which were only 1.50 each!). I also loved that she gave us samples -- so, we could take that to the florist – Chair Covers and Linens did not do that, nor did they really have exactly what we were looking for. We were just going to go with them, because my florist (Southern Bouquets – don’t use them!) said she would handle it for me. She didn’t and in the end I was happier with Cover Ups selection and Cyndi Johnson’s desire to want to help me!

    She was super easy to work with and I was able to finalize everything the week of the wedding, which was so nice to be able to do then -- when we had our final "counts" and amount of tables in. Cover Ups delivered the linens to the reception on Friday and picked up Monday.

    Also, I wasn't trilled with the way the plastic chaiavari chairs and the cushions looked at our venue. I told Cyndi though that I really didn't want covered chairs either. So, instead of making a sale and trying to talk me into covering the chairs, to make me happy -- she put me in touch with another vendor "Have a Seat" who could provide me with wood chhiavari chairs with gold cushions that I wanted. This is just an example of Cyndi's perfect customer service.

    BOTTOM LINE: I would definitely recommend Cover Ups. Cyndi Johnson cares about you and wants to help you make your vision a reality -- she also, is not in this line of work "just for the money." She cares about you. I would absolutely use them again if I ever needed specialty linens again.

    I really wanted chair covers, my fiance was indifferent. In the end, we had the covers and really completed the look. Cyndi was very helpful as I decided on colors and sizes. It was easy to make changes up to a few days before my wedding. And it was great because they delivered, set-up and picked-up the covers! THANKS

    We used Cover Ups Linens mail-order service for my wedding in Gulf Shores, AL. Even if your wedding is not in the ATL area, I highly recommend a a visit to the showroom to pick out your linens. The service we received was great, we were extremely happy with the final result, and sending back the linens was a breeze! Also their prices were much better than local vendors in the Gulf Shores area.

    I had ample of time to change my mind on the covers. Cover ups accepted color and quantity changes up to the week of the wedding, which made it very convenient. The final product looked very festive.

    Cover ups were easy to work with and had my exact wedding color for the bows. I didn't have to think about them on the wedding day, they came and did their setup perfectly. I thought it was a little pricey but it did add a touch of elegance.

    It was very easy to work with Cover Ups. I went in one time and met with them, they gave me a few samples, I chose one a few months later, sent them the sample and what I wanted and the order was complete. It was that easy. They had what I wanted in stock so I didn't even place the order until 1 month before my wedding. You can pick up stuff from them on Thursday mornings and return Mondays so you don't have to try to get there on a Friday and return on Sunday when you have a million other things to do. It was a great expierence.

    We used Cover Ups for our chair cover rentals. The showroom had a variety of styles and colors to choose from. What wasn't on display, Cyndi was more than willing to go get from the back for us to see. The end product was amazing. We were able to have her staff set up and take down the covers, which was great. I have already recommended Cover Ups to a family member, who contracted with them for her renewal ceremony.

    Well, let me say that I don't like giving a negative review. So I will start with a few positives. Cover Ups has beautiful table linens. The table linens rentals were a big part of the design element of the reception I hosted for my son and his bride. Being a designer myself, I was the event coordinator for this wedding and my table settings were very important to me and this bride. We had planned with great care a lot of special details for these tables and worked with Cover Ups for 6 months.
    This was not a small tablecloth contract. I rented expensive satin cloths, beautiful overlays, napkins, chair covers and sashes. We had 185 guests. I rented for a cocktail bar area, dining rooms and another porch cocktail area. Now, the product that arrived was beautiful and the rooms ended up looking spectacular. My event was a great success. Here is where my issues with Cover Ups start however. I had a contract with them and had met at their offices four days prior to the wedding to confirm every detail of this contract. I had contracted for a 1:00 delivery for set up. On day of set up every vendor was there and ready to go by 1:00 sharp....EXCEPT for Cover Ups. They were TWO HOURS LATE. None of us could do one thing on our set up because we were all standing around waiting on them. When I called to see where they were they argued back to me about why it was acceptable to be late. Sorry, that doesn't work for me. What being late cost me was this....I had planned to have time to check my table seating cards, and place notes on certain guests seats to assign centerpieces for them to take home. I ran out of time to do these details because I had to make it to the rehearsal. While Cover Ups probably doesn't think this is a big deal...it was to me. I spend the next two days driving flowers to special guests. There were mistakes in my table seating I could have handled had I been there etc. I am huge on customer service...they blew it on service.
